MONDAY is a whopper as far as boosting us out into something new. There are 4 things kicking in today. 1) Venus Stations. This means she stops moving from degree to degree through Leo as she has come to the degree she will Retrograde on starting Saturday. So, today through Saturday she is at a standstill and it’s likely so are we when it comes to her themes of love, income, beauty, and pleasures, and how they are playing out in Leo-through lovers, kids, creative ventures, dramas, entitlement issues, or recreational pursuits. Take it to heart that you don’t want to push these things since you won’t get much happening until Saturday at 9:33pm Eastern at which point she’ll be starting her do-over with these topics, more on that when we get to Saturday. 2) There is a NEW Moon in Cancer today, kicking in at 2:32pm Eastern and in effect the next 2 weeks. This gives us a nice boost forward from the cosmos when it comes to our emotional needs, our nurturing abilities, our empathy, what we are doing at home, with a move, a renovation, any real estate deals, our family, our interests with ancestry or history, the parents, or our roommates. This is in flow with artistic, romantic or spiritual interests and any research or institutions thanks to a harmonic with Neptune so have at it, time to start something new or take current interests in these areas forward! 3) The North Node of Destiny and the Karmic South Node, who travel opposite each other around the zodiac, taking 18 years to arrive in a sign and then spending 18 months in it, are entering new territory today. The North Node of Destiny enters Aries at 4pm Eastern while the Karmic South Node enters Libra at 4pm Eastern. We will now see these directions playing out over the year and a half ahead, until Jan 11, 2025. The North Node will bring Destined situations into our lives that revolve around showing up, getting physically involved in the things that resonate with each of us on a personal level, with focus on the body, image, brand, name, title, or needs, with courage, passion, and a fighting spirit. Here we move towards our future. The South Node will bring Karmic scenarios around partners, clients, specialists, representatives, competitors, opponents, advocates, or other important relationships, or with balance, justice, or higher esthetics. Here we either release something, rebalance the karmic give and take, or see the return of a past life soul through one of these connections to pick back up on something. Last times we hosted the Nodes in these placements were Aug 1967-Feb 1969, the next time April 1986-Dec 1987, and the last time Dec 2004-June 2006 if you want to think back to what went on between you and others. I gave a lot more detail in the Weekly Show so if you want to know more go here: 4) As if this isn’t enough the Nodes both instantly square Pluto in Capricorn and will stay squared to him from today, July 17, through the 28th. This means we are at some kind of turning point in our own Destined progression and with the Karmic cycles with others. Pluto wants us to go deeper, dig things up, purge, unbury, deconstruct and rebirth, destroy it all together if need be, focus on what needs done about power, control, jealousy, birth, death, divorce, sex, reproduction, or the financial side of the equation and get real about goals, status or higher-ups in the mix. This is an intense configuration, probably the most intense of the entire year and a half that the Nodes tour Aries and Libra so deep breath, something changes now, time to overhaul, time to transform the situation, time to see what is in store for you and if you will be pushed by this T-square to lean into the Karmic path, head towards your Destiny or if they are somehow intertwined. One last note, we will very likely have a higher than usual crossing over of souls during these 12 days in square so let us keep our loved ones in our prayers and perhaps we should pray for the world at large since this is fiery, warring, explosive combination.
TUSEDAY we do some give and take around the lovers, kids, creative ventures, or recreational pursuits, as it pertains to any responsibilities, limits, or ambitions going on with recuperative needs, institutions, research, addictions, secrets, artistic projects, romantic time, or spirituality.
WEDNESDAY brings talks or news or meetings regarding the lover, kids, creative venture, or recreational pursuits and opens us up about ideas, flirtations, short trips, writing, sales, or decisions here. There is a wild card from Uranus later in the day or evening which shakes things up or is a last-minute plan regarding income, purchases, friends, groups, the internet, values, or possessions, shake, rattle and roll.
THURSDAY we are front and center at the start of the day regarding home matters, family, real estate deals, parents, roommates, moves, ore renovations and this is in flow again with artistic, romantic or spiritual matters or can help us rest, recuperate, research, or deal with institutions. The Moon moves into Virgo while Mars gets fired up in Virgo and we get emotionally and physically charged up about work, health, animals, paperwork, hired help, cleaning, organizing, the details, any criticisms, or co-workers. Venus Stations in Leo on MONDAY through SATURDAY, going Retrograde on SATURDAY. So, most of the week you are in a holding pattern, given the time to start to think about what you might want to let go of, what from the past you may wish to rekindle, or what you might rework currently when it comes to how Venus is playing out with your work, health, animals, paperwork, hired help, or co-workers so you’ll be reassessing what is happening here concerning your lovers, kids, creativity, fun, income, beauty, dramas, entitlement issues, or pleasures. Don’t push things as you are held in place with this until Saturday, more on the Retrograde when we get to Saturday. The New Moon in Cancer kicks in today at 2:32pm Eastern opening up 2 weeks of cosmic boost for you when it comes to your love life or lover, the kids, your creative ventures, or recreational pursuits. All of this is in the sign Cancer so you have more emotions tied to it or are looking at your home or family needs here. You have more momentum behind you now if you start something new or take current interests in these areas forward over the next 14 days. At 4pm Eastern the North Node of Destiny enters Aries while the Karmic South Node enters Libra. You have 18 months now, until Jan 11, 2025, with Destiny showing up to meet you when you show up, pursue your own interests, focus on your body, image, brand, name, title, involvement, or needs, and bring your passion, fighting spirit, or motivation to any 2nd house matters: values, being valued, income, purchases, possessions, or products. For you this is playing out with your work or health, the animals, your paperwork, or with co-workers or hired help. SUNDAY the Moon now in Libra is adjusting to Saturn so some give and take with partners, clients, specialists, reps, competitors, advocates, or other relationships and what is going on with your financial, sexual, reproductive, mortality, divorce, or third-party interests is indicated asking you to look at time, responsibilities, limits, endings, commitments, efforts, or ambitions. Mercury is active at some point today bringing news, talks, sales, short trips, or decisions about the work, health, animals, paperwork, hired help, or co-workers in the story to the forefront but runs into Uranus in square so some last minute hustle or shake up is tied to the moment through news, talks, meetings, sales, short trips, vehicles, electronics, siblings, neighbors, moves, or local activities, on your toes!
