The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 10th

I'm sending ongoing prayers and donations for those impacted by these devastating hurricanes, everyone, please contribute if you can. I know you are since you guys are pretty amazing, I'm just trying to use this platform to do my part to help inspire us all to keep showing up. This is so widespread, and we are just at the midpoint of this month+ of Uranus sitting on Algol and impacting large groups of people in dangerous ways! It remains at a peak through Oct 29th, and then within a 1-degree orb where it can still wreak havoc until Nov 23rd.

Today Venus in Scorpio and the Moon in Capricorn are making adjustments to Jupiter Retrograde in Gemini. So that's a lot of Divine Feminine energy bending a bit or going the extra mile via big news, talks, offers, meetings, or decisions that allow us to revisit something in our do-over with Jupiter. It may hinge on emotional needs, love, money, beauty, or pleasure, digging deeper into a matter, making changes, aligning our goals, reaching a boss, parent, or other higher-ups, and any travel, legal, educational, or media influences in the mix. Bring your empathy, any sparkle you can muster, and be flexible.

Up until around 3pm Eastern we also seem to be pushing ourselves a bit harder on a personal or physical level, or we may feel like we are being tested a bit and this ties into how we are showing up or what our needs are with partners, clients, specialists, reps, opponents, advocates, or other key players. It may also stress us a bit when it comes to our equilibrium, so do what you can to keep the balance. We do move into easier flow and opportunity when it comes to love, financial interests, beauty, or pleasure by this evening so hold the line, it should ease a bit and find its flow. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 9th

Ok guys, we wake with Jupiter now Retrograde! Let's look back at the last times Jupiter was Retrograde in Gemini and see if anything stands out:

Oct 2012-Jan 2013

Oct 2000-Jan 2001

Sept 1988-Nov 1988

Sept 1976-Oct 1976 & Dec 1977-Feb 1978

Is there a thread in your story that ties these periods together in some way? We are now in our do-over mode with this planet, today through February 3rd, same as we were in these past years. What ideas are we going back to reconsider, rework or release involving legal agreements? Is there something to decide or undecide about a trip or distant situation? Can we reassess what we are learning or teaching in some way? Is there a ceremony we should get in there and figure out? What about any media, marketing, publishing, or broadcasting interests? Or our belief system, religion, philosophy, or politics? In the sign Gemini this may involve a Gemini in our lives and something we are readdressing with them here. It may be about looking at both sides of an equation, the duality, duplicity, or diplomacy. It may mean we need to talk about something here or write it up, sign it, sell it, or renegotiate it. It could hinge on sales altogether. It could mean a writing project is back on the table. It could mean there is something about meeting with someone about it, a short trip or many short trips, a local activity, or move in the mix that should be reassessed. It could also be that a sibling, neighbor, vehicle, or electronic plays a part in the story.

So, in this do-over we should review where we are, if we are happy, if there is prosperity hinging on what is occurring, if we are seeing the growth we need, or if there is generosity of spirit or some kind of con going on in the story. Then use this time to again, rework, rekindle, or release where we feel it is needed. People, situations, or ideas from the past may resurface around these topics to show us what we need to do during this do-over or we may be focused on a current situation and what needs to be done. It could be about taking a break regarding these topics or exiting something altogether during this period. So what stays, what goes, what can be revamped? Jupiter is Retrograde and it's gonna be big!

For the United States Jupiter is making a direct hit on her chart as the U.S. Mars is at 21 degrees of Gemini. This is in the U.S. house of allies and open enemies so we know we will be revisiting something combative or action-oriented here. It will put pressure on the U.S. leadership or from an outside world leader Dec 17-25 and this in turn may bring some kind of power struggle, financial issue, death, or third-party influence into the story. It could be quite a dangerous time for whomever is president at that point or if there has been interference with electing one then things could get dicey around this period.

The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 8th

We moved past the Sagittarius Moon square to Saturn in Pisces last night and spend today with it building to square Neptune in Pisces which peaks at 10:54pm Pacific tonight/1:54am tomorrow morning Eastern. So we continue to look at growth, happiness, and prosperity, as well as any travel, legal, educational, religious, political, or ceremonial matters and what is going on with boundaries, water, institutions, research, addictions, secrets, artistic matters, romance, or spirituality in the mix. It pushes or tests us but today it is more about the karmic, the imaginative, the inspirational, or delusional in the story.

