The DAILY ASTROLOGY Feb 25

We move through the squares to Mercury and Venus in the morning so expect to have more push around talks, meetings, sales, short trips, news, or decisions up until noon eastern. It may involve an institution, something karmic, an artistic pursuit, romance, spiritual matter, or addiction, or it could be things we are working through behind the scenes, in private, or around a secret.

We then move into active Mars energy that is in flow and from the sign Aquarius. This gets us busier with friends or associates, with groups or at gatherings, online or around astrology, charities, AI, or scientific interests, or it helps us get into our aspirations for the day. Time to make things happen!

The big news today is that Mercury Retrograde begins at 10:48pm Pacific time/11:48pm Mountain time tonight, or at 12:48am Central/1:48am Eastern tomorrow morning in the wee hours. So, I'm talking about it today since half of us may start to experience it this evening, although everyone will wake to Mercury Retrograde tomorrow. This is a Retrograde in Pisces and will back from 22 degrees starting today down to 8 degrees by the time it ends on March 20th. We are in do-over mode, a reassessment of what is going on with film, music, painting, poetry, or other muse related interests. A reassessment of our romantic life or karmic past life connections. A reassessment of our prayer, meditation, yoga, or other spiritual pursuits. A reassessment of magic, psychic abilities, signs from beyond the veil, or dreams. A reassessment when it comes to bad habits, addictions, secrets, or deceptions. A reassessment with large bodies of water, pharmaceuticals, or boundaries. A reassessment with hospitals, spas, universities, prisons, or other institutions. Or a reassessment with research, investigations, or other information gleaned behind closed doors.

We will slow down, revisit the past, rework the current, or release something in one or more of these arenas over the weeks ahead. There can be mix-ups, malfunctioning items, miscommunications, or other frustrations that arise to get us to take notice of what stays, what goes, and what can be fixed. It is a period of flux where we should evaluate how we feel about these matters so that we can make final choices once the energy is Direct again. For those of you seeking messages from dreams or through signs, tonight is a whopper with the Moon squaring Neptune one minute before Mercury Retrogrades, keep dream journals at the ready and pay attention to what is transpiring around you!

One last thing about the Retrograde, from tonight/tomorrow morning through March 4th we are in the third Decan of Pisces, or the Scorpio part of the sign so we may dig deeper, go through profound changes, look at sexual attraction, jealousy, control issues, power, third party influences, divorce, reproductive needs, financial influences, mortality, or transformative potential in the do-over. From March 4th through March 15th we then move through the second Decan of Pisces or the Cancer part of the sign so we may have more emotional needs in the story or something about the home, family, move, renovation, real estate deals, history, parents, or roommates to contend with in the do-over. And from March 15th-20th we then move through the first Decan of Pisces and refocus specifically on any of the Pisces themes I listed above without the outer influences. It may also be a powerful time to reconnect with our imagination and the things that inspire us, to see any delusions for what they are, to dissolve away that which is no longer meant for us, or to reconnect with our inner needs.
