We are in MERCURY RETROGRADE in Pisces this month from the 1st-20th. This means we are reviewing, reassessing, rekindling, releasing, or reworking things having to do with past life connections or romance, our spirituality, psychic interests or magical pursuits, painting, poetry, music, film, or other artistic outlets, any recuperative needs, research, or dealings with institutions, or our karma, bad habits, addictions, any secrets, or deceptions. So, there is plenty to review in the do-over period, what is here that needs to go? What can you rework? What from the past deserves another shot or better closure? MERCURY GOES DIRECT at 3:33pm Eastern on the 20th and from that point we are ready to speak up, make choices, meet about these topics, field offers, or listen to get things moving ahead again.

MARS will be joining Mercury in Pisces from the 2nd onward. He arrives at 9:16am Eastern and will tour this sign until April 9th. Mars wants to jump in, with all of his passion or anger or motivational force to start kicking things up and getting them to move. This is going to be quite the combo with our mind and communications mostly in the past or in a holding pattern while we suss things out in the Mercury Retrograde but with Mars saying full steam ahead, let’s do this! So, expect perhaps some crazy moments as this energy will be all about taking the lead and doing things about these same topics: the artistic, romantic, spiritual, psychic, karmic, addictive, secretive, deceptive, institutional, recuperative, or research-oriented interests.

In the midst of Mercury Retrograde taking us back and Mars taking us forward, we have a NEW MOON in Pisces on the 18th. This kicks in at 9:23pm Eastern and will hold sway over the next 2 weeks. It gives us more momentum and forward thrust with the artistic, romantic, or spiritual, or with the secretive, deceptive or addictive, or with the institutional, investigational, or recuperative, or with magical or psychic abilities. So, look at starting something brand new or taking current interests into what comes next, however, if you really want brand new then perhaps wait until after Mercury Retrograde ends on the 20th to launch.

Now for the Full Moon this month! It is a FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE in Virgo and it arrives on the 3rd of March at 6:38am Eastern. This is powerful, considered 3 times more powerful than a typical Full Moon, so we really have something cresting to a peak now when it comes to work, health or animals, or with co-workers, hired help, anything organic, holistic, or about simplifying our lives, or anything involving cleaning, organizing, the details, or paperwork. This means we enter this month building to this climactic moment that will either be about wrapping something up or marking a finite ending or about achieving goals, celebrating or having breakthroughs here. It can eclipse something out altogether so reach for what you want now or wrap it up.

On Friday the 6th VENUS MOVES INTO ARIES where she will tour until the 30th. Venus in Aries doesn’t usually mess around, she makes a straight line towards what she wants and usually gets it. So, when it comes to love or income needs, we’ll be taking the reins and going for it. This is equally true when it comes to things of beauty or our pleasures. However, this time around Mars, which rules Aries, has freshly arrived in Pisces, so there may still be some of that fairy dust around what is going on or more behind the scenes activities involved or something playing out that still has a tie to a past life scenario here so feel it out. On the flip side, Venus in Aries may help smooth out some of the more combative things going on in our lives or on the world stage, may it be so.

By the 20th the SUN MOVES INTO ARIES for a 30-day spin. This is our cue to start showing up and getting more personally or physically involved in the things that stir our passion or trigger our fighting spirit or motivate us to do more. It can be a good time to focus on oneself by putting in efforts around one’s body, image, brand, name, title, or needs. This also marks the SPRING EQUINOX, kicking in at 10:46am Eastern as the Sun enters this sign. It’s a good time to make a vision board about what you want to manifest this year. Happy Spring!

Back in 2025 Jupiter went Retrograde on November 11th. Now, on the 10th of this month, JUPITER GOES DIRECT and will be moving through and then out of the sign Cancer by June 30th. So, the past 4 months gave us plenty of time to release, rekindle or rework things pertaining to our home, family, or emotional needs, or more specifically, with any moves, renovations, real estate deals, historic or ancestral interests, or with parents or roommates. As the energy of luck, growth, happiness, adventure, and prosperity turns into forward motion we can make the most of moving things forward in these realms. Jupiter could mean it’s time to sign legal agreements or hear a legal offer coming through around something in this story. It could mean there is a trip, distant situation, foreign interest, or import/export tied to the growth in these realms. It could also bring attention to media, marketing, publishing, or broadcasting from or about our home or family business. It could bring a graduation, wedding or other ceremony to bear on these Cancer topics. It’s a good time to learn more about history, property or family or to share our own wisdom or teach about something here. It can also be about where our philosophy, religion, or politics play into emotional growth or happiness. Look at how far you have come in any of these combinations since Jupiter first arrived in Cancer back on June 9th, 2025. It won’t be until May of 2037 when Jupiter will return to this sign so really make these next months count!

By the 30th of March VENUS exits Aries and ENTERS TAURUS. She does so at 12:01pm Eastern and will tour here until April 24th. Venus in Taurus is not as combative or passionate and aggressive as she’s been in Aries. No, in Taurus she slows down, smells the roses, is more sensual, more fixed in her position (stubborn), more enduring, and really interested in building something of value. So, when it comes to love or money, beauty or pleasure, we are headed here. This is Venus’s rulership territory so she is comfortable and steady here. As long as we don’t butt heads in some stubborn way during this transit it should bring lots of positive potential for each of us.