So, this is background energy but there is so much more going on that is in flow, let's take a look at that! Both Mercury and Jupiter are involved in the story and they are opening up potential. Mercury via talks, news, meetings, short trips, writing, sales, offers, or decisions, and Jupiter through hope, optimism, generosity, or protection. They bring partners, clients, specialists, representatives, advocates, or other key players into the story to help with the expansion it offers.

We also have Venus and Mars connecting today in a great alignment of flow. Venus is of course about love or income, beauty or pleasure, and Mars about motivation, action or passion. Venus is in Scorpio saying dig deeper, make changes, evolve the story, get intimate, get sexual, focus on other financial interests, or third-party interests. Mars is in Cancer saying bring the feelings into the story or involve home or family interests, nurture where possible, or involve moves, renovations, real estate deals, parents, or roommates. Now, of course Mars is all about anger and fights as well but with this positive alignment we should be able to lean into the nicer side of this combo or if we do need to address anger we should find positive ways to do so. So there you have it, let's make the best of this day!

The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 7th

The Moon moves through its monthly square to Saturn today and that's it. So, we are looking at our happiness, prosperity, or growth potential and what we need to do about travel, distant situations, legal matters, educational pursuits, media ventures, ceremonies, religious interests, or political needs. This in turn is meeting with any time, effort, responsibilities, limits, rules, authority figures, commitments, endings, goals, or ambitions with Saturn. And these play out around institutions, research, addictions, secrets, water, boundaries, chemicals, karmic matters, artistic pursuits, romantic interests, or spiritual scenarios. So, look at the two lists, there is friction between these two which either pushes us to do more or tests us because things are not going as fast as we want them to or the way we expect. So, patience, perseverance, and a lot of tenacity is called for or perhaps a few naps along the way today, lol.

On a personal note, I had a rather scary dream involving 1 and then 2 unusually shaped UFOs (rectangular) that were like a 100 ft tall and wide, occupied by human beings and cloaked, until for a moment the cloaking went down, and I could see them. They had some kind of energy weapons and were about to let loose on a town or city and I was trying to warn people. Make of it what you will but I figured that since the dream was about me trying to warn others that I should probably share it. Then again, over the top dreams with Sage Moon squaring Saturn in Pisces are the norm for many of us during this transit. Coffee, I need coffee!

MONDAY we start a 2-day period of figuring out an issue between our emotional need to tackle anything legal, distant, educational, media related, or about travel, ceremonies, religion, or politics, and what is going on with an institution, the research or investigation, an addiction, a secret, an artistic pursuit, romance, or spiritual matter. It’s time to look at commitments, responsibilities, no’s, endings, limits, time, authority figures, goals, or ambitions in the mix.

TUESDAY we continue with the push-pull regarding legal, distant, educational, media related matters, or about travel, ceremonies, religion, or politics, and what is going on with an institution, the research or investigation, an addiction, a secret, an artistic pursuit, romance, or spiritual matter. Today it is more about addressing the dream verses the reality or the magic or lack of magic around it or boundaries, water issues, or karmic matters in the mix. We do have some really fabulous energies today as well so let’s take a look at them. First, Venus and Mars are in flow which means we have great potential to rev up the spark of passion and love or to motivate and get busy about money, beauty, or pleasures. We also have Mercury and Jupiter forming an alignment that is harmonic and opens up big news, offers, ideas, talks, meetings, or decisions that can bring more growth, happiness, optimism, generosity, or prosperity into the day. This should involve a partner, client, specialist, expert, advocate, agent, attorney, or other such important relationship, door open!

WEDNESDAY Jupiter Retrogrades at 3:05am Eastern so we wake heading into our do-over with Jupiter through Gemini. Jupiter is going to back from 21 degrees of this sign back to 11 degrees giving us from now until Feb 3rd to figure out what we want to revisit, rekindle, release, or rework here. So, we are heading into a time of news, talks, meetings, run-ins, offers, ideas, flirtations, or decisions that take us back over what is going on now or into the past with partners, clients, specialists, reps, competitors, opponents, or advocates. This is about any growth needs, happiness, prosperity, legal matters, educational pursuits, media ventures, marketing ideas, travel plans, distant situations, foreign affairs, global ideas, ceremonies, religious interests, or political agendas. Make it count!

