Zoe Moon Astrology JANUARY MONTHLY HOROSCOPES
Happy New Year everyone, I am wishing us all the very best year ahead. We enter January with Mars still Retrograde in Leo through the 5th and there will be an alignment between Mars Retrograde and Pluto over these first 5 days so there is something powerful going on during this window regarding our releasing, , reassessing, rekindling, or reworking of things with a lover, the kids, a creative endeavor, a drama, any entitlement issues, a Leo, or a recreational pursuit. Plan on it putting us one-on-one with others in deeper, more intense ways and perhaps bringing friends, groups, gatherings, the internet, and something about finances, sexuality, divorce, a birth, death, or third-party interests into the story. Do take care in crowds.
On the 2nd at 10:24pm Eastern Venus moves into Pisces where she will now tour until Feb 4th. This period brings opportunities and challenges when it comes to true love, beauty, pleasure, or income. On the challenging side, we will have to keep an eye out for boundary issues, secrets, karmic cycles, deceptions, or addictions in the mix. On the positive side, this is truly a magical, inspiring influence that can bring past life loves back around or more dreamy, romantic energy to current lovers, more potential to earn through research, institutions, or artistry, more beautiful objects being created or purchased, and pleasure when alone and going within. See how it kicks off for clues as to where to put your focus over the weeks ahead.
On the 6th Mars Retrograde moves out of Leo and into Cancer where Mars will now take us into our do-over with home, family, history, foundations, emotional needs, real estate deals, parents, roommates, moves, or renovations. This will last from Jan 6th through Feb 23rd. Again, we are to slow down, look back at our actions, inactions, reactions, passions, or anger in these areas of life and ask ourselves what we need to do about it. It’s time to reassess, release, rekindle, or rework something here. To add to the focus here, the Full Moon this month peaks by 5:27pm Eastern on the 13th in this sign arena, in the sign Cancer. So, we have something climaxing with endings, achievements, or celebrations with the home, family, emotions, history, move, renovation, real estate deal, parent, or roommate by this time.
Mercury moves into Capricorn at 5:30am Eastern on the 8th and will tour here until the 27th. During this period our minds are more proactive, willing to move on ideas, talks or offers. It can make us more ambitious or help bring out our own authority in our communications, with our sales, writing, or decisions, and perhaps make us a bit more status conscious. The words we use will be more serious because we will be more serious and our choices will reflect this new placement.
At 3pm Eastern on t 19th the Sun enters Aquarius for a 30-day tour. This puts a spotlight on our own personal needs or how we are physically showing up with our friends, groups, associates, or online, with astrology, charities, science, or big tech, or with original ideas, inventions, our spontaneity, or freedoms. At 9;53pm Eastern on the 27th Mercury follows suit, entering Aquarius to join the focus on friends, groups, gatherings, the internet, astrology, charities, science, originality, or freedoms now through Feb 14th. This influences our ideas, talks and decisions during this period and brings a bit more unpredictable but exciting energy charge to talks, meetings, sales, writing, short trips, local activities, or what we are doing with siblings, neighbors, moves, vehicles, or electronics. Then on the 29th at 7:36am Eastern the New Moon kicks in, again in Aquarius, opening up 2 weeks of cosmic boost forward that can help us to start something new or take our current interests with these themes into what comes next. Be proactive!
Our last major influence this month is that Uranus is going to end his months of Retrograde and go Direct at 11:22am Eastern on the 30th. From now until he finally exits Taurus on July 7th to move into Gemini, we have forward potential with his inventive, excitable, social, and original energy in Taurus. Use it best to look at any changes or inventiveness, uniqueness, online input, or social side of what is possible moving forward with income, purchases, possessions, products, values, or around how one is being valued. Keep in mind that Uranus will return to Taurus in Retrograde one last time in our lifetime between Nov 8, 2024 and April 26, 2026 so we will get another push to reinvent ourselves in these realms so do what you can now with the knowledge we will get one more push with these topics up ahead.
