The DAILY ASTROLOGY Dec 8th

Personal share: We made it to our new home, well if you can call it that, I bought a 100-year-old abandoned school out in the mountains and we are going to convert it into living space. This has been a romantic dream of mine pretty much my whole life but to be honest was also due to the financial need to find a place I could keep affording as I look to my future, I'm sure most of you can relate. Right now, it is a shell piled with 2 homes worth of junk in boxes and bags, James's 2 garages and storage units worth of tools and other guy stuff-inside and all over the yard-picture Sandford and Sons, and a space heater, lol. We bundled in last night in a bed piled with us and a bunch of tired dogs so we were warm but sometimes I think I might just be crazy. I will keep you posted. Ok, now for the astrology! We are in Leo Moon today, so the focus is on love and creativity, fun and kids, or perhaps a drama or two. This is in flow with Venus in Sagittarius which should magnify the adventure, the love, the happiness, the money flow, the prosperity, or any travel, legal, educational, or media influences in the story. Now for the challenging part. Mars is square to Saturn today and this does not peak until 7:16pm Eastern. So, Mars wants to go, go, go, and wants it yesterday, while Saturn wants to show restraint, put in effort over time, and will build it brick by brick. Mars is the youthful, ardent actor while Saturn is the older, established, authority figure. To say they don't play well together is an understatement, so it is best to be observant of where these two are at loggerheads and pace oneself today. Mars is about the travel, relocation at a distance, foreign, or distant situations, the legal matter, educational pursuit, media venture, or marketing needs, or the ceremonies, religious interests, or political agenda, while Saturn is about the institution we are dealing with in the story, the research we need to do, the secrets or deceptions in the mix, the addictions or boundary issues, or something artistic, romantic or spiritual in the story. For a heads up, we'll be adjusting a bit with the Saturn side of this before or by dinnertime tomorrow and then finding Mars is happy as a clam and active the rest of the night tomorrow so it seems our efforts to get through this today pay off.
