SUNDAY MAY 22
We have 3 different things going on today. First, we are in frictional territory with the Pisces Moon squaring Mercury Retrograde and the Sun in Gemini early in the day. So, we are dealing with something hard to pinpoint or foggy or strange or tiring, or perhaps we are wanting to rest, recuperate, get inspired, or focus on artistic, romantic, spiritual, institutional, or research needs, and then there is this do-over matter that is coming in from the Mercury Retrograde asking us to show up for it and get involved. This would present as news, talks, meetings, sales, or writing scenarios, or with siblings, neighbors, moves, vehicles, electronics, short trips, or local activities we need to tackle. For most this should be done after 3pm eastern, fingers crossed. Next, we have Mars in Pisces getting fired up and actively ready to make things happen as it meets with Pluto, the planet of transformation, in Capricorn, the sign of ambitions, and this is about the opportunity alignment they form. So, I'd say that whatever this malaise is in the early part of the day is definitely behind us and we are on fire making a go at things. This can help purge, get into situations underground, work towards more empowerment, make changes, and evolve what's going on, so, set goals by all means. This can bring in third-parties, focus on financial interests or pull you towards more intimate needs as well. Finally, at 9:15pm Eastern Mercury Retrograde exits Gemini and backs into Taurus where it will now be spending the rest of it's time in your do-over, now until June 3rd. So, we shift our rethink to our possessions, objects of affection, purchases, products, income, the things we are building or want to build, pleasures, values, and how we are being valued in situations. It's time to reassess things or be open to the past coming back around in some way here or to reworking an ongoing situation or to let something go. We have a little over 11 days to figure it out here so slow down and give it some time to be revealed. Do watch for mix-ups, miscommunications or malfunctioning electronics or mechanicals associated with these topics since there can be some screwy moments in these areas now. So, as an example, you may lose something of yours and this leads to looking everywhere and this leads to some thought about what this object meant to you and this is what you are supposed to figure out during this period but on the same note, it could be that an item you lost before this part of the Retrograde began could return to you. Other examples could be an old income-making opportunity comes back around or you decide you really aren't into what you are doing to make a living anymore during this period. Another example could be that you had wanted to purchase a certain item but for some reason it wasn't possible but now all of a sudden you find that it is available again to purchase. Another example might be that you have been putting up with not being valued in a certain situation and this period allows you to discover what you are going to do about it. These Mercury Retrogrades can be a nuisance but they do seem to help us figure certain things out, so be conscious of what is transpiring around you. Since you are advised to hold off on new things during a Mercury Retrograde period you would want to try to hold off on anything new appearing as a purchase, income situation or decision about your possessions or products until after June 3rd, and if you want to be completely free of any glitches, until the Shadow phase is over on June 18th but feel ok with these things arriving from the past, coming back around or as part of a do-over in a current situation. Sometimes we have no choice but to accept an offer because to let it go would be too unfortunate, if that is the case try to leave yourself some wiggle room in negotiations, contracts, or protect yourself if this is about purchases for you by getting the warranty and keeping receipts since something is likely to change up ahead.
