Zoe Moon Astrology AUGUST MONTHLY Horoscopes

 Venus is moving into Libra on the 6th of August at 3:13pm Eastern and will be touring here until September 10th. Over these weeks ahead she will be doing her part to help us enjoy our relationships more. She rules this sign and so is quite comfortable here and she is bringing love or income flow (or both) to our one-on-one connections while here. Look for more balance, beauty, joy, pleasure, income, love, or fun with partners, clients, specialists, representatives, advocates, or the like. She may even help us smooth out issues with opponents. This is Venus on a more sophisticated level, leaning into higher esthetics. Enjoy!

Mercury heads into Leo on the 9th at 12:28pm and will be zipping through this sign over the next 2 weeks, exiting on the 25th. Mercury rules the things we are thinking and talking about, our meetings, sales, and writing, as well as our offers and decisions. In Leo we are going to feel a bit more entitled, royal or dramatic, but definitely wanting to lean into creative ideas, creative projects, love, lovers, kids, or recreational pursuits. So, meet about it, talk about it, field offers, sign agreements, write it up, sell it, make choices, here we go! It’s interesting to note that it’s been 12 years since Mercury got to do this in league with Jupiter, also in Leo. This means things could be quite optimistic, generous, expansive, prosperous, or happy as we go into them. It could also bring Jupiter themes into our talks, meetings, sales, writing, offers, or choices about kids, creative projects, fun, or true love. So, look at media, marketing, publishing, or broadcasting, any teaching or learning, travel or distant influences, legal contracts, ceremonies, or beliefs in the story.This is in orb for most of the transit but at its peak on the 15th.

That’s not all that is going on in Leo this month. We have a New Moon Solar Eclipse on the 12th at 20 degrees of Leo, kicking in at 1:37pm Eastern and in play for 2 weeks ahead! This is 3 times more powerful than a typical New Moon so expect very big potential around anything brand new or taking current interests into new opportunities, chapters or directions. Again, the focus is on true love, lovers, children, creative ventures, or recreational pursuits. This can help us to 'eclipse' out whatever is in the way of moving forward into the new or next chapter, so, for example, we may need to eclipse out an old habit or way of being loving to move forward with true love or perhaps there is an old school level or building we are done with so it is eclipsed out to make way for new learning experiences, or we are eclipsing out the pitching of the creative project because during these 2 weeks we land a deal for them, you get the idea. What steps can we take to move the ball forward or pick up on something new?!

Mars moves into Cancer on the 11th at 4:30am Eastern and will tour this sign until September 27th. Now, Mars is not too keen on being in Cancer. He wants to make things happen, like yesterday, but Cancer says, ‘Well, hey bud, how do you feel about that?'. It’s like being propositioned by someone who is fired up and ardent and saying, “Oh, yeah, sure we can make out, but first I’m dropping you down at the bottom of the lake, I’ll wait for you on shore, run.’ Or something like that, Mars has to move through the emotions, the water energy, to get what he wants. So don’t get frustrated, there is still a whole lot we can accomplish and especially at home, with property, real estate deals, moves, or renovations, or with family, parents, or roommates. We should just take our time, ask how we are feeling about it, and then get it going. On the challenging side of Mars here we should be more careful with matches/fire on the home front, take care about explosive fights that pop off within the family or at home, and try not to be too accident prone here. On the positive, we are more passionate and emotional, so we might want to close the curtains and enjoy.

The Sun moves into Virgo on the 22nd for a 30-day tour. This puts a spotlight on the details in our life, it brings us more closely into what makes us healthy or not, what work we need to do or pursue, how we are showing up with or for co-workers or hired help, if we need to put our John Hancock on some paperwork or clear the clutter out. It can get us more active and involved with our animals as well. This is a good time to simplify, be of service to others or clean the stage around us. We should make an effort over these 4 weeks to really get in there and take care of these things as we have more vital life energy harnessed here. Mercury will join in, starting on the 25th at 7:04am Eastern and tour here until September 10th. This can help us with our ideas about work, health, animals, paperwork, hired help, or co- workers. It can bring more talks or meetings about it, more writing, agreements, offers, or sales about it. And it can get us busier locally or on short trips about it! Make the most of these two influences.