THURSDAY is one of those days that starts out with a lot going on or challenging us but then turns lovely at some point once we’ve made it past all of these influences, so pace yourself! Capricorn Moon is getting us goal-oriented or into one-on-ones with higher-ups. At the same time, we have our own needs or issues involving key relationships and how we are showing up here. We are having to be flexible as well when it comes to Jupiter Retrograde matters (see Wednesday) due to inconjuncts from the Moon and Venus with these themes (news, talks, meetings, sales, money, love, decision, etc.), so things are not easy flow but doable. Once we get past all of this we find our Venus and the love or money, beauty or pleasure, and deeper side of life kick in and work for us. FRIDAY morning brings some nice surprise regarding those Capricorn goals we’ve been working on. This could be money oriented or about purchases, online pursuits, possessions, or products, and involve a friend, associate, or group. Mercury is going to test us a bit when it comes to news, talks, meetings, sales, agreements, writing, or decisions with a partner, client, competitor, specialist, agent, attorney, or other significant person in the story so plan on dealing with a bit more or less from them. The Moon moves into Aquarius at 12:31pm Eastern bringing a more social or aspirational vibe to the rest of the day.

The BIG NEWS on FRIDAY is that Pluto is going to go Direct at 8:34pm Eastern for the VERY LAST TIME in Capricorn, moving us forward now through Nov 19th with our very last push in the story that began back in 2008. Yes, Pluto entered Capricorn in 2008 and began his journey to destroy and rebirth like the phoenix rising from the ashes. This has taken place around our goals in life, our status, fame, reputation, personal authority, or career, the establishment, our leaders, the rules, regulations, systems in places, where we put our time and effort, as well as with or through our bosses, parents, judges, mentors, or other authority figures. It has occurred via Pluto: financial arenas, power, control, sex, birth, death, divorce, crime, reproductive or hormonal arenas, or third-party/triangle situations. So, we have about 5 weeks, what do we need to purge, change, evolve, or transform here before it exits this sign for good, well until he returns to Capricorn in the year 2254?

SATURDAY we may have to be flexible with partners, clients, specialists, reps, or other key players regarding talks, meetings, short trips, writing, sales, or decisions, at least in the early part of the morning/day. Chalk it up to the need for rest or some cloudy vision going on or something that is being tended to that is of a karmic nature and cannot be helped. We should then find our flow with these folks and either get into a groove with them regarding an aspiration or original project or with friends, groups, gatherings, online, or about astrology, charities, science, or some spontaneous opportunity, sweet.

SUNDAY is a 3-parter. Morning pushes or tests us with the partner, client, specialist, rep, or other key relationship regarding a third-party matter, jealousy, sex, finances, a divorce, or power balance. Mercury then moves into Scorpio at 3:23pm Eastern and the talks, news, offers, or decisions find their flow when it comes to sex, finances, power, control, jealousy, divorce, or third-party matters. Finally, and perhaps overtaking all other energy today, the Sun aligns with Jupiter in a lovely connection that puts us in there with the partner, client, specialist, agent, attorney, advocate, or other relationship or at least lets us pursue our interests with these folks and opens up big news, offers, talks, meetings, or decisions involving travel, legal, educational, distant, media, marketing, ceremonial, religious, or political themes. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 6th

It's ok if things don't go exactly as planned today with a partner or client, the specialist or representative, or any other one-on-one we have in play. The stars indicate some give-and-take is required, or more or less built into the day with these folks, and how we are showing up with them. It may be that someone is in need of rest and recuperation before we can do what we planned or that there is something going on that is private that needs time and attention first, or there could be something switching up with the movie, music or other artistic pursuit in store, a spiritual matter that needs attending, a hangover that needs nursing, or an institution one must take into consideration. Regardless of what comes up, it would seem that being gracious and giving around it leads to some pretty sweet potential by next weekend with these same folks making it well worth the effort now.

