The DAILY ASTROLOGY April 19

A glorious Sunday to all! It's cold here today, 46 degrees as I write this, the neighbor's rooster is still crowing, and the coffee is brewing. We are in Taurus Moon this morning as it wraps up here and the alignments are about fresh starts with the things we value, the love or money, what's going on with purchases or possessions, or things of beauty and pleasures. At 2:18pm Eastern the Moon moves into Gemini after a short Void (11:45-12:18am Eastern) and the Gemini territory being where so much will take place later this week (Venus entering the sign, Uranus taking up residence here). So, we should feel out what themes we might want to focus on with her placement here today as we can feel our way through it. It could be we really need to get to our writing, or it could be about agreements. It could be about sales or merchants, or it could be about siblings or neighbors. It could be more focus on talks, meetings, interviews, or auditions, or it could be about multitasking, flirtations, or diplomacy. Gemini also is in charge of short trips, local activities and moves, our vehicles and other short forms of transportation, or electronics. Today the alignments here should help us spark our imagination, rev up the romance, bring in more artistry or spirituality, go deeper, make changes, and find our way forward. There are 2 other things going on today, oy!

Mars and Saturn will meet on the 7th degree of Aries at 6:44pm Eastern to bring our passions, anger or actions together with time, effort, endings, commitments, responsibilities, authorities, or ambitions. It's about motivating on something personal or physical but being willing to let it unfold over time. Let's put an end to the anger and more passion into our own potential!

And finally, at 9:39pm Eastern the Sun moves into Taurus where he will tour over the next 30 days. This takes us full circle to the influences of our morning, it illuminates the things we value, the things we own, our income flow, purchases or products, the things we build, or our pleasures. It is our cue to show up and get more involved with our own needs in these arenas and to shine here.
