The DAILY ASTROLOGY OCT 6

The Moon and Jupiter merged in Leo this morning at 6:22am Eastern and then went into an all-day Void period that lasts until 10:53pm Eastern. This means that although there is not any planetary direction during this period, there should be a bit more optimism, generosity, growth, happiness, adventure, or prosperity to the day as we float along from this kick-off point. We can aim this at the kids, our lover, our love life, our creative ventures, our emotional needs, or recreational interests. Sweet.

Mercury (in the Shadow of his upcoming Retrograde) and Venus (in her Retrograde) are merging their energies as they both come to sit on the 8th degree of Scorpio today, perfecting at 8:10pm Eastern. This is significant for all of us in our do-over. So, pay attention to the news, talks, meetings, sales, offers, or decisions merging with needs around love, income, beauty, women, or pleasures today. We should be aware of any changes, return to the past, reworking of a current situation, rekindling of the energy, releasing of anything that is over, getting into the intimate side of things, looking at the bigger picture financially, dealing with divorce issues, or any third-party influence in the mix. What stays, what goes, what can be reworked? This is, in my opinion, the kick-off of the entire combination between these two planets as they review, revise, or release. It is also a bit extraordinary how much power this holds for change or evolving of the story as it involves the 8th degree with the 8th sign of the zodiac, ruler of the 8th house, and in the 8 o'clock hour. 8 is the number of power and change, so again, let's lean in and see where this takes us.