At 9:18pm Pacific on the 27th /12:18am Eastern on the 28th our Full Moon Lunar Eclipse comes to its climax. This is a very powerful culmination on the 4th degree of Pisces. Again, Eclipses are thought to be 3 times more powerful than a typical New or Full Moon and this one is a doozie! The Moon moves into Pisces at 3:04pm Eastern on the 27th and will begin to build so we may experience this peak any time after that on the 27th or on the 28th or both days. It is about big things ending, achieved or celebrated as the energy is at its zenith. The focus is on karmic cycles that are finally done, past life romance that is climaxing in some way, a film, the music, painting, or other artistic pursuit that is now at its height. It could be about something big going on with prayer, meditation, yoga, or other spiritual practices, or about signs and visions, dreams or psychic moments that are culminating. It could also be about a secret coming out, a hidden enemy, or deception that has reached its peak, or a bad habit, self- sabotaging tendency or addiction that is climaxing. It could involve big things occurring in or on the ocean, with chemicals, big pharma, or poisons. It could also be the end of a period of recuperation or rehabilitation, isolation or boundary issues, something with research, or an institution that is reached its peak. Whatever it is for you it can feel very powerful as things wrap up, come through, end, or are celebrated and achieved here. Do note that tied to this particular Full Moon Eclipse are squares from both the Moon and Sun to the planet Uranus so we may have some really unexpected or shocking news, a talk or decision tied to all of this in the mix. It is also interesting to note that this particular Eclipse is conjunct the fixed star Fomalhaut which is the royal star of the archangel Gabriel. It adds more power to the moment and may bring really big news as Gabriel is associated with being the messenger, and may involve a leader around this time, or focus on Israel since Gabriel is the guardian angel of Israel, or both. For our own influences this star is associated with success and profound spiritual insight so it’s going to be quite the end of the month!

Finally, we have a meet-up between Jupiter and Saturn on the last day of the month, the 31st, and it is harmonic! So, Jupiter is allowing us to find our flow through any legal, travel, distant, educational, media, marketing, publishing, ceremonial, religious, or political arenas tied to the kids, our love life, a lover, our creative projects, or recreational pursuits. Saturn is bringing solid, long-term, responsible, authoritative, or ambitious energy on a personal or physical level in the story. It can also help with good endings, structures that support, time or effort, and what is going on with us personally, on a physical level, with our name, title, image, brand, body, or needs in the story. MONDAY Mars moves into Pisces at 9:16am Eastern and will be touring this sign now through April 9th. Mars is about our actions, our passions, what motivates us, what makes us angry or prompts fights, and it rules the military, police force, and weapons, the blood, the head, and our will. In Pisces we will experience these things in more karmic ways, in ways that seem to come out of the blue, are hidden or deceptive, through artistic pursuits, spiritual practices, or our romantic life, with bad habits, addictions or with institutions, or through research, rest, or recuperation. So, we may feel ready to motivate about that artistic project or do more to rebalance karma or we might have more passion for our romantic partner or motivate to go pursue romance, you get the idea, look at the combinations. Mars in this vast water sign can at times feel like we are running underwater or doing a lot without real clarity and that is normal for this transit, a lot is about combining our passions with our faith or acting on our ‘gut’ about things. Virgo Moon is active today in a lot of adjustments so when it comes to work, health or animals, co-workers, hired help, or paperwork, be flexible. We are officially building to the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo, which perfects tomorrow morning so we may experience some peak moment around one of these topics today in the build-up or tomorrow as it climaxes in the morning.

TUESDAY is all about the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse! This is powerful. It perfects at 7:38am Eastern and marks the peak of the energy with our work, health or animals, or with how we are simplifying our lives, tending to the details, cleaning, organizing, or involved with co-workers, hired help, or any paperwork. We should see things wrapping up that we’ve been working on or a celebration as we achieve or garner some recognition here, or we might end something altogether. As noted on Monday’s post, some of us will experience this on that day as this energy built up, the rest of us today as it perfects. Today we are in flow with Jupiter here so perhaps something opens up at home or family, with a real estate deal, move, or renovation, or with parents, history, roommates, or emotional needs in the mix. Mercury Retrograde is also active in alignment with this Eclipse energy which should bring at least one idea, conversation, bit of news, sale, writing opportunity, offer, or decision into the story that alludes to the past, present or exiting energy in the do-over.

WEDNESDAY morning looks exciting or surprising when it comes to love or income opportunities or with something beautiful or pleasurable. It could transpire behind the scenes, in a romantic way, through artistic outlets or spiritual pursuits, via institutions or the research applied to the story, and could bring money, purchases, possessions, or products into it in some social, online or unusual way. Libra Moon kicks in at 1:56pm Eastern and we shift our focus to one-on-ones the rest of the day. This could involve a partner or client, specialists or representatives, competitors or opponents, or advocates. The energy can also be used to get back into balance or enjoy the finer things in life or to seek justice in some cause. It looks like we are fired up and ready to make something happen here today.

