The DAILY ASTROLOGY April 26

Sometimes astrology is mind blowing. So we kicked off a new 7 year cycle with wild card Uranus entering Gemini last night at 8:50pm Eastern and as noted it instantly went into a square from the Virgo Moon, perfecting at 9:04pm Eastern, and during this window we see a gunman leap through security to go after our Gemini President in a shocking attack at the White House Correspondence Dinner. Good lord, Uranus energy, seriously?! We are moving into more harmonic flow with this crazy ass combo over the next few days so at least things should settle down a bit, deep breath. Today we are in Virgo Moon, again with work or health related focus or what is going on with our animals, co-workers, hired help, or paperwork. This is in a lovely flow with the Sun in Taurus so we may work with the earth today in a good way or grow something, build something or earn our way that ties in with the Virgo themes. We could also find flow with purchases, possessions or products in the mix. Venus is sextiling Neptune which alludes to beautiful illusions or waning delusions, inspiration or magic around love, beauty, pleasure, or money. We may find this through conversation, meetings, short trips, local activities, sales, writing, or offers coming in. Mercury is square Jupiter so big news, big ideas, big choices, big sales, or big decisions are pushing us over what we are doing or need and something about real estate deals, home, moves, renovations, family, parents, or roommates at some point this afternoon. The DAILY ASTROLOGY April 25

The Sun and Pluto are square today with most of the brunt of the testing or frictional energy in the morning. This is about how we are showing up regarding a possession, our income needs, a purchase, or product, and what is going on with friends, groups, the internet, other financial influences, sex, or third-party matters. Once we get past this big push of the day we are wrapping up any last Leo Moon topics by 9:04pm Eastern. So, we may focus on the kids, our love life, a lover, a drama, any artistic pursuits, or recreational matters.

For years now, since 2018, Uranus has toured Taurus where the innovation, excitement, social energy, or sudden changes were more involved with building or evolving values, a focus on money, possessions, the things we were building, our pleasures, or purchases. At 8:50pm Eastern Uranus moves into Gemini, a sign he will now tour until June 9, 2033, and that changes. This will create a backdrop for our genius, our original ideas, our friendships, our group affiliations, what is going on with AI, the internet, astrology, charities, or science, as well as around our freedoms, aspirations, innovations, and the collective. So, it is a big shift.

With Uranus in Gemini we will feel more like talking or meeting with others about these social, online, original, or freeing themes or we will have more genius ideas. There can be more revolutionary or suddenly changing moments in our local arena, with moves or in nearby places, our transportation will be impacted. We may bring unique or original projects forward through writing or sales. There can also be big excitement, surprises or sudden changes with a brother, sister, or neighbors or we might get swept into interesting and unique projects with these folks. Wildly different ideas will be afoot. People will be more concerned with their freedom of ideas and speech. Uranus in Gemini is in a fellow air sign where he can flow so the pace of all of this is likely to really pick up over the years ahead. Pay attention to what it is kicking off in your own life so as to work with the new influence in the best ways.

At 9:04pm Eastern the Moon moves into Virgo and will instantly square Uranus in this new position so there is something to tend to involving work, hired help, co-workers, paperwork, cleaning, the animals, or health in the story right off the bat. If up late enough we may feel the square to Venus as well bringing in a love or money matter in the mix or something around beauty or pleasure to tend to, and that wraps our Saturday! MONDAY It’s a day full of positive alignments and they are happening within an all-day-void! So, we have Gemini Moon gearing us up for talks, news, meetings, sales, short trips, or decisions and in flow with Mercury, Saturn, and Mars in Aries. The door is open for us individually to get in there and go for what we want or to focus on ourselves in some way. Mercury comes to sit with both Saturn in the morning and Mars in the later afternoon, both in Aries. These two planets met yesterday so it’s likely that this adds information, communication, commerce, or decisions about whatever went on yesterday in this mix. So, very motivated, looking positive, but hands off the astrological wheel.