The Moon is wrapping up the last of her stay in Scorpio today and is in flow with Neptune which makes for some profound inner working if we are so inclined. It may lend itself to a more dreamy, romantic sexual attraction or more potential to dig into financial interests through research as well. If sleep and recuperation is the goal today, we might have some pretty powerful dreams so pay attention upon waking.

At 7:34pm Eastern the Moon moves into Sagittarius. Give some thought to anything you might need to tackle on Monday or Tuesday regarding travel, legal, educational, media, ceremonial, religious, or political topics since it would seem we will be dealing with any obstacles there during those two days. For tonight it's just about figuring out what we might want to do about any of these matters before we get into the thick of it.

The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 5th

I still can't believe how much widespread damage was done by the hurricane through so many states. I know we talked about it when it first happened, but it is an ongoing major issue in so many places and needs our attention. Please, if you haven't been able to donate yet to support the people going through this devastating time, consider finding a good site to donate to and do what you can. For those of you who are feet on the ground helping in those areas, God bless you. For those who lost so much I just can't imagine. I pray what we sent reaches you and helps in some way.

TODAY Scorpio Moon continues to help us dig deeper, purge, make changes, evolve, and transform. It is in a solid alignment with Saturn which can help us get serious behind the scenes and get ambitious about what we are doing. The mantra with this combo should be, 'We commit to positive change.' The Moon merges with Venus opening up potential for love or money flow, beauty or pleasures, and fresh starts on an emotional level with what we are doing. And we have a harmonic to Mars which amps up the activity at or about our home, family, moves, renovations, real estate deals, parents, or roommates. So, all of this is in flow, however I do think we could receive at least one challenging bit of news tied to this or need to have a talk or make a decision that pushes us a bit at some point today or tomorrow morning. Mars is involved with this as well so don't let yourself be triggered; we don't need angry outbursts marring an otherwise positive energy combination. Day 2 of our 2-week Solar Eclipse New Moon boost forward in relationships (with partners, clients, specialists, reps, competitors, etc.), with balance, about justice, or around higher esthetics, time to make a move! This is square Mars, in flow with Jupiter and inconjunct Uranus today so it's all over the place while we move things forward. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 2nd

TODAY we continue in the Dark of the Moon until 2:49pm Eastern/11:29am Pacific. This means we are focused on partners, specialists, clients, agents, attorneys, competitors, advocates, or other such significant relationships but we do not have any momentum behind what we are doing with or through them just yet. So, use this early part of the day to plan, set things up, or do whatever so that when we get past the Darkness, we have everything in order to launch forward.

Then, at 2:49pm Eastern/11:29am Pacific the NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE in Libra kicks in and we get a most powerful boost forward, a boost that will be in play over the next 2 weeks. This period is about starting something new with current relationships, taking current situations into what comes next, or starting new relationships altogether. We can eclipse out what blocks this forward momentum, or it may be eclipsed out for us, but the crux of this period is about heading into new territory.

Mercury is part of the story so we are being offered fresh starts through talks, offers, ideas, or decisions with or about these people. There could be sales, writing, agreements, or causes involved. We could do more locally, on short trips or with moves involving these folks and our fresh start. It could involve vehicles, electronics, siblings, or neighbors. Or it could hinge on duality, diplomacy, or flirtations in the mix.

We also have adjustments going on involving the partners, clients, specialists, representatives, competition, or other key relationships in this boost forward when it comes to research, investigations, institutions, karmic/past life matters, addictions, secrets, artistic pursuits, romantic interests, or spirituality, give and take here is key.

And finally, Mars is in a frictional alignment with this New Moon Solar Eclipse so there is some kind of pressure, push, or test involving what is going on at home, with real estate deals, moves, renovations, family, parents, or roommates in the mix. This area will keep us busier, frustrate, or show us what is needed and where we should put effort. So, have at it, make the next 2 weeks about connection, oh, and we should also strive for more balance, peace, justice, and higher esthetics in our lives since this helps us move forward here as well!