THURSDAY we have a very optimistic Sun/Jupiter alignment, although we will need to be flexible with partners, clients, specialists, reps, or other key players about it. The Sun is shining its light through Pisces asking us to move front and center in something artistic, romantic or spiritual, or with our psychic abilities, dreams or signs, or with what we are doing through research, investigations or institutions today. This is in flow with Jupiter in Cancer giving us potential to find our groove with anything big we are doing at home, with moves, renovations, or real estate deals, or with family, parents, or roommates. FRIDAY Venus moves into Aries at 5:46am Eastern and will tour this sign now through the 30th. These weeks give us more motivation around what we are doing with love or lovers, income or our values, or with beauty or pleasure. It’s more fired up, active, reactive, angry, or ego driven now and we will feel like leading ourselves forward in these matters through our initiation and actions. We are wrapping up our Libra Moon energy with some give and take today when it comes to the partners, clients, specialists, reps, or the like. Remember we are in do-over mode with Mercury Retrograde so for today that means being flexible with any news, talks or decisions that we are reviewing with these folks. What stays, what goes, what can be reworked?

SATURDAY is the Mercury Retrograde Midpoint/Turning Point. This means whatever we have been reviewing, releasing, rekindling, or reworking involving art, film, music, romance, spirituality, psychic interests, magic, karmic matters, secrets, deceptions, addictions, bad habits, boundaries, institutions, or research, should be at the middle of the story where we have an ‘aha’ moment about it or something shifts about it, look out for that clarity. Venus merges with Neptune in Aries this morning as well, kicking off their new story together regarding love and romance, fantasy and the imagination, artistry and inspiration, money flow and research, personal needs and institutions, how we enjoy ourselves and our intuition. Much of what comes out of this combination will be due to our own actions so plan on getting busy. This story or chapter of a story lasts until April 24, 2027. Scorpio Moon is active today as well, bringing deeper connections, powerful changes, or more going on with finances, sex, power, or third-party matters. This is in flow with physical or personal desires and pursuits in the mix, however there could be issues lurking online or in social realms at some point.

SUNDAY kicks off daylight savings time so don’t forget to ‘spring forward’ with the clocks. The Scorpio Moon energy is in flow all day which should bode well for digging into things, uncovering what is buried, sexual attractions, financial matters, or third-party influences. Home and family matters flow with these topics, we might find positive artistic, romantic, or spiritual outlets for it, Mercury Retrograde may bring the past or current potential into view for consideration, or we might deal with institutions or research in a positive way. We also have Venus and Saturn sitting the same degree of Aries today which adds to our personal or physical story with our passions, anger or actions and what is going on long term with love or money, beauty or pleasure. Saturn tends to get us more disciplined or focused on endings or long-term commitments, responsibilities, time or ambitions here so look at what is showing up for you! The DAILY ASTROLOGY Sept 6

This weekend is a whopper guys, with the first steps into Uranus Retrograde being in square and the building and then culminating Full Moon Lunar Eclipse so buckle up, hold on tight, here we go! First, Uranus Retrograded in the wee hours, so we wake with our first day of do-over and it would seem to be a wild one. We are in Aquarius Moon this morning, ruled by this Retrograde Uranus in Gemini which puts double the focus on this energy. So, expect excitement or unusual moments, sudden changes or shockers, a rethink or review of all things social with past friends, groups, or online matters, news, talks, sales, writing, offers, or decisions being reassessed, and the pull to release, review or rework things. The Moon then moves into Pisces at 11:54am Eastern and squares Uranus Retrograde up until it perfects at 2:26pm Eastern so there is something going on behind the scenes, with hidden matters or secrets, institutions or research, a karmic matter or addiction, an artistic pursuit, or something romantic and this is tested a bit by this do-over (at least during these 2 1/2 hours) and then building, building. We want to be extra careful out on the roads, being more accident prone and with anything electrical. By tomorrow we reach the Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse peak so we could have our Eclipse experience today in the build-up, tomorrow at peak or both days. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Sept 5