TUESDAY Cancer Moon kicks in at 1pm Eastern, ending yesterdays and this morning's Void period. This turns our attention to home, emotional needs, family, moves, history, roommates, real estate deals, or nurturing. Between now and tomorrow morning at 7:30am Eastern this Moon will run the gauntlet with Neptune, Saturn, Mars, and Mercury, all in Aries. So, we are pushing ourselves harder or tested in some way on a personal or physical level with these Cancer themes.

WEDNESDAY we move past all the frictional dynamic between the Cancer Moon and planets in Aries as we stretch ourselves awake and get going. We are building today, Earth Day, towards a merger with Jupiter in this sign and it should lift our spirits, help us think big about home, family, moves, real estate deals, parents, roommates, or emotional needs, and lean into happiness or prosperity here.

THURSDAY is about the Venus/Uranus merger in Taurus. This is the very last alignment Uranus makes in this sign, a sign he has been touring since mid-May, 2018. He exits on Saturday and won’t return until April 2109 making today's last alignment fairly significant. Uranus in Taurus has asked us to reinvent ourselves when it comes to our values, money, pleasures, purchases, products, or possessions over the past years in Taurus. To that end it has brought a collective influence, AI, science, astrology, charities, groups, friends, aspirations, or original projects to bear on these themes to see how we’d find our way here. It's also been very crazy, with ups and downs, sudden changes, excitement, and shockers. Today as it merges with Venus it brings the last bit to the story, which could bring true love/a lover, a money-making opportunity, a woman, beauty, or what we enjoy into the story. Pay attention. FRIDAY Venus moves into Gemini at 12:03am Eastern (last night at 9:03pm Pacific) and she will now tour this sign until May 18th. Venus in Gemini is far more curious and flirtatious, chattier and more inquisitive, more dual or multitasking, more out and about in the neighborhood, in a move or on short trips, more into writing, sales, talks, or meetings, or with siblings, aunts or uncles. So, look for Venus in these arenas, look for love, money, beauty, or pleasure here. Leo Moon is active today as well, gearing us up for more love or focus on the kids, more into creative endeavors or recreational pursuits. The flow here is linked to more activity, more time, and any talks, news, or decisions in the mix that are in flow.

SATURDAY the planet Uranus moves into Gemini at 8:50pm Eastern and just like that, boom, we are into a new chapter of life when it comes to our original or unique potential, our genius, our friendships and group affiliations, what we are doing online, with AI or inventions, where we are with astrology, charities, or science, or with gatherings, aspirations, or the collective. This energy now in Gemini is going to want to write about these things or meet more about it, talk or interview about it or bring it into ideas or opinions. It will play out more locally or on short trips, bring moves or things going on with transportation, and the mental state of things moving forward. It will pick up the pace, feel lighter and more in flow with it's own sign so more easily available to utilize now. It will likely be a very innovative period of life with Uranus in Gemini, now through May 22, 2033, but it can also be explosive and shocking as this combination has aligned with the Revolutionary, Civil and 2nd World Wars. Knowing this, do your part to not escalate, but rather bring your Light and bring your prayers and align your actions with Peace.

SUNDAY our Virgo Moon asks us to be flexible when it comes to cleaning, organizing, the work or health, animals, hired help or co-workers. Venus and Neptune meet and bring the potential for a lot of magic and romance around love or a lot of research, artistry or institutional influences to making money, or perhaps just lots of talks or news that inspires. Mercury is square to Jupiter today so there are some big talks or decisions going on tied to home, the family, real estate deals, roommates, things going on abroad, through travel, political, religious, legal, or ceremonial matters. We start April with a Full Moon in Libra at 10:12pm Eastern on the 1st. So not only do we get to April Fool folks today, watch out for purple elephants in the back yard, but we also have our peak for the year with our one-on-one relationships. This is about what is culminating with romantic partners, business partners, clients, specialists, opponents, advocates, agents, attorneys, or other key players. It can also be the peak climax around balance in our lives, justice, or higher esthetics. So, expect big moments with or about these folks or topics, as things wrap up, end, are achieved, or celebrated here. On the world stage this is the peak for the year between allies and open enemies so there may be something significant climaxing between March 31 and today. This is the first Full Moon in Libra we have experienced with both Saturn and Neptune opposite the peak so there is something karmic, hidden, serious, and/or with long-term implications tied to what is culminating now.

