The DAILY ASTROLOGY Jan 5th

I'm sending lots of prayers for everyone in the path of the snowstorms and blizzards today and tomorrow. Please keep us in your prayers as we are in the pathway and our generator is not working, ugh. If for some reason I can't post tomorrow it will be because it takes out power. Mercury was cantankerous up until about 7am Eastern this morning so it may mean we wake with weird messages from our dreams or harsh conversations ringing in our ears from last night. This should dissipate rather quickly. It is overtaken by fresh start energy going on around our artistic, romantic, or spiritual interests, or rest, recuperation, and recharging of batteries, or in dealing with institutions or research. At 2:01pm Eastern the Moon enters Aries and forms a harmonic with Mars Retrograde and a sextile with Pluto. This gives our day more personal drive and physical dynamic. It can help us take action towards change or to go deeper into stories. It may be social, play out online, be more intimate, or financially focused. And it is in flow. Now for the testing stuff. Mercury has come out of its square with the Moon this morning as noted but the further into the day we go we may start to feel our mind, words spoken, things we want to say, or decisions testing us as Mercury is moving to perfect a square with Neptune tomorrow morning. Again, cloudy, self-sabotaging, or karmic energy can be involved, our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us color how we are perceiving something and there is a veil here at least today into tomorrow that cannot be pierced. It may bring all kinds of interruptions in communications with phones or the internet as Neptune can bring blinding situations into play, and in our own life it can mean it is a testing period for thoughts or talks playing out. Again, dreams will be laden with weird messages or sleep interrupted tonight. So, yeah, there you have it, do be extra careful with pets today and tomorrow. If you can, stay off the roads over the next 48 hours if you are in the pathway.