If you have things you need to get done with friends, groups, online, or about an original project or personal aspiration, and you have specific goals or expectations in mind regarding the outcome, then get busy about it before the Moon goes Void at 4:51pm Eastern/1:51pm Pacific. During this first part of the day, we have some give and take to do in the matter with work, health or animal needs, or with hired help, co-workers, or paperwork about it. Ditto with what is going on at home, with family, or emotions in the mix, be flexible. Once we enter the Void it's more hands off the wheel with these social, aspirational, or online interests. Uranus, the ruler of this Moon energy, has stopped dead in the astrological sky, readying to shift directions into Retrograde motion. This will occur at 12:51am Eastern on Saturday morning but for the rest of the time zones it occurs tonight; 9:51pm Pacific, 10:51pm Mountain, and 11:51pm Central. So, the day may have a rather strange vibe to it as it feels a bit more anticipatory as we are waiting for the new direction to kick in. The 24 hours around the change in direction with a planet can bring a bit more instability around its topics so again we could see things wonky with friends, groups, the internet, aspirations, or original projects. In Gemini this could also include what is going on with short trips, vehicles, news, talks, sales, writing, siblings, neighbors, moves, or local activities until it has turned around. So, if you are going to be out on the road tonight be extra cautious. Take care with electricity. And mind what comes flying out of your mouth, lol. The rest of the night, albeit in a Void, does gather some steam when it comes to partners, clients, specialists, reps, or other key players as Mars gets things moving or brings more passion to the surface or helps with working through anger issues or fights (again in a Void we can't predict how this will turn out, it's just a harmonious alignment, so best to avoid fretfully angry folks out there). This week may feel a bit insane, lol. We have Saturn Retrograding back into Pisces, Mercury moving into the opposite position in Virgo, Uranus Retrograding in Gemini, and the build-up and climax of a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces! Buckle up babies, let's take a look!

MONDAY Saturn Retrogrades back into Pisces and will be retrograding here until Nov 27th. This is our last do-over with our commitments and endings, responsibilities, time and limits, the structures we are building to support or our ambitions, and our self-mastery when it comes to: art, film, music, or other muse-driven interests, romantic past life connections, secrets, addictions or deceptions, institutions, research or investigations, and spiritual, magical or psychic matters. It is time to reassess, release, or rework things here. This is a heavily Karmic and important period of release if there is anything that has run its karmic cycle so trust your intuition and the signs about it. Saturn goes Direct in Pisces on Nov 27th and will take what we have figured out during the Retrograde forward through Valentine’s Day next year, then exiting to not return to Pisces until the year 2052. Let’s make the most of this period. Today the Sagittarius Moon lifts our optimism, focuses on happiness or prosperity, or any growth-oriented opportunities. Our beliefs, wisdom and higher mind are at play. This is in flow with creative interests, lovers, kids, or recreational pursuits, while testing us with addictions, secrets, institutions, research, recuperative needs, romance, artistic outlets, or spiritual matters in the mix.

TUESDAY Mercury moves into Virgo at 9:23am Eastern and will tour this sign now through the 18th. So, we should find we can get into talks or meetings, focus on the sales, writing or agreements, take more short trips or get out and about locally, all with a focus on work, health or animals, or involving paperwork, hired help, or co-workers. We may multitask in these areas or see the pace quicken over these 16 days.

TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY Mercury in Virgo will be adjusting and squaring other energies, really pushing us to do more or testing us, asking for flexibility or adaptation around what we hear, field or decide regarding these work, health, animal, paperwork, hired help, or co-worker matters. Folks may be more reactive and apt to just chuck the entire thing in a move towards freedom so don’t poke bears. We should also use more caution on the roads over these two days.

THURSDAY Mars squares Jupiter so we are fired up with or about a partner, client, specialist, representative, opponent, advocate, or other key player. It is about the big thing going on at home, with family, a move, renovation, real estate deal, parent, or roommate, and where we are with legalities, travel, distance, media, marketing, education, or beliefs in the story. This either feels like 'let's do something big' or 'something big is happening, what do we do?' Mars may come across as more passionate, motivated, or angry so lean into the better side of this and make things happen. FRIDAY we focus more on friends, groups, the internet, astrology, charities, gatherings, or aspirations. This is a bit all over the place in the morning and early daytime as we bend and sway around what pops up but it should then find it’s groove the rest of the day/nighttime and involve more with those partners, clients, specialists, reps, etc. Later tonight/early SATURDAY morning depending on your time zone (9:51pm Pacific tonight/12:51am Eastern tomorrow morning) Uranus Retrogrades. This shift in the direction may impact both days with some unusual, strange, sudden, or exciting moments. I would say unexpected is probably front and center in what is going on. Now through Nov 7th Uranus will be Retrograde in Gemini so we are reassessing our changes of mind, our ideas, our sales, writing, or agreements, our moves, short trips or local activities, our flirtations, retracing talks, meetings, or offers, or what’s going on with siblings, neighbors, vehicles, or electronics. As with any Retrograde period we can revise, rekindle, release, or rework things. It may also be a do-over with friends, groups, or online as it pertains to these Gemini themes.