The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 1st

TODAY we are wrapping up the last bit of Virgo energy by 6:20pm Eastern. The energy is therefore about our work or health needs and what we are doing about them, or our animals, any cleaning or organizing, paperwork, or activities with co-workers or hired help. There is potential for spontaneity, innovation, online performance, social activities, and ways to earn, purchase or get busy with possessions in the mix. There should be at least 1 interaction with another regarding institutions, research, artistic, romantic, spiritual, or karmic matters tied to the Virgo themes. And we have flow regarding goals, career needs or higher-ups in the picture, any financial, intimate or third-party influences, or how things are evolving and transforming here.

Libra Moon then takes over prepping us for what comes tomorrow under the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Libra. So, the rest of our day/evening is about partners, clients, specialists, reps, competitors, advocates, opponents, or other important relationships. It can also be about balance, justice, or higher esthetics as well. We are in the Dark of the Moon with this energy tonight so don't push for new or next chapter just yet, that comes tomorrow.

We start the month with a New Moon Solar Eclipse on the 2nd in the sign Libra. This is at 10 degrees of Libra and kicks in at 2:49pm Eastern/11:49am Pacific. So, Libra is the sign of justice, balance and higher esthetics. It is also the sign of serious relationships such as romantic partnerships, business partnerships, clients, specialists, agents, attorneys, competitors, opponents, and advocates. With a New Moon here we have 2 weeks of momentum to start something brand new or take current interests into what comes next involving these topics and people. With this being a New Moon Solar Eclipse we have the potential to eclipse out whatever might be blocking forward momentum in these areas of life. Examples could be eclipsing out something that is not equitable in a relationship so the relationship can move forward on higher ground or eclipsing out a period of no relationship so that a new one could arrive. This Eclipse is in the Aquarius decan of Libra so freedoms, originality, aspirations, friends, groups, the internet, or causes could be part of the story helping this move forward. On this first day of the Eclipse it will merge with Mercury so at least one bit of information, talk, offer, idea, or decision helps get this thing moving.

Jupiter began to Station on Sept 25th as it arrived on the 21st degree of Gemini. It has been grinding to a halt on this degree since then. On Oct 9th, Jupiter will Retrograde on this 21st degree at 3:05am Eastern/12:05am Pacific so we will start our day with a shift in this energy of generosity, growth, happiness, adventure, and prosperity. Now through Feb 4th Jupiter will be taking us back over old territory to reassess, release or rework something. It is backing from the 21st to the 11th degree of Gemini which will predominantly cover relationship topics we are going to revisit. This will occur around talks, news, meetings, sales, agreements, offers, or decisions with partners, clients, specialists, reps, opponents, advocates, or other key players. It will be about travel plans, relocation at a distance, distant interests, foreign affairs, legal matters, educational pursuits, media ventures, ceremonies, religion, or politics. What stays, what returns, what goes, what can be reworked? We can expect something major in these first couple weeks of October involving one of these relationships since we still have the Solar Eclipse taking place with a similar focus as this Jupiter Retrograde. I might also add that from Oct 1-19 Jupiter will be locked on Chiron at 21 degrees of Aries, forming an opportunity alignment, first moving forward, then in the Retrograde, to look at any personal or physical wounds and what can be done through these Jupiter arenas to heal them, doors are open.

On September 1st Pluto returned to Capricorn in Retrograde on the critical, anaretic 29th degree of the sign. It has been hammering our focus on what we are willing to commit to long term and what needs to end, what our true goals are when it comes to financial matters, sexual interests, reproductive needs, power, control, births, deaths, divorce, or third-party situations. How our own authority or the authority outside ourselves is impacting, if status or fame is involved, or if career needs are intertwined. On the world stage it has taken us back one last time to address crime, power, leadership, the establishment, and any Machiavellian influences at work as the upheaval and ruthless changes that began in 2008 are addressed before the planet takes us forward again. It has been a time of do-over, reworking, releasing, or reassessing. Now, on Oct 11th, Pluto goes Direct on this 29th degree of Capricorn and absolutely everything above will shift and we will begin to see action come into play that will bring about any last changes meant to occur in our lives and on the world stage in these arenas. Pluto will be Direct from Oct 11th through Nov 19th in Capricorn before exiting the sign for good, not to return until the year 2254. Expect this month plus with it in forward motion to bring some very powerful long-term options or intense endings.

