The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 3

We wake in Venus Retrograde. Here we go. Back into the past, back over current scenarios, time to review, release, rekindle, or rework all things Venus. So, we may hear from women from our past or rework something with one currently in our lives, we may be reviewing old or current income needs and what we'd like to do about them, we may find old or current love scenarios are returning, exiting or being rekindled, there could be something about beauty we are revisiting, or it could be time to return to our pleasures or revamp them in some way. Things may slow down in all or some of these arenas until we figure it out. And as with Mercury Retrogrades, things can go whacky or malfunction for a time, all with the idea that it is steering us towards fixing or releasing things.

This Venus Retrograde comes in 2 parts. The first part is today through the 25th in Scorpio. This period may bring sex, reproduction or divorce themes into the story or get us to focus on loans, debt, inheritance, bankruptcy, alimony, child support, or other financial influences around it, or it could bring powerful changes or third-party influences to bear. The second part is through Libra from Oct 25th until Nov 13th and at this point all of these Venus themes will be connected to partners, clients, specialists, agents, attorneys, opponents, competitors, advocates, or other similar relationship dynamics. So, buckle up, we are heading straight into our do-over.

The Mars/Pluto opposition peaked this morning at 6:39am so we should have reached our turning point around the things that have happened or needed to happen with a lover, the kids, our creative endeavors, a recreational pursuit, or a drama. Again deep changes are involved, a one-on-one with someone was in the mix, friends, groups, the internet, or our aspirations played into it. And anything underground, hidden, involving financial matters, sexual attractions, or third-party stories that played into it came up. I include it because we may still be dealing with whatever this is/was the rest of the day today.

Finally, the Sun and Saturn are going at it today as the Cancer Moon squares them this morning and the two of them move to oppose each other by tomorrow morning. The Sun is how we are showing up or where are needs are with specialists, clients, partners, agents, attorneys, or other key one-on-ones. Saturn is our self-mastery, our personal tests, getting real with our needs, putting in time, effort, getting back to reality in some way, or getting ambitious. The Moon represents our emotional needs in the mix, what is going on at home, with family, real estate deals, moves, renovations, parents, or roommates in the mix.