SATURDAY we definitely feel this shift with Uranus as he starts his Retrograde journey. What were we thinking?! What did we say?! To add to the crazy of the day the Pisces Moon is squaring Uranus Retrograde. So we have the duality of the fish swimming in opposite directions (Pisces) putting pressure on a newly Retrograde wild-card energy (Uranus) in the dual sign of the twins (Gemini). Yeah, don’t try to make a serious choice today, it’s all out of whack and DO be careful on the road once again. Oh, and emotions are building as we move closer to the peak of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces.

SUNDAY we reach the apex of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces by 2:09pm Eastern. This is extremely powerful today and for many, last night in the build-up. It is about major endings, breakthroughs, achievements, or celebrations as we hit the peak of things involving art, romance, karmic cycles, secrets, deceptions, addictions, spiritual matters, dreams, psychic abilities, magic, investigations, research, or institutions. This month brings our Eclipses and a whole lot of energy in the signs Pisces and Virgo because of it. First off, we head into September with a Virgo New Moon already in play from August. This New Moon was at 0 degrees of the sign and will give us added momentum behind new endeavors or next chapters in current endeavors from the 1st-6th. The focus in Virgo is on health, animals, and work, along with any cleaning, organizing, details, paperwork, the hired help, or co-workers. So, see the doctor, trainer, nutritionist, interview for the job, pitch ideas at work, adopt a pet, you get the idea, take things forward! Next, Mercury moves into Virgo on the 6th and will tour here until the 18th. This period speeds up the news, talks, offers, agreements, or decisions about health, work or animals, the co-workers, hired help or paperwork. There could be sales involved, more than one option on the table, more meetings or interviews about it, more local activity involved, more short trips or moves tied to it, or perhaps transportation, siblings or neighbors have a part in what goes on here now. Next, on the 19th Venus moves into Virgo and will tour this sign until Oct 13th. Venus in Virgo is a bit more picky when it comes to love, detail-oriented about money, or focused more on services or being of service with love or money. It wants to get down to the basics, clean things up, come from a pure space, and with Venus in the sign of work, health and animals, we may enjoy these themes more or focus on the love or money here. Ditto with co-workers, hired help or tending to the paperwork. Finally, that New Moon in Virgo that ran from August 23-Sept 6 occurred at 0 degrees, leaving space for a second New Moon in Virgo, this one at 29 degrees and this one a New Moon Solar Eclipse on the 21st. So, we have a second shot at launching forward with work, health, animals, paperwork, hired help, or co-workers, into something new or next chapter over the next 2 weeks. This time it is 3 times more powerful and it gives us the chance to ‘eclipse’ out whatever blocks this forward momentum as part of the story. So, for example, perhaps your doctor or nutritionist or trainer helps you eclipse out a bad habit or issue so that you may launch into a new health regime or perhaps someone exits the work place, eclipsing out their role on the job, and giving you the chance to step into that position. The 29th degree holds more power as well so see what opens up for you in the next 2 weeks with this energy.

On the 1st of September Saturn Retrogrades out of Aries into Pisces and will tour here until Valentines Day next year. This is our last shot with Saturn in Pisces over these 5+ months, now through Feb 14th next year, for some time. In fact, once Saturn exits this sign Feb 14th, 2026 it will not return until the year 2052. So we want to use these next 5 and a half months to get serious about where we are with our karma, our bad habits or addictions, any secrets or deceptions, our dealings with institutions, any research or investigations, the spiritual side of life, our romantic interests, dreams, magic, psychic abilities, or artistry. Saturn has been asking us to master some new level of proficiency, to end things that do not support us moving forward, to make long term commitments and cement things that are good for us here, to take the lead, put in the time, deal with any limits, no’s or responsibilities about it, and/or get ambitious about these topics. So, from today through Nov 27th Saturn is Retrograde in Pisces and we can slow down, reassess things, let go, rekindle or rework what is already there or that comes back around from the past. And then on Nov 27th as Saturn goes Direct in Pisces we have our cue to start moving forward with our choices and this lasts until Feb 14th. Good questions to ask ourselves would be, ‘What karmic cycles have run their course?’, ‘How do I make my dream a reality?’, and ‘Does this qualify as inspirational or delusional?” Between the 1st and the 7th this month Jupiter in Cancer will form a harmonic with the North Node of Destiny in Pisces on the 18th degree of these 2 signs. This means we have support and flow between what destiny is calling us towards with our artistic, romantic, spiritual, karmic, institutional, or research interests (Pisces), and our emotional needs, home, move, renovation, real estate deals, parents, roommates, or family (Cancer) on the other hand. It may bring potential to travel or sign legal documents about it, focus on media, marketing or higher education in the mix, or perhaps involve a ceremony, religious interest, or politics. By the 7th we reach the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, a very powerful ending or achievement as the energy climaxes on the 15th degree of the sign. At this point we should be wrapping something up or marking an ending, achieving a goal or celebrating something epic, or a combination of all of the above focused on these artistic, romantic, spiritual, karmic, magical, addictive, secretive, deceptive, institutional, or research themes.

