The DAILY ASTROLOGY July 22nd

SATURDAY JULY 22nd

Thank you to everyone who sent me Happy Birthday wishes, you guys made my day! Today is interesting in that for the most part it is focused on our Virgo Moon energy but then we get into some important shifts in energy. So, with the Virgo Moon energy we are more analytical and detail oriented, of service to others, holistic, organic, into health or work or animals, cleaning things up, getting organized, and/or doing things with co-workers, hired help or paperwork. There's great flow with this, first by giving us some insight or spontaneity via a harmonic to Uranus, focusing us on our possessions, purchases or income in the story and any aspirations, online pursuits or social influences in the mix. And then with Neptune as we get inspired with another to dream big or get into artistic, romantic or spiritual pursuits, or involve institutions or research about it. Make the most of this positive flow! Now for the interesting part, there are two shifts in energy coming this evening, at 9:33pm and 9:50pm Eastern respectively. The 9:33pm Eastern spot is for Venus who begins her Retrograde at this time. We are now headed back over old territory when it comes to love or income, and we may also revisit something involving beauty or pleasure. This is occurring in the sign Leo so it may play out with a lover or over a creative endeavor, or with the kids or a recreational pursuit, or in any rehashing of dramas or entitlement issues. So, during a Retrograde we have 3 choices; 1) we can exit, allow for an exit or take a break, as the energy is going in the opposite direction or pulling back 2) we can return to the past to pick something back up and see if it holds merit and can be revitalized or we can get better closure, and/or 3) we can focus on where we are at currently in the story and how we might like to rework things to get them right. Examples could be you'd like another shot at a past romantic involvement, so you give it a go, or you hear from this past love interest because they too are recalling their feelings for you, or a past life soul is ready to show up to reconnect with you as a new love interest but they are bringing past life attraction back to the table, or you meet someone new but there is no past life connection and once the Retrograde is over so is the new relationship. Another could be you have been working so hard or distracted in other ways and you haven't had much time for love with your current love interest, so you use this time to rekindle that spark, or there have been problems in the current love relationship and you use this time to work on things. Another could be the love relationship is heading south and you decide to exit. Another could be that your love interest gets called out of town for a job or goes into the hospital for a procedure or in any other way has to be away from you for a time and this Retrograde is about the temporary distance between you. If it's not about love, examples could be that you have been thinking about ways to supplement your income and you use this time to go back to a place you used to make money to give it another go, or you pick back up on an old creative venture to get it going again so it can bring in income flow, or you decide you don't want to make money in the way you've been and quit, or money you lost a long time ago is found. Another example could be that an old drama between you and another is sparked back up so it can be settled, or you feel your lover or kids are being too entitled and you use this period to rebalance things. Examples with beauty or pleasure or recreation could be that you used to love to recreate at this one location but haven't been since you were younger and you use this period to go back there, or you have always dreamed of recreating at a certain place and now you get to go there, or you decide that it's time to give up some recreational pursuit during this time and sell the boat, sell off the time-share, or give away the golf clubs, letting go of whatever it might be for you. Or when it comes to beautiful things you decide to donate some of your art, or a piece of art you always wanted comes back on the market giving you another shot at purchasing it, or it's about a beautiful piece of jewelry coming back around, lost or found, or you decide to go to a brand new salon and end up hating your haircut (because you should stick with the past or current scenarios), or you decide the wardrobe is not so beautiful anymore and chuck a bunch of items or have a yard sale, you get the idea, IT'S A DO-OVER! Look at the 3 ways you can use it; 1) release, 2) rekindle or 3) rework, and the ways it may play out, then look at where you are with love, lovers, kids, creativity, income, beauty, pleasure, dramas, entitlement, and/or recreation and how you might approach this period, it lasts until Sept 3rd. The other thing going on, starting at 9:50pm Eastern, is that the Sun moves into Leo, the sign of true love, creativity, kids, dramas, entitlement, and recreation. You can definitely see the universe wants us focused here, right?! The Sun puts a spotlight on these topics for the next 30 days and urges us to show up, get more personally or physically involved, pursue our interests, tie in our name, image, brand, title, body, or needs, and shine. So here we go! :D PRAYER TODAY is 'May we trust the process with our hearts, the love and our money needs, that we are being directed to return, release or rework things to the best potential and outcome for everyone involved in the weeks ahead.'
