MONDAY we wrap up the last of our Capricorn Moon energy in the morning and it is all in flow so it should be good for setting or achieving goals, for any last career needs or for what is going on with parents or other authority types. The magical things are in flow with this even though it seems a bit more ambitious with this energy today and there is good energy around earning, spending, the gifts, our possessions, or products in the mix. Do note the Void period so you make the most of the potential. At 10:52am Eastern the Moon moves into Aquarius and moves to conjunct Pluto here this afternoon. So, we are more focused on our friends, freedoms, original projects, groups, or online interests, or we are purging, making changes and transforming things, or we are hunkered down on our finances, sex life or third-party needs, and all with fresh-start energy behind it.
TUESDAY we find ourselves between Venus adjusting to Uranus and Venus squaring Neptune as they bookend our day so when it comes to the beautiful things, the love, earning money, or enjoying ourselves today there is a need to be flexible and to overcome a test or two. Something is lost or hidden, something is karmic. Something is not exactly as you wanted or expected with money, gifts, purchases, or possessions, or there is some question around value. Some things with friends are last minute or suddenly changing. Some stuff online is not as easy as it should be. You may have to push yourself when it comes to sleep needs, institutions or research. Ideals or beliefs may be off with someone. And/or there could be something involving travel, law, media, education, or ceremonies in the mix that tilts things a bit. So, keep your eye on the Venus prize, the love, the money, the beauty, or the pleasure, and pace yourself with the rest, this is not dark or scary stuff, just a bit of being bendy today, this too shall pass.
WEDNESDAY Venus moves into Capricorn at 11:26am Eastern and will tour here until January 17th. Venus in Capricorn is a cashmere sweater, a walk down the Champs- Élysées, a fine dinner at ‘the spot’ in town, ties and tails, an elegant climb up the company ladder, or you know, a marriage of love or money with beauty, refinement, ambition, and status. Apply it to what you are doing with love or income, beauty or pleasure, and set goals, be seen in your best and enjoy! Venus in Capricorn can also mean we are showing our love for a parent this Holiday season or into the New Year or that we are sharing or receiving more love with those in authority positions. It can also be a time when we need to dedicate ourselves, put in more effort, play by the rules, and get serious about what we want. If love or income opportunities do not conform to this during this period then we may move on down the road. Uranus is throwing a wild-card into the day, at its peak by around 4:42pm Eastern. So at some point there is an unexpected moment or last minute change or shocker popping up involving friends, groups, the internet, money, possessions, gifts, or purchases. Example, you could remember last minute you left a gift at home and need to run out to get a last minute purchase for the family gathering. The Moon moves into Pisces at 8:09pm Eastern and aligns in a most magical, spiritual, romantic way with Venus and then the Sun for the rest of our evening into the wee hours. This is so special for Christmas Eve. Light the tree, sing some songs, or be still and fall into beautiful memories, it puts us where we need to be with doors open.
THURSDAY I wish you a very, Merry Christmas! We continue on in our magical, spiritual, romantic, artistic, inspired flow but today it is more personal, we are more physically active about it, there is more passion in the mix, and we are motivated to make things happen. We may have a lot going on with a parent or boss or other authority type or we may be more goal oriented in what we do but either way, the energy is here for us, pray, give thanks, share the love.
FRIDAY starts with some need to push ourselves a bit about our travel plans or someone at a distance, or with any ceremonies, religious experience, the politics, our media or marketing interests, any educational pursuits, or legal needs. If we aren’t pushing ourselves then someone or something is pushing us about it. Talk, meet, reflect, make choices, it’s about how we handle Mercury through this early part of the day to get around or past whatever this is for each of us. Once we move past the peak of it, around 10:02am Eastern, the rest of the day finds its groove, sweet. This should mean we can get in there with artistic, romantic or spiritual matters, or dream, rest, recuperate, research or deal with institutions, and let things flow. There is good energy aligned with home or family, with friends or gatherings, with online pursuits or astrology, with earning or spending, and with parents or other higher-ups.
SATURDAY we have a bit of give and take in the morning around the travel, legal, educational, media, ceremonial, religious, or political matters and then we pick up our Aries Moon banner and dive into something personal or physically interesting to us for the rest of the day. The image I get with the rest of this day is of a high-jump runner, racing around that track but having to keep jumping over those hurdles, we are physical, we know what goal we’ve set for ourselves, we are going to see it through to the finish line but man, first Venus in square, then the Sun in square and finally Mars in square, all from Capricorn, so it’s jump, jump, jump! Whether that goal is love or money, dealing with the pleasures we are having with a boss or parent, our own needs or ego in the crosshairs, or our passions flaring, our anger sparking or more motivation than we know what to do with, here we go!
SUNDAY we turn our push for the day on something at home or with family, a move renovation, redecorate, or real estate deal, or with roommates or parents. Perhaps there is a big celebration we are getting ready for here today or we are taking down the tree and socking away the Santas and getting the house back to normal. However we go about the push here, there is plenty of good energy around it and it should keep us busy until around 5pm Eastern if not a bit longer. Mercury is happy today so talks, news, meetings, offers, the writing, sales, or decisions should flow. It could also be a good time to catch up with a brother, sister, aunt, uncle, or neighbor.