On July 7th Uranus entered Gemini for the first time since last he toured here in the 1940’s. Uranus is genius energy, that higher octave of Mercury, bringing inventive ideas, more spontaneity, unpredictability, radical ideas, reinvention, sudden changes, excitement, community, the collective, and a more social, online, digital, big tech vibe to what is going on in our mind, in the local scenes, with talks, meetings, and agreements, sales, writing, and decisions, and more. So, on September 6th Uranus Retrogrades and will be taking us back over old ground here now through November 7th. This is a do-over, time to slow down, reassess the changes, how we are thinking, the choices we’ve made, the offers on the table, our moves, community, and sales, and figure out what stays, what goes, what can be reworked. Uranus will return to Gemini next year on April 26th and stay until the year 2033 so take the time to see if you can fix anything now or move past it since we’ll be working in this combination for years to come up ahead. Collectively, we could get some shocking news on this day or hear about a major reversal of something in one of these realms on this day, part of heading into the do-over.

On the 18th Mercury moves into Libra and will tour this sign now through Oct 6th. This should bring more news, talks or meetings with partners, clients, specialists, representatives, competitors, advocates, or the like during this period. Mercury highlights ideas and offers, sales and writing, proposals and choices with or about these folks and should quicken the pace a bit with what is occurring. It may also bring an unabashed flirtation with someone, interesting. By the 22nd the Sun moves into libra, shining his light here over the next 30 days and asking us to show up and get more personally or physically involved with these folks. It’s a good time to focus on our own interests, stand out and shine.

The last major influence to look at this month is Mars and his move into Scorpio on the 22nd. First off, Mars has been in the sign of his detriment, Libra, since Aug 6th and so his exit of that sign is a good thing since he can get a whole lot more done in Scorpio. He will tour Scorpio from today through Nov 4th, taking us into deeper territory, helping us to purge, make changes and evolve stories. He will be more passionate sexually or more driven to intimacy, more motivated to make things happen with loans, debt, inheritance, taxes, insurance, investments, alimony, child support, a partner’s money, or other financial interests, and perhaps motivated over a divorce or third-party interests. As always with Mars, it is best to lean into the passion and motivation and do your part to sidestep the angry, combative side of Mars since you don’t want to fight over finances, your sex life, a divorce, or those triangles. Between the 22nd and 24th Mars is highly active in this new sign and so you can expect that there is something to tackle here that will require some personal or physical give and take and something intense online, with friends, groups, a gathering, big tech, AI, science, astrology, charities, freedoms, the collective, or aspirations in the mix. It might be worth noting that Pluto, the ruler of Scorpio, remains out of bounds and more intense than we’ve ever seen him since the American and French Revolutions, adding to the power of what this Mars in Scorpio period will bring.

The DAILY ASTROLOGY March 14th

What do you say about the 24 hours nestled between a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse and Mercury Retrograde?! Duck? Cover? Do a little dance? I'm not so sure, lol. The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse was felt by most yesterday in the build-up to it but for some it's effects will be felt today. It is about what has reached a peak regarding work or health, the animals, any paperwork, or what's going on with hired help or co-workers. So, we wrap things up, mark our endings, or achieve and celebrate here if there is still more to go with these themes. This is strongest up until around 3pm Eastern/12pm Pacific.

At this point the Moon then moves into Libra, and we should break some from the climax around these Eclipse themes and start to focus more on partners, clients, specialists, representatives, or other relationships in our lives or on balance, justice, or equality. This relational dynamic is in flow with social or online interests, financial or sexual pursuits, or third-party situations. It can be powerful, help bring change, or go deeper. Do note that Libra is the place of open enemies as well so as we find ourselves between Eclipse and Retrograde and any crazy whackadoodle energy this stirs up, I would suggest we do not poke the bear today.

Now, for the Mercury Retrograde. Mercury is about information, commerce and community. Therefore, when active it asks us to talk, meet, write, focus on sales, offers, or decisions. It also rules siblings, neighbors, moves, vehicles, short trips, the neighborhood, and electronics. In Aries it is ego-driven or about our body, image, brand, name, title, involvement, or personal needs in the mix or it is more passionate, angry, fighting, driven, or active/reactive. Tonight at 11:46pm Pacific or early in the wee hours tomorrow morning at 2:46pm Eastern Mercury Retrogrades. He will be backing from 9 to 0 degrees of Aries now through March 29th and then wrapping up the rest of his Retrograde in Pisces from the 29th through April 7th.

