The DAILY ASTROLOGY Aug 8

Power. That's what our 8/8/2026 numbers are about, power to do, power to change, power to evolve and transform. It is also a power day as a Trigger Day for the upcoming Solar Eclipse.

There are 2 Trigger days for this Eclipse that is coming on Wednesday. Eclipse Triggers are today and next Saturday, and on these days, we can have events that stand out related to the power of the influence that an Eclipse has on us and the world at large. Therefore, we should keep an eye on what the heck is going on with the themes of what this Eclipse is about.

First, we look at love in our life, how we love, how lovable we feel, what is going on with a lover or love interest, or if we are ready to either pursue love or take a love situation to the next level. We should also look at where we are with our creative talent, our creative projects, or creative outlets. We should look at what is going on with children or recreation in our world. There can also be a focus on a drama, the glamor in our life, entitlement issues, or courage. And finally, our heart, the heart of the matter, our physical heart, or how much heart we have towards the way our life is right now. This Eclipse is going to ask us to launch forward with one or more of these themes and to eclipse out anything outdated or blocking the potential of these arenas. So, put some energy here today.

The Moon is in Gemini today which helps us keep emotional focus on the things we are thinking, talking about, meeting over, writing, selling, or multi-tasking. It may mean more going on locally, with neighbors, siblings or short trips. It could mean more with vehicles, offers, proposals, interviews, auditions, moves, or flirtations. This is all in flow today. Before we woke it got its footing, was supported, grounded, and buoyed up to help us get moving on any of this and it is building all day to form an alignment with Mars that brings more passion and action to what is going on here, the further into the day and evening we go.
