The DAILY ASTROLOGY Jan 7th

It's a Mercury/Mars kind of day, for the most part.

Mercury has us talking or thinking about our growth, happiness or prosperity today. It leans towards any media or marketing ideas, travel plans, learning curve, or legalities in the mix, or it wants us to focus on ceremonies, religion, distant situations, or politics. To this end we may meet up with others, open up conversations, write things up, look at any sales, short trips or decisions involved, or what's going on with transportation, siblings, aunts, uncles, neighbors, or moves.

Mars on the other hand has us reviewing past or ongoing activities at home, with family, or regarding parents, roommates, moves, renovations, emotional needs, or real estate deals. It's asking us to address old passion, anger or motivating forces about these themes. So, we go back and forth, we weave in and out, we release, rekindle or rework, we give and take a bit between what Mercury wants and what Mars is reviewing, and that is the bulk of our day!

The only other thing that is swinging through this snowy, blustery Tuesday is the Moon's move into Taurus at 5:11pm Eastern and her building subsequent alignment with Venus in the wee hours tonight. This may mean that by dinner time and beyond we shuck this other stuff and focus on enjoying ourselves; fine food, fine wine, good loving, sensual pleasures, or perhaps beauty, what we can earn, status, values, our possessions, or purchases. Sounds like a fine way to wind down the day!