So, right off the bat we can see it is going back over the entire first decan of Aries, the most personal or physical part of the sign so we should be willing to address our own needs during this period. Examples could be it's time to readdress something about our body via a talk or meeting, or we run into someone from the past while out and about locally or on a short trip, or the vehicle needs to be taken in for repair, or an old anger issue with a sibling or neighbor reappears to be addressed or to get better closure, you get the idea, look at the combinations.

In Retrograde we are to return to any past issues, opportunities or ideas and reassess, release, rekindle, or rework things. We are also to focus on what is already in play in our lives and what we want from the do-over here. There can be mix-ups, miscommunications or malfunctioning items involved, there to slow us down enough that we figure something out. Do double check facts and figures, keep receipts and buy warranties, and if possible, hold off on making any final decisions or signing documents (unless they are past coming back around) until this is over. Since the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse was in Virgo, it was ruled over by a stationing Mercury (Mercury stopping in the astrological sky in preparation to change direction) and therefore there may be some tie-in with the Mercury Retrograde do-over as it pertains to what culminated under the Virgo Full Moon Eclipse topics, think about it for your own life, what stays, what goes, what can be reworked? We are still in the United States Chiron Return until March 8th, last occurring 1973-1974 and coinciding with Watergate and the oil embargo. It brings up wounds and vulnerabilities for the country to heal. It began April 18-May 6, 2024, returned Oct 19-Nov 12, 2024 and ends Feb 15-March 8, 2025. We can expect to see this continue to play out with any in positions of leadership (past and present), things happening at the White House, anything with our money, or the institutions controlling finances March 1-8. Good news is it won't return here after until the years 2074-2075.

March brings one of the more powerful months in years for focus on all things Aries. Aries is our ego, our will, our courage, our leadership abilities, our initiatory capabilities, our body, our physical involvement, our anger, our fights, warlike tendencies, things involving the head or our blood, our passions, our motivation, our image, brand, name, title, or needs. So, let’s look at all the energy gathering here and what it might mean.

Venus Retrogrades in Aries to kick off our month of March, turning at 7:36pm Eastern on the 1st and heading back into her do-over in this sign now through the 27th. She will then take her Retrograde into Pisces so this first 27 days will give us the opportunity to revisit the past, rework the current, take a break, exit something, allow for others to exit, or release whatever we may need to in our do-over. Venus is about love or income, beauty, pleasure, or women in our lives. In Aries we are readdressing, releasing or reworking things involving our own needs, that impact us personally, that address old passions, anger, fights, or activities, and engage our ego when it comes to love or income, beauty or pleasure. So maybe we go back to an old hairstyle or make-up regime for beauty or we physically connect with an old love interest or revisit our own passions with a current lover, revamp our brand/image, or maybe we go back to earn money in an old arena or we renegotiate our agreement involving our name on the contract, as examples. When Venus goes Direct in Pisces on April 12th, she’ll then re-enter Aries in Direct motion on April 30th and tour here until June 6th so we will definitely get another shot on moving things forward in these areas then, it’s a long story this one.

Mercury then enters Aries on the 3rd of March to bring his penchant for conversations, news, gossip, flirtations, meetings, writing, interviews, sales, offers, and decisions to these personal and physical needs. This means we can pitch our ideas, promote our own interests, get into talks or make decisions about our body, involvement, image, brand, name, title, or needs, it’s all about us! Mercury is in Direct motion, carrying these things forward, until the 15th at which point Mercury Retrograde begins. Yes, you got that right, we now have 2 personal planetary energies, Venus and Mercury, both Retrograde in Aries. Mercury Retrograde can bring some mix-ups, miscommunications or malfunctioning items where we are concerned so give some wiggle room, double check facts and figures, try to not put your name on the dotted line until this is over if possible, and keep receipts. We are very literally in flux now so try to stay loose. Mercury will bring up talks or meetings from the past, help you run into past scenarios when out and about locally or on short trips, get you to revisit anything you signed in the past, or to review, release or rework something said, signed, sold, or decided about your body, image, brand, name, title, or involvement in things. Mercury will be in Retrograde in Aries until March 29th at which point Mercury Retrograde will back into Pisces, joining Venus Retrograde there. Mercury will Retrograde Pisces from the 29th until April 7th, go Direct there April 7-April 16th, and return to Aries in Direct motion April 16-May 10th. So just like with Venus, we will have more to the story in the Spring, it’s a long story.