Good Friday on Friday the 3rd, and Easter, on Sunday the 5th, both bring Jupiter to the forefront for us while under a Scorpio Moon. This should put us into flow, help us dig in and evolve storylines, help us connect with our beliefs, our family, or do more at home as we focus on what the Holiday means to us. It can help dig into things on a deeper level, make changes, celebrate, seek happiness, and transform as it brings powerful death and rebirth, regeneration, resurrection, and faith together over this period which should make for profound moments.

At 3:36pm Eastern on Thursday the 9th Mars moves into Aries. This is like lightning in a bottle as Mars is now in the sign he rules, and this only comes around once every couple of years, so get ready! From today through May 18th, approximately 6 weeks, this transit should fire us up, get us more motivated about our own interests, get us more physically active or in pursuit of our desires, more ardent and sexual, or angrier and more aggressive. If we can manage to resist fighting our way through things this energy can really give us more spark and drive to make things happen. We should note that things may heat up on the world stage during this phase as Mars is militant. This will be at peak in the beginning, from April 9th-20th as Mars enters Aries on the 9th, conjoins Neptune on the 13th, sees Mercury enters his domain on the 14th, conjoins the Moon on the 15th, Sextiles Pluto on the 16th, sees a New Moon launch on the 17th (ruled by Mars), conjoins Saturn on the 19th, and conjoins Mercury on the 20th. The only other activation is then on May 4th as Mars squares Jupiter. This is incredibly intense and could be a world on fire, let's hope in a good way! May the positive side of this energy be our focus.

On the 14th Mercury moves into Aries, joining Mars there, and touring this sign now through May 2nd. Mercury in Aries is a sharper, more self-involved mind, and this gives way to more aggressive or passionate talks, ideas, meetings, or decisions during this period. It may help us go for what we want with sales, writing or agreements, or fire us up with siblings, neighbors, moves, vehicles, or short trips. We are speaking from the will or ego now and so will everyone else so use this energy to go for the things you want but try not to ride over others with ideas. Again, speaking the wrong thing now can escalate to anger or fights very quickly so keep a handle on how powerful this period is for everyone.

Finally, on Friday the 17th we have a New Moon in Aries, perfecting at 7:52am Eastern. This kicks off 2 weeks of cosmic boost that can help us launch into something brand new or take our current interests into that new chapter. Again, the focus is on our own needs or what is going on with us physically, involving our body, image, brand, name, title, or desires. With all of the other energy alongside this New Moon we should have more than adequate potential if we are proactive and take the reins regarding our own interests, moving things forward. Chiron is active at this New Moon, in fact we may start feeling his presence a couple days before the New Moon kicks in but as the New Moon takes place Chiron is right next to it by degree so we should look at his influence as well. Chiron will ask us to take this New Moon energy and do something about any personal or physical wounds or vulnerabilities. He will get us focused on healing. Or he will ask us to step into our guru teacher/healer energy to help others as part of this new or next chapter identity we are developing now or part of the next chapter of what we are showing up for and doing about it. On the world stage the militant nature of this New Moon connected to Chiron will either launch us into fighting/wounding or being wounded from others aggressions or be our cue for great healing through the actions taken.

On Sunday the 19th the Sun moves into Taurus at 9:39pm Eastern for a 30-day tour. This is our cue to start showing up in areas of life that involve earning income, making purchases, doing things with our possessions or products, building, working the ground, or seeking pleasure. This spotlights our efforts or involvement here and should help us pursue what we want regarding these topics, while we stand out and shine. Of course, one heads up, we may find we want to slow down a bit, luxuriate in the sensual pleasures, and/or find we are a bit more bull-headed if you know what I mean, so let’s find our groove!

