The DAILY ASTROLOGY July 9

The Lights are grooving today, meaning the Taurus Moon is building to a sextile with the Sun in Cancer. This opens up opportunities between the things we are being emotionally driven to do with our income, purchases or possessions, and how we are showing up or pursuing needs at home, with real estate deals, moves, renovations, family, parents, or roommates. At 1:22pm Eastern Venus moves into Virgo and will tour this sign until August 6th. She is more detail oriented, critical, or analytical here when it comes to love or money, beauty or pleasure. She is focused on the work or services provided, the health or animals in the story, or any paperwork, cleaning, organizing, hired help, or co-workers. So this period is great for earning in detail-oriented or analytical arenas, putting our money 'to work', experiencing more love with our animal kingdom, enjoying the process of getting healthy, focusing on beauty treatments that are healthy, or experiencing more fun with our co-workers, as examples. Watch for being too critical in love relationships, otherwise this should be a positive overall. Standout dates with Venus will be on Monday the 13th, between Wednesday and Friday, the 22nd-24th, and finally, between Tuesday and Thursday, the 28th-30th. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Sept 19

Mercury in Libra energy is still pretty active and in flow, especially this morning, so if you need to talk, meet, deal with agreements, sales, writing, or decisions involving partners, clients, specialists, representatives, etc., then get to it!

At 8:39am Eastern Venus heads into Virgo where she'll travel until Oct 13th. This period helps us get to the fine print in love or with income needs. It is detail-oriented, analytical, critical, and has a need to simplify, be of service, or do the work. It can involve health, animals, paperwork, hired help, a job, or co-workers as well. So, this is where the love or income is attracted now, this is where we might smooth out issues, and this is where beauty or pleasure can take hold.

The Moon moves into Virgo this morning at 8:23am Eastern which means we are now officially in the territory that will host the New Moon Solar Eclipse on Sunday afternoon. This may turn our motivational energy and emotional drive towards work, health, animals, paperwork, hired help, or co-workers in preparation to eclipsing out and gathering steam around a major boost forward into the brand new or next chapter. This morning it means adjustments and one obstacle to work through so don't get overwhelmed or let it sidetrack you, give a little, work around, things are about to get a lot better but not until we address the little stuff. SUNDAY AUGUST 4th                   

Happy NEW MOON in Leo! It kicked in this morning at 7:13am Eastern and is now in play over the next 2 weeks. This gives us a major boost forward when it comes to starting new or next chapter stories with our love life, a lover, the kids, our creative interests, or recreational pursuits. It is tied to Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion, prosperity and happiness, in the sign of Gemini, where we talk, meet, write, sell, buy, or get local, so really aim high with this one. Venus makes her last alignment from Leo this afternoon and it is an adjustment to Neptune. So, we should have something going on with love or money, beauty or pleasure and a creative endeavor, child, lover, or recreational pursuit (or a drama or entitlement issue) that asks for some give and take around personal energy/recuperative needs, something that has been going on behind the scenes or internally, that is about the veil between worlds, is spiritual, artistic, or romantic, is about addictions or secrets, institutions or research, or has a karmic vibe to it.

Venus then moves into Virgo tonight at 10:23pm Eastern and will be touring this sign until the 29th of the month. Venus here will do her best to smooth out issues or attract the love or money, beauty or pleasure to work, health or animal scenarios or with co-workers, hired help or through paperwork. Venus in Virgo is also pickier when it comes to love or money, beauty or pleasure, considering the details of the story, potential service, critical thinking or analysis, or what is holistic, wholesome or pure when it comes to love or income, beauty or pleasure. Make the most of it!

Finally, Mercury Retrograde commences at 9:56pm Pacific, 10:56pm Mountain, 11:56pm Central tonight, and 12:56am Eastern tomorrow in the wee hours. This Retrograde begins in Virgo so we are heading into a time, now through the 14th, where old work or health situations come back around to be addressed or we exit something here or we get to rework the current situations. Virgo also rules our animals so we may need to go back and address something from the past with an animal, an animal from the past could return, we should keep an eye on current animals so they don't get lost, or we might have a do-over with our animals in some way. Virgo is also about cleaning, organizing, simplifying, going organic, and holistic approaches to life so we have a do-over here. Virgo can take us back over old business with co-workers or hired help, give us a break from them, see someone exit, or a past person return. So all in all, we have 10 days to revisit, release, rekindle, or rework things in these arenas. MONDAY we wrap up the last of our Taurus Moon energy by 5:28pm Eastern/2:28pm Pacific, the last 29 minutes of this in a Void. So, if you are trying to tackle something about income, purchases, possessions, or products you may wish to do so before 4:59pm Eastern/1:59pm Pacific today. This part of the day provides for some innovation, social inclusion (a friend, associate, group, etc), online potential, or freedoms in what is going on here. Try a new approach or something different in the mix. Once the Moon enters Gemini at 5:28pm Eastern/2:28pm Pacific we are going to be more interested in our conversations, meetings, sales, writing, interviews, news coming in, or what is going on with siblings, neighbors, moves, vehicles, electronics, or short trips. This is in flow when it comes to financial objectives, sexual attractions, reproductive needs, divorce, or third-party scenarios in the mix. It may also help with dealing in situations involving power, change or transformative potential. At some point before the day is done Mercury in Virgo tests us with some news, talk, meeting, short trip, writing, sale, interview, or decision when it comes to work, health or animals in the story, or via a co-worker, hired help or the paperwork. Please remember this is a process, there is more to the story with Mercury right now and it plays out until Sept 26th so one day at a time with it.