The Sun moves into Aries on the 20th and will tour here over the next 30 days. This puts a spotlight on our body, our physical involvement in life, our ego, our passions, anger and activities, our image, brand, name, title, identity, or needs, and helps us show up and move the ball forward. It gives us an edge here and allows for more vital life force involved in what we are doing for ourselves. It's our time to shine!

By the 29th we have a NEW MOON SOLAR ECILPSE in Aries! This occurs at 6:58am Eastern at the 9th degree of Aries and will be a very powerful launch forward over the next 2 weeks. This is about starting something new or taking current interests forward into what come next or some new direction or chapter. Again, it is about our body, involvement on a physical level, our image, brand, name, title, or identity, and our passions, motivation, fighting spirit, or actions. A Solar Eclipse is 3 times more powerful than a typical New Moon and may help us eclipse something out if it is blocking this forward momentum but, it’s about the new beginnings, not the endings. An example is we could decide we are going to start a new health regime for our body, eclipsing out the old, out of shape person or unhealthy body, or even eclipsing out certain habits or foods, and launching ourselves on a new workout and eating regime that could transform us. The things we start now can hold sway over the next 6 months so make these 2 weeks count.

Possibly the biggest news for the month and all of this influx into Aries has to do with Neptune. Neptune rules Pisces and has spent just shy of the last 15 years moving through Pisces, since April, 2011. At 8am Eastern on the 30th Neptune enters Aries, leaving Pisces behind for a while. This move into Aries is occurring for the first time in any of our lifetimes, since his last journey in this sign of courage, leadership, ego, war, and the physical man between 1861- 1875. Of course, it cannot be discounted that 164 years ago when Neptune last entered Aries the first 5 years of that transit coincided with the Civil War, 1861-1865. Neptune is one of the collective signs, a sign with karma, hidden agendas and hidden enemies, self-sabotaging energies, deceptions, addictions, chemicals, oceans, and all kinds of other issues with boundaries when under duress and in Aries it became about the individual body showing up, getting warlike, and going big. I bring this to your attention not to scare you but to remind you how fast something can go really wrong and so that you are responsible for doing your part to NOT escalate things when you can. Now for the positive side of this influence. It is epic, it is about giant swaths of impact imbuing each of us artistically, spiritually, romantically, and with the good karma as well. We can radiate these things over the years ahead, we can become these things through our physical practices. We will become a more romantic character through our physical valor and passion, we will become more spiritual or psychic through our prayer, meditation, and study of these things. We will become more artistic by practicing our skills, by doing it, developing it, making things happen. And when it comes to the more challenging side, each individual will meet with their secrets, their addictions, and the past lives that matter this time around so that we can do something about it, make something happen that will impact who we are. To this end, again, we want to lean into the positive side, wash ourselves clean, tune into our intuition and calling, and keep to the high road. Neptune will tour Aries now through Oct 22nd this year, (Retrograde from July 4th-Oct 22nd), so this year is a preview, we are getting our feet wet. Neptune will then return to Aries on Jan 26th, 2026 to tour this sign until March, 2039.

So, that’s a lot of Aries energy, yes?! The other things going on this month are a FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE in Virgo on the 14th. This peaks at 2:55am Eastern at almost 24 degrees so for those of you on the West Coast, that would be at 11:44pm on the 13th. This is a very powerful climax and we will begin feeling it build as soon as the morning of the 12th and it will continue to build until peak time. It is about major endings, breakthroughs, celebrations, or achievements involving our work, co-workers, hired help, or paperwork, or with our health, health, health, or our wonderful animals. It is possible that something is eclipsed out altogether around these themes as part of this big moment so keep it in mind if you see something escalating. This Eclipse is sitting within 3 degrees of the Karmic South Node so we very well may see something involving Fate, a rebalancing of Karmic give and take, a loss, or the return of a past life soul tied to what is culminating in these arenas of our lives now.

And finally, on the 27th and 29th respectively Venus and Mercury Retrograde into Pisces, backing out of Aries. So, our do-overs are now going to be focused on art, film, music, poetry, romance, prayer, meditation, yoga, psychic interests, magic, dreams, signs from the other side, deceptions, illusions, secrets, addictions, institutions, research, investigations, boundaries, water, chemicals, or hidden enemies. Venus will have us rekindling, releasing or reworking things here that are tied to the past or current situation with love, income, beauty, or pleasures Mar 27-Apr 12th. Mercury will have us rekindling, releasing or reworking things in these Piscean arenas via talks, meetings, sales, short trips, moves, local activities, siblings, neighbors, transportation, electronics, offers, agreements, news, or decisions Mar 29-Apr 7. Here we go.