At 12:03am Eastern on Friday the 24th Venus moves into Gemini where she will tour until May 18th. Venus rules love so we may find these weeks more flirtatious, or we may find love when out and about locally or on a short trip to a nearby place. Gemini may also aid us in our talks or meetings with love interests or bring introductions to love through neighbors, moves, what we’re doing with vehicles, or siblings. Venus also rules income so we may find our ideas, pitches, writing, talks, meetings, interviews, or sales, are now vibing with income potential or we may interview or audition for opportunities. Venus rules beauty and pleasures as well so these may also be had locally, at nearby places, through siblings, neighbors, vehicles, moves, or the talks, meetings, sales, or writing during this time. Gemini is the sign of the twins and duality so we may vacillate back and forth between options now in these arenas or find we are good at multi-tasking with love interests, flirtations, income opportunities, beauty, or pleasure.

And perhaps the biggest news of the month is that the planet Uranus will move into Gemini on Saturday the 25th at 8:50pm Eastern. We had a little taste of this combination last year when Uranus entered Gemini on July 7th and stayed until November 8th, covering 0 and 1 degrees of the sign. Now, however, we are fully into the transit and it will last until May, 2033. Uranus is the planet of shock and awe, genius and revolution, the collective and what is unique in an individual, as well as friends, groups, and associates, clubs and organizations, astrology, science, AI, and charities, gatherings and sudden change. In Gemini it will play out in our minds-as in we are thinking a lot more about these topics or formulating choices, or with our words, our talks and meetings, our sales, writing and agreements, locally or on short trips to nearby places, with moves, our transportation, or electronics, our flirtations, siblings, or neighbors, or our ideas, offers or decisions. It will have more back and forth, diplomacy, or duality in the mix. Last time it toured this sign for the duration was between 1941-1949 so we could expect to see those collective themes of reinvention and revolution returning in some new way. In fact, Uranus in Gemini coincided with WWII, the Civil War, and the Revolutionary War as it takes 84 years to come back around to this sign so again, prayers, positive energy, trying not to engage with violence or aggressions could be more important now as we head into this time. Regardless, it does have a mission of change. We may also see true genius and innovation during this transit that impacts the collective up ahead. This will be the period of AI and big tech for sure. MONDAY. Uranus moves into Gemini, the first time in this sign since last touring here between 1941-1949. Uranus brings a shake-up, a reinvention, more excitement, more shocking moments, more sudden changes, more genius, and reinvention into the sign that rules the mind, our communities, our talks, meetings, and sales, our writing, what we do with siblings, neighbors, or moves, our short trips or transportations, and where we are diplomatic or dualistic. Get ready for a wild ride! Friends, groups or gatherings may play into it, the collective, rebellion or revolution may play into it, and we are now in the year of preview with this energy from today through November 7th. It will then return next year towards the end of April 2026 and stay until May of 2033. Pay attention to where you are being called or with what is happening around you at the first of the week and again between Friday and Sunday when Uranus gets active for clues about where it is to start for you. Venus is active today and in a good mood so she may bring news or decisions about love or money, beauty or pleasure, that are powerful. There may also be news, talks or decisions involving the kids, lover, creative project, or recreational pursuit that are in flow.

TUESDAY we want to be flexible when it comes to travel plans or situations brewing at a distance. There can also be a need for give and take regarding a wedding, graduation or other ceremony, any legal or educational interests, or the media or marketing needs of the day. 

WEDNESDAY we continue doing our part to stay malleable in situations but today it hinges more on personal goals, a parent, boss or other authority figure or a career related need. If we can keep our cool and go with whatever transpires up until around 4pm Eastern the day should then turn a corner and ease up quite a bit. We are officially building to the Full Moon climax tomorrow as soon as we get up this morning so emotions do run a bit higher today as we get closer to that peak experience.

THURSDAY the Full Moon in Capricorn culminates around 4:37pm Eastern so we should have reached that goal, wrapped that project, marked any endings, or head into that celebration by then. Again it is about personal goals or ambitions, status, fame or reputation, the career, or a boss, parent, judge, mentor, or other such authority figure where we see these climactic moments. Mars is proactive and helpful in making things happen via hired help, co-workers, cleaning, organizing, the work itself, any health needs, or what’s going on with the animals in the story as we build to the Full Moon peak. FRIDAY looks like one of those great days to socialize, spend time with friends, get online and connect, join or attend a group function, or head out to the party. Of course, that doesn’t mean there can’t be a crazy scenario out there what with the new Uranus in Gemini energy and how we are all feeling out how to resonate with it, but overall, for most this looks promising.