TUESDAY our Gemini Moon helps us find our flow and figure out a test involving Saturn. So, again it is about news, talks, meetings, sales, writing, interviews, offers, or decisions, or involves short trips, vehicles, electronics, siblings, neighbors, moves, or ideas. The test involves an authority figure, goal, or career objective and what is going on with artistic pursuits, romance, spirituality, ghosts, messages from beyond the veil, dreams, sleep, recuperative needs, karmic matters (timing involving other souls and past lives), or what is going on with institutions, addictions, secrets, research, or investigations. How bad do you want something? Is it the right path for you? Must you jump through a few more hoops? Is there Divine timing at play for your best outcome? See how this resonates. The good stuff is about the passion we have to approach our communications, commerce or community today and what we have potential in to make happen, our ability to shine in a way that is noticed now and up ahead in some different way and brings out our creative side, focuses on love, involves the kids, or is recreational. There is also potential for a fresh start when it comes to something big, happy-making, prosperous, or involving travel, legal, educations, media, ceremonial, religious, or political in the mix.

WEDNESDAY we attach more to the intuition regarding the news, talks or choices and the institutions, research, investigations, inspiration, artistry, spirituality, romance, addiction, or secrets. There is a vibe today that there is something going on that we can’t quite see or that is at work behind the scenes that is out of reach or just plain weird, and what direction are we meant to go in anyway?!! I know that this can be a bit off putting or strange or sad or weird, but it really is part of this bigger process going on now. If you guys remember me doing the show a while back about how important this do-over was with Saturn and Neptune in Pisces were going to be and how there would be this need to be guided/led to our path during this time that could feel out there then you know that days like this are important because we are sponging up some things that are necessary, we are recharging ourselves with needed rest or recuperation, the hand of the Fates are at play and we just need to trust the process. Take care today with issues involving fluids in the body-see a medical provider if you are feeling out of sorts, and easy on substances or alcohol.

THURSDAY we enter August, Happy August! With the Cancer Moon in charge today there should be more going on with emotional needs, home, family, real estate deals, moves, renovations, history, roommates, or parents now. This is in flow with our ideas, talks, meetings, sales, writing, interviews, offers, or decisions about work or health, the animals or paperwork, cleaning or organizing, or with hired help or co-workers. So, for example it could be a good day to hire someone to help at home or with a parent, or to clear out the kitchen cabinets of anything unhealthy, or to start doing an exercise class at home or with a roomie, or to adopt a pet, you get the idea.

FRIDAY Venus is square to Uranus so there could be more push to make things happen or more test to a certain moment between lovers and friends, with the income and online needs, with the kids and something unexpected or last minute, with beauty needs and aspirations, or creative/recreational pursuits and gatherings, which is most likely to occur in the morning. Be ready to jump in or deal with the crazy. The rest of the day is about solid, harmonious potential with emotional needs, home, family, moves, renovations, real estate deals, roommates, or parents. This is in flow with goals, career objectives or higher-ups. It can help with institutions, research, artistic, romantic, or spiritual interests in the mix.

SATURDAY harnesses our Leo Moon energy and should spark more creativity, fun, or time with kids or lovers. At some point today there can be a powerful one-on-one with another regarding financial interests, sex, reproduction, divorce, or third-party interests in the mix, or it can be about going deeper, making changes or evolving a story with/through this person.

SUNDAY our New Moon in Leo kicks in at 7:13am Eastern/4:13am Pacific so we start out day with tons of fresh potential when it comes to true love, our lover, the kids, our creative talents/projects, or recreational pursuits. We now have 2 weeks of forward momentum and boost behind these areas of life, time to start something new or take our current scenarios into what comes next. Jupiter is on board to help with this new potential via travel, distance, legal, educational, media, ceremonial, religious, or political influences. Look for news coming in about these topics or ways to talk, meet, or make choices along these lines as you move forward with your new possibilities with love/lovers, kids, creativity, or fun.