On the 13th Mercury enters the sign Scorpio and will tour here until Nov 2nd. Mercury is the bringer of news, ideas, offers, or decisions, it gets us into talks and meetings, interviews and auditions, brings agreements and negotiations into play, pushes for short trips, moves or local activities, time with or about siblings, neighbors, vehicles, or electronics, as well as what is going on with sales, writing, duality, and flirtations. In Scorpio this will be more intense, profound, jealous, power hungry, destructive, transformative, about financial matters, sex, reproduction, birth, death, divorce, or third-party influences. Our minds will be triangulating, purging and empowering through change. Our words and choices will reflect this during this transit. On the 22nd the Sun will also move into Scorpio and tour here over the next 30 days. This puts a spotlight on the financial, sexual, reproductive, mortality, divorce, power, jealousy, control, or third-party interests. It is our cue that we will be showing up and spending more of our physical time involved in some of this or that we can pursue our personal interests, promoting our needs, and moving things along.

On the 17th we have a Full Moon in Aries that peaks at 7:26am Eastern/4:26am Pacific. This begins to build to its peak starting on the 15th at 4:34pm Eastern/1:34pm Pacific so we can have climactic events anytime between the afternoon on the 15th and the morning of the 17th in Aries. This is about what is finally reaching its end, wrapping up, or what is achieved or celebrated at this climactic peak of the year in this sign. It is focused on the ego, the body, the blood, the head, combat, weaponry, fires, identity, the image, brand, name, title, or personal needs. Aim high, seek to reach goals here or mark endings.

Venus is in Scorpio until the early afternoon on the 17th so this portion of the month we are more intense, going deeper, making changes, and forging intimacy, financial interests, divorce, or third-party alliances when it comes to love, income, beauty, or pleasures. On the 17th, at 3:28pm Eastern/12:28pm Pacific, Venus moves into Sagittarius. With this move love and income needs, beauty and pleasure, become less intense or dark and more expansive and optimistic. We may find love or income needs, beauty or pleasure through travel or distant situations, legal agreements or educational pursuits, media or marketing ideas, ceremonies, religion, or politics. We may be more adventurous in love or about what we do to earn money, we may be in a growth spurt here or more generous of spirit during this transit. Women may take on more of a role in these arenas during this period. Venus tours Sagittarius until Nov 11th.

In our third week of October we will have a rare event involving the balance of planets around the Earth, last occurring in the decade of 70 AD. This is the decade that saw the siege of Jerusalem by the Romans, destroying the city and the 2nd temple. Let us pray that we do not see a repeat of this kind of violence again but a better way of resolving conflict. Or let us pray it is not a repeating pattern this time around. I would also note that the imbalance of energy pushing and pulling on the earth, all amassed on one side now brings the potential for more earth events such as earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, and the like. I am expecting that if it has the potential to disturb the Earth in such a lobsided, powerful way, it may also be felt as a stronger imbalance for people as well. I believe we will experience this in the last 2 weeks of the month with the peak on the 23rd so do what you can to maintain balance and stay safe out there.

Back in the summer, from July 7th-Aug 7th, we experienced Uranus passing over the fixed star Algol, with Mars in accompaniment from July 1st-16th. This was a dangerous time when we had more potential for loss. Uranus is going to Retrograde back over this fixed star between Sept 27th and Oct 29th so we will be revisiting whatever occurred in our own lives as well as on the world stage so that we can reassess it, release it or rework it in come way. This does involve the collective and our values, money, possessions, or the things we are building. It can involve big tech, digital anything, the internet, gatherings, the throat, the neck, the losing of one’s head figuratively or literally, crowds, or anything that impacts in mass. Think back to what was going on July 7-Aug 7 and especially what occurred July 1-16 and how if there is a revisiting of anything challenging we can be proactive about safety in any of these arenas. As a reminder on the global stage, this period in July coincided with the attempt on President Trump, the decision to remove Biden from the upcoming race, and the CrowdStrike global tech outage, we will be revisiting these topics again or fallout from them in some way that could be dangerous to the collective so we should each do our part to NOT escalate things if something occurs again. Here we go.