SATURDAY we are still focused on our friends, groups, online interests, or aspirations but today it threads in and out with love or money, beauty or pleasure, in flow, sweet! Mars is asking for some give and take today at some point so expect some quick fix-up or work around regarding work, health or animals, or the people you hire, work with or sign documents with today. Saturn is stopped in the astrological sky readying to Retrograde so we may feel like there is something quite serious going on with us on a personal or physical level today as we feel the energy build to this shift.

SUNDAY  at 12:07am Eastern (that’s Saturday night at 9:07pm Pacific time) Saturn Retrogrades. We’ve been moving forward with lots of tests, ambitions, or serious personal or physical matters, with Saturn in Aries since May 25th this year and now with the Retrograde kicking in we can slow down a bit, catch up with whatever has transpired and figure out where we might need to refine, release or rework something. Saturn will give us until Sept 1st in Aries before taking the Retrograde back into Pisces to finish off so use this Aries period to readdress any commitments, endings, supportive structures, time, or ambitions regarding what you are passionate about, angry about, motivated about, or what is going on with who you are, your name, title, brand, image, body, or personal needs. We have two periods where we can take advantage of the New Moon’s power to move things forward for us this month. The first 10 days are still in Cancer New Moon and therefore can help us launch into something new or take our current interests forward in new directions regarding our home or a move, any renovations or real estate deals, or with a parent, roommate, our history, or the family. Then, starting on the 24th and over the last 8 days of the month we have New Moon energy in Leo. This can help us launch forward with our love life or something with a lover, a creative endeavor or recreational pursuit, something with a child or for children, or anything tackling dramas or entitlements. This Leo New Moon is really interesting because the Sun will have moved into Leo on the 22nd for a 30-day tour, giving us more personal draw or physical involvement in these themes, while Mercury will start his Retrograde in Leo at 12:45am Eastern on the 18th and be in Retrograde through August 11th. This slows us down a bit, brings the past back around, allows for a do-over with past or current situations, or any exits that need to take place with lovers, kids, creative ventures, or recreational pursuits. So, expect the second part of July to get really interesting in these realms as we move forward while in a do-over.

Venus will spend much of the month in the sign Gemini. Entering this sign at 11:31am Eastern on the 4th and remaining here until 11:57pm Eastern on the 30th. Here she brings a focus on the love or money, or on beauty or pleasure. In Gemini she likes to balance at least 2 things at once, talk about it, get out there locally about it, write about it, make the sales, flirt, look at both sides of a story, debate it, perhaps move regarding it, involve siblings or neighbors, or the transportation involved. So, we may find lots more going on nearby or on these short trips or moves about true love or income interests, or we may hear from someone, run into them out and about, or make that sale regarding her interests this month. Although this is overall a very lovely influence, do note that between the 20th and 23rd this month Venus will move into a frictional T-Square as she squares Mars and the Karmic South Node in Virgo and the North Node of Destiny in Pisces. On the one hand it may bring some fated love or money scenario into play but on the other it could spark anger and loss so do be careful with these handful of days. It would seem that work, health or animal matters may play into it or something about criticism, the people we work with or hire, or paperwork could play a part. At the core of this moment is a decision to fall back into what has always been there but perhaps has been outgrown in some way or to leap into the new.

Now for the biggest news of the month, Uranus moves into Gemini on the 7th for the first time since last touring here between 1941-1949. So, while Venus is doing her part to smooth things out or attract the love, money, beauty, or pleasure to this Gemini field, Uranus is now arrived to shake things up, bring more excitement and spontaneity, involve friends, groups, or gatherings, shake us out of ruts or shock us, bring sudden changes, involve big tech, AI, the internet, or revolutionary moments. Again, this plays out locally or on short trips or moves, with siblings or neighbors, with ideas, talks, meetings, sales, or writing, in agreements, negotiations, interviews, or auditions, or with offers or decisions. Uranus gives us a preview this year, moving through Gemini from July 7th until November 7th, then returns next year on April 26th and stays until May 22, 2033. So, we’ll be working with this new energy combination for some time up ahead. Pay attention to what changes, gets more exciting, brings genius into your life, suddenly or unexpectedly exits, or helps you awaken during this first 4-month preview since you’ll then have lots going on here starting next April and over the following 7 years. And do keep in mind, Uranus is like lightning, it strikes quickly and out of the blue and then is gone so if you get a genius idea, an out of the blue offer, or come up with a new invention make sure to write it down or take action on it if it is something that feels right for you since it may be lost in the ongoing movement if you don’t. The same goes for opportunities that may arise locally or in nearby places, through moves or neighbors or siblings, or with your writing, sales or agreements.

