MONDAY is inauguration day in the U.S. as well as Martin Luther King Jr Day so it’s an important day to look at. First of all, we are in Libra Moon energy which is the sign of those that represent us, any open enemies, balance, justice, and equality. So, these themes are tied into what is going on. Next this is in square to Mercury up until 11:23am Eastern so lots of friction around news, talks, local activities, and what is going on with goals, status, leadership, other authority figures, or career matters in the mix. There is also an adjustment with Uranus and a square to Mars Retrograde which don’t peak until this evening. So, some give and take with the collective, friends, groups, gatherings, the internet, and any money, purchases, possessions, or values in the mix (Uranus), and something about a do-over regarding home, property, family, or emotional needs that is being revisited via actions, passions or anger is on tap. Do take care with sharp objects, fire, combative people, or weapons under this combo.

TUESDAY is about the Sun and Pluto merging their energy in the morning and kicking off a yearly chapter of the Pluto story in Aquarius. So, we are showing up, getting involved, going deeper, making changes, and empowering ourselves when it comes to our aspirations, freedoms, original projects, social interests, online pursuits, or gatherings. It is a new power story that may bring financial focus, sexual intrigue, divorce, or third-party matters into what we do as well.

WEDNESDAY the Scorpio Moon is in flow with Saturn in Pisces so we can get a lot done behind closed doors, through research and development, or with institutions. If not in a business mind, then the same goes for artistic, romantic, or spiritual interests today. Working with others, again focused on power in the story, and making changes is possible.

THURSDAY is just overflowing with energy and opportunity so get into talks, meet, write things up, be proactive with needs, and see where it takes you! There can be more news, offers or decisions involving personal or professional goals, authority figures, the home, family, real estate deals, moves, renovations, parents, roommates, income, values, purchases, or possessions, and some excitement in the air as we rework anything needing our attention.

FRIDAY brings us into Sagittarius Moon energy and a focus on travel, foreign or legal needs, any educational pursuits or media interests, ceremonies, religion, or politics, or anything adventurous. This is in flow with social, online or aspirational pursuits as well as with big talks, meetings, sales, writing, or decisions in the mix.

SATURDAY looks a bit testy up until around dinner time so we may be low energy, or others may be low energy around us, or there may be responsibilities that are a bit draining until then. It should quickly shift once we get past this point, and we find that passion to get busy. Look at love or money, home or family, beauty or pleasure, to be at the root of both portions of the day, pace it!

SUNDAY although we may wake remembering some unusual dreams the day looks pretty stellar. Capricorn Moon kicks in at 8:43am Eastern helping us feel goal oriented and ready to take on the day from this point forward. Mercury is meeting with Neptune in an opportunity to talk, meet, sign agreements, make sales, or get out there locally about said goals, bringing opportunity here involving artistic pursuits, romance, spirituality, institutions, or research in the story. And Venus is meeting with Uranus to bring excitement and opportunity around luxury purchases, friends, groups, or online pursuits, love or beauty, and having fun into the day, doors open.

The DAILY ASTROLOGY Jan 19th

We have a lot going on today and it all looks to be in flow, sweet! First off, Mercury is busy this morning, forming 2 alignments, with Venus and then Saturn, to open up our 4 day (Friday-Monday) new story about love, money, commitment, endurance, endings, ambitions, beauty, or pleasure. This comes via news we hear, talks we engage in, meetings, short trips, writing, or sales in the mix, or flirtations kicking up. So pay attention to who you are hearing from, running into, thinking about, or talking to today.

Next, Libra Moon flows with Jupiter. This should help us engage in the talks, meetings, sales, writing, short trips, offers, or decisions in a bigger, more optimistic, or growth-oriented way with partners, clients, specialists, reps, or other key relationships. It can also aid in finding balance via putting our mind to any travel, legal, educational, ceremonial, religious, political, or media interests. Or with siblings, neighbors, people involved with our vehicles, or electronics.

And finally, the Sun enters Aquarius at 3pm Eastern/12pm Pacific and kicks off a 30-day cycle. This spotlights all things original, unique, spontaneous, social, with friends, groups, associates, clubs, or organizations, as well as with the collective, gatherings, the internet, astrology, science, or charities, or with our freedoms or aspirations. The Sun is urging our participation in these realms in some way that honors us individually. This may mean physically getting more engaged here or involving our image, brand, name, title, or needs in the mix. One heads up; as per usual, with Pluto already in Aquarius, today through Tuesday, as the Sun moves to conjunct Pluto here, we want to just use our judgement when in crowds or doing financial things online. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Jan 18th

We wrap up the last of our Virgo Moon energy today by 10:33pm Eastern/7:33pm Pacific, so get to any last cleaning or organizing, do the work, make the lists, or focus on health or animals. We have active flow with anything we are redoing at home or with family in the mix or involving property or roommates.

