Zoe Moon Astrology FEBRUARY MONTHLY Horoscopes
On Jan 29th we had a New Moon in Aquarius, followed by Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius, going Direct motion on the 30th. So, we enter February with massive forward momentum in the first 11 days regarding friends and associates, groups and gatherings, our online pursuits, astrology and science, charities and foundations, as well as with our original projects and aspirations. It is time to reinvent, innovate, start something new, or take current interests in these arenas into what comes next. Add some potential to earn money, make purchases, or involve possessions or products in the mix and it’s looking pretty hopeful, (and this side of things should continue for many months).
From the 1st through the 9th we have a rare configuration occurring that is something to really watch. This brings Venus, ruler of true love and money, beauty and pleasure, into conjunction with Neptune, ruler of dreams, imagination, magic, the veil between worlds, the arts, spirituality, romance, institutions, and research, as well as into conjunction with the North Node of Destiny, ruler of destined, fated scenarios. This opens a portal to something future oriented, tied to all of this in some way. For those who are interested, the last time we had such a combination coincided with Bernadette of Lourdes, France and her visions of the Virgin Mary in 1858. I will be doing prayers every morning during these 9 days at 9am Eastern and again at noon Eastern if you’d like to find a spot outdoors and join in. This prayer will be about releasing our pain and sorrows, asking forgiveness of trespasses, forgiving others, filling our hearts with love, asking for guidance, showing gratitude for the good in our lives, and for protection against any evil we might encounter.
At 2:57am Eastern on the 4th Venus moves into Aries. Venus is about what is going on with love or money in our lives or where we are with beauty or pleasure. In Aries she is fired up, more willing to take the lead and make things happen, perhaps argumentative, combative or angry, or perhaps a lot more passionate and physically interested in expressing needs about these themes. Now, with the ruler of Aries, Mars, Retrograde in Cancer until the 23rd, it may mean we need to review, release, rework, or rekindle something past or ongoing as part of the story. It could be something at home, about moves, family, parents, roommates, real estate deals, or emotions are tied to what will happen next. Slow down, give it another look, what is possible? One more thing to note, Venus is going to Retrograde herself in this sign of Aries starting on March 1st through the 27th. She will then take her Retrograde out of Aries and into Pisces on March 27th through April 12th. Once Direct in Pisces on April 12th she won’t return to Aries again until April 30th and then finally exit Aries on June 6th. So…whatever is getting underway this month with our feisty, independent, action-packed love story, income pursuit, beauty interests, or pleasures, will take a while to come to fruition, with some starts and stops along the way, but it does look like we’ll have a lot going on and good things to look forward to. Pace yourself!
At 4:40am Eastern on the 4th Jupiter ends his months of Retrograde and goes Direct again in Gemini. Now, Jupiter entered Gemini back on May 25th, 2024 and will end his tour of this sign on June 9th, 2025. It means we are in the last major push through this territory with the planet of growth, happiness, prosperity, and adventure over the next 4+ months and then not again in this sign until we start over again here in May, 2036, Jupiter takes 12 years to traverse the zodiac signs and return to a sign. So, what big ideas or decisions do you want to address here? Is there an agreement to sign or negotiate? Do you need to interview or audition on a bigger level? Could you expand sales, writing, pitches, or proposals? Is there something big going on with a brother, sister, or neighbor? What about with a move, the vehicles, or electronics? With Jupiter in these zones and now moving forward in the months ahead, we could bring legal contracts into it or involve travel or distant situations. We could focus on ceremonies, religion, or politics in the mix. We could see how media, marketing, higher education, or publicity could benefit. Or we could look for generosity or luck playing a part.
The Leo Moon kicks in at 12:01pm Eastern on the 10th and we begin to build to its Full Moon climax which perfects on Wednesday the 12th at 8:53am Eastern. Sometime between these two timeframes we should reach that goal, wrap things up, mark any endings, or celebrate that highpoint with a Leo topic: True love or a lover, the kids, a creative project, a creative talent, a drama, an entitlement issue, something speculative, a Leo, or a recreational pursuit. Expect emotions to run a bit higher and for something to culminate. Also note, the planet Uranus seems to be intrinsically tied to what is peaking here over these 3 days. It is under frictional composition so things are exciting, shocking, suddenly changing, unexpected, or last minute regarding friends, groups, the internet, an Aquarius, the money, a purchase, or possessions in the mix.
Mercury moves into Pisces at 7:06am Eastern on Friday the 14th and will tour here until March 3rd. Mercury in Pisces is when we write our epic poems or novels, dream our magnificent and fantastical ideas, fall rose-colored-glasses in love, compose our masterpieces in music and film, see ghosts and get signs and messages from beyond the veil, dig into information via research or investigating, or dare I say stalking or spying (don’t fall into this), and where we believe in our hunches and intuitions, get lost without boundaries, make poor decisions about alcohol or substances, make choices about institutions, or hear or let slip secrets that are rather profound. So, have at it, we’ve just a little over 2 weeks to make the most of it.
On the 18th at 5:07am the Sun joins Mercury by moving into Pisces and will tour here over the next 30 days. This puts a spotlight on the same artistic, romantic and spiritual matters, the magic in our lives, secrets and addictions, research and investigations, and institutions but the Suns role here is to get us to show up, pursue our interests, promote ourselves, get more physically involved, or perhaps tie our name, title, brand, image, or identity into what is going on. We should shine in these realms now.
At 7:45pm Eastern on the 27th our New Moon in Pisces kicks in. So, this gives us that added cosmic boost forward, helping us start new interests or take current ones into what comes next regarding these artistic, romantic or spiritual aims, or with our secrets, battling addictions, dreams, psychic matters, research, or institutions. Be proactive, we are at the end of many years with Neptune and Saturn both in this same sign, adding more power behind what is going on with commitments, time, authority, leadership, goals, effort, vision, imagination, past life influence, and structures that support in the mix.
On the 23rd, at 9pm Eastern, Mars goes Direct, ending his long Retrograde in the sign Cancer and ready to start moving ahead again. This means we should feel like its time to get busy again with what comes next at home, with family, any moves, renovations, real estate deals, parents, roommates, or emotional needs. Mars will spark our passions, getting us back into fighting spirit and motivate our activities here now through April 18th. Pay attention to what is percolating today for clues about where to direct this first.