The Moon moves into Capricorn in the morning of the 9th and will culminate in a Capricorn Full Moon here by 4:37pm Eastern on the 10th. So, these 2 days we will feel things building to a crescendo around personal goals, achievements, career matters, reputation, fame, or status, or with a boss, parent, judge, mentor, teacher, director, or other such authority figure. Things are wrapping up or ending here or they are achieved, celebrated or recognized as we reach the height of the energy for the year. Do note that this Full Moon is blessed with opportunities involving the work, health or animal needs in the mix or with paperwork, co-workers or hired help on board, as well as with what is going on with income, purchases, products, or possessions in the story, so aim high!

Saturn and Neptune have been taking us on a new journey through the sign Aries over the past few months, bringing more personal or physical tests, asking us to master some new level of proficiency, focusing on what we really are becoming in a new chapter of life as a person, asking us to dream big but be real about what steps those dreams require to make them a reality, and more or less pushing us in ways we’ve not really been used to at all. So, in the month of July both planets will Retrograde and some of this will ease. Chiron has been touring Aries for years and at the end of July it will also Retrograde, easing up on the changes and allowing us to go back over things to reassess. The Retrograde periods will allow us to take a breather, go back and look at what all has transpired, fix or finesse and fine-tune things, and ready ourselves for the next round when they go Direct again. Neptune Retrogrades on July 4th at 5:34pm Eastern and will be in Retrograde motion in this sign until Oct 22nd. During this period we should look at where we are artistically, spiritually or romantically on a personal or physical level, how our psychic abilities have been enhanced, our dreams more significant or magical moments have been playing out, where we are with bad habits, addictions, secrets, or deceptions, if we still need to have anything done at a hospital or other institution, where we are with recuperative needs, or if there is any research we could go back over regarding our body, image, brand, name, title, or needs. Saturn will Retrograde at 12:07am Eastern on the 13th and remain in Retrograde through Aries until Sept 1st. Take this time to go inward, focus on your own needs via commitments, things that have ended, structures that do or do not support and what you want to do about them, rules or regulations, how a boss, parent or other authority figure has recently impacted who you are now going to be, or any ambitions you have seen shift and what you can reassess here. Again, look at where you are physically or with your name, title, image, brand, or identity and what you would like to do about any of it over this period ahead. Also, take a look at rekindling or releasing any passions, working on any old angers, and looking at how your actions have led you to where you are and what you would like to rework, release or rekindle now about it. And finally, Chiron Retrogrades on the 30th at 10:42am Eastern and will be in Retrograde until 9:38am Eastern on January 2nd, 2026. This gives us time to catch up on old wounds or vulnerabilities and get better closure, release, rework, or retrieve something in our do-over here on a personal or physical level.

Venus heads into Cancer at 11:57pm Eastern on the 30th where she will now tour until Aug 25th. So, we won’t get a lot of time with her this month, pretty much experiencing her on the 31st, but she is going to really hone in on her interests in Cancer for most of August so we should note what she brings late on the 30th or into the 31st. Venus is about love or money, beauty or pleasure and she wants to smooth things out, attract this good stuff and enjoy herself so in Cancer it will be about the home or family, emotional interests, history, antiques, or ancestry, any real estate deals, moves, or renovations, or the parents or roommates. It should be a lovely influence where we can lean into the love in these areas or attract the income we need, beautify our spaces or bring beautiful objects into the home, and just enjoy ourselves more here.