At 8:26pm Eastern/5:26pm Pacific Venus and Saturn merge their energies, and we kick off our 13 month+ story between them. What serious effort and commitments are you willing to make in the name of love or money starting now? Are you willing to get real, define boundaries, set limits, except limits, follow the rules, make some rules, structure things that could support love or money flow, end things that are not positive for your future in these areas, go for your goals, take the lead in these situations, and/or achieve?

Look at what is going on with art, film, music, or other muse-driven needs in the story. Look at any past life connections or karmic cycles and where you might be in them, have they ended, are they just beginning? Look at secrets or deceptions impacting what is occurring. Look at addictions or self-sabotaging tendencies in the story. Look at sheer romance, fantasy, and inspiration. Look at spiritual beliefs and practices, magic, or psychic influences. Look at institutions, research, or recuperative needs in the story. This is how this story begins with love or money, what can you do?

Saturn can help us get what we want but it's never free, we have to show up and do what it takes, we have to build it brick by brick, and if we do, well then, perhaps when we get to the end of February next year we will be able to look back and say look at all we achieved in the name of love, with our income, involving beauty, or about the joy in our lives.

Libra Moon kicks in at 10:33pm Eastern/7:33pm Pacific and will move into alignment with Pluto in Aquarius. This opens up flow with partners, clients, specialists, reps, or other important relationships and puts us into alignment with aspirations, intimacy, financial interests, social scenarios, online pursuits, or third-party interests in the mix. We could also use this evening to focus on ourselves, rebalancing chakras, going deeper, enjoying beautiful things, purging what needs to go, or making positive changes.

Virgo Moon continues to keep us working, tackling our daily routine, tending to the details of life, any health concerns, what's going on with the animals, our paperwork, job, people working for us or with us, you get the picture. So, we want to look at how serious we want to get about love or money, beauty or pleasure, what we're willing to do or undo to get where we want to be about it, and what is ending or showing up now to guide us onto the right path.

They are meeting in Pisces which is the sign of karmic cycles and past lives, dreams and fantasy, the imagination and inspiration, delusion and deception, secrets and addictions, art, film, music, and other artistic interests, research and institutions, recuperative needs and sleep, isolation and depression, and boundaries and romance. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Jan 13th

We reach our FULL MOON climax today in Cancer by 5:27pm Eastern. This is the sign of home, real estate, family, parents, roommates, moves, renovations, history, ancestry, and emotions. It is our cue to wrap something up, mark any endings, achieve goals, celebrate highpoints, or see breakthroughs around these topics. The planet Uranus in Taurus is positively aligned to this Full Moon so there can be opportunities with friends, groups, online, around income, purchases, or possessions in the mix. Of course, the Sun is active in Capricorn at this Full Moon peak so there can be authority figures involved or ambitions in sight or career matters mixed in with others and this as well connects with Uranus in Taurus under positive alignments. Saturn and Neptune in Pisces are in harmonic flow with this Full Moon peak so there can be something going on behind the scenes, with research or development, involving institutions, or that is artistic, romantic or spiritual that is in flow with what is culminating today. Look for ways to get serious, structure support, or follow intuitions about it. And finally, Mars Retrograde in Cancer is along for the ride so there is something about what we are letting go, returning to, revising, rekindling, or reworking about our actions, passions, or anger with home matters, moves, renovations, real estate deals, parents, roommates, or family that is part of the story. Of course, with Mars we can be looking at sharp objects, weapons, military, police, firemen, fire, the blood, or the head in what is going on. I'm really praying that this marks the wind down or turning point with the L.A. fires. The Sun carries over from this peak into Wednesday evening with Mars Retrograde so do remain vigilant.

This spotlights friends, groups, and associates, what we do online, with astrology, charities, or science, what is going on with gatherings, events, or parties, and what is going on with freedoms, aspirations or original projects. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Jan 12th

Yesterday at 6:02pm Eastern the North Node of Destiny and the Karmic South Node changed signs. They concluded their year and a half of transit through Aries and Libra and won't return there for another 18 years. They are now at the beginning of a year and a half cycle through Pisces and Virgo, here until July 27, 2026. So, what can we expect as we hit our first full day with these new influences? Well, we could look back on the past cycles that ran from June 2006-Dec 2007 or Dec 1987-May 1989 and before that April 1969-Nov 1970. Sometimes we can find a pattern here. However, it is interesting to note this is the one and only passage of a lifetime with the North Node of Destiny in Pisces while both Saturn and Neptune are here together, not to mention Venus in the mix. What does it mean?

The North Node is about where Destiny will be playing out in our lives now. It is the pointer towards the future and where people, ideas, and opportunities will arrive to help us get ourselves there. It will focus on art, film, music, painting, poetry, or romance. It will focus on prayer, meditation, yoga, the oceans, psychic abilities, intuition, signs from beyond the veil, and dreams. It will focus on the imagination, inspiration, and idealism. It will focus on research, investigations, and institutions. And it may help with addictions, dealing with secrets or deceptions, or boundary issues. The Karmic South Node is about where we are letting go or rebalancing the give and take in karmic scenarios or seeing past life people show up for better or worse. Now in Virgo this will play out around work or health matters, the animals, cleanliness, organization, paperwork, hired help, or co-workers. For each sign these play out involving different aspects of your life so for the description here for the North Node of Destiny I will write it NND and for the Karmic South Node I will write it KSN. Look for anything future-oriented that is Destined involving artistic, romantic, spiritual, institutional, or research themes tied to your NND and look for letting go or rebalancing karmic give and take or past life souls returning through work, health, animals, paperwork, hired help, or co-workers tied to your KSN.

ARIES: NND is involving going within, prayer, mediation, psychic abilities, connection with spirit, romance, your involvement with hospitals, prisons, retreats, universities, or other institutions, art, film, music, painting, poetry, research, recuperative time, or dreams. KSN is involving your job, health, work projects, animals, paperwork, hired help, or co-workers.

TAURUS: NND is involving friends, groups, the internet, astrology, science, charities, gatherings, original projects, or aspirations. KSN is involving lovers, children, dramas, entitlement issues, creativity, or fun.

GEMINI: NND is involving major life goals, career, status, fame, bosses, mentors, a parent, judge, or other authority figures. KSN is involving home, moves, renovations, real estate deals, a parent, roommates, history, or family.

CANCER: NND is involving travel, distant situations, relocation at a distance, foreign interests, legal agreements, educational pursuits, media, marketing, publishing, broadcasting, ceremonies, religion, and politics. KSN is involving short trips, vehicles, electronics, siblings, neighbors, moves, writing, sales, talks, meetings, interviews, auditions, flirtations, offers, or important decisions.

LEO: NND is involving financial, sexual, reproductive, divorce, births, deaths, power, or third-party matters. KSN is involving income, purchases, possessions, or products.

VIRGO: NND is involving partners, clients, specialists, agents, attorneys, advocates, or other key relationships. KSN is involving what you are doing physically or what is going on with your body, image, brand, name, title, or needs.

LIBRA: NND is involving work, health, animals, co-workers, hired help, or paperwork. KSN is involving artistic, romantic, or spiritual matters, institutions, research, addictions, or secrets.

PISCES: NND is involving what you do physically, being present, pursuing your needs, focusing on your body, image, brand, name, title, or desires. KSN is involving partners, clients, specialists, representatives, competitors, advocates, or other important relationships. Let's make the most of this next 18 months with these influences!

We continue to build today with our Cancer Full Moon energy, with it peaking sometime between today and tomorrow. Mars Retrograde is also active today in Cancer. So, this puts great emphasis on the home, a move, renovation, real estate deals, parents, roommates, family, history, or emotional needs. Things are revving up here while we are also being asked to release, rekindle or rework something. This is in flow with Neptune and the new placement of the North Node of Destiny so we should be able to link this to something artistic, romantic, spiritual, recuperative, institutional, or research-oriented to find our groove. The further into the day/evening we go, we begin to also resonate with Venus and Saturn in the same territory bringing love or money flow, beauty or pleasure, solid, long-term opportunities, or structure to what is going on.

We wrap up the last of our Gemini Moon energy today in square to Neptune in Pisces, see yesterday's post Zoe Moon Astrology: The DAILY ASTROLOGY Jan 10th about some of the ongoing ways this is challenging us. We need to watch boundaries, our community, the conversations we are having, short trips, and the news we are consuming today with a grain of salt and with care. Fog remains thick. Hidden or secretive scenarios lurk. Spiritual energy is warring around us, ground as best as you can.

This shifts around 11:24pm Eastern/8:24pm Pacific tonight when the Moon enters Cancer. At this point we begin to build to the Full Moon in Cancer that peaks Monday afternoon at 5:27pm Eastern/2:27pm Pacific. Between tonight and the Full Moon climax on Monday afternoon something is culminating regarding home, land, family, history, or emotional matters. We can have peak experiences throughout this period as things wrap up or end, are achieved or celebrated. Emotions are super high over the next few days as we hit this apex so be good to yourself and go easy on others.
