Back on July 28th Mercury moved into Virgo and we began our journey of figuring out our ideas, getting into talks or meetings, what we would do about sales, writing, agreements, short trips, moves, or our vehicles, electronics, siblings, or neighbors, regarding Virgo topics. So, we looked at the details, we focused on the job at hand, we looked at how health or animals were impacted or impacting, we were more analytical or critical about it, or we dealt with hired help, co-workers, cleaning, organizing, or the paperwork involved. We went forward with this and then during the Mercury Retrograde in Virgo slowed down, reassessed things, let a few go, picked back up on some things past, or reworked our situations. So...today is the last full day of Mercury in Virgo and today Mercury meets up with Pluto in Capricorn to make the last point or choice. This is powerful and in flow. It should help with the changes on tap, with going deeper or purging things, with setting or reaching goals, with involving third-parties or the financial needs in the story, with higher-up types in the mix, or with reproductive or sexual needs if they apply. Expect to hear it, say it, sell it, or decide it today. Although Mercury will be in Virgo until 8:09pm Eastern tomorrow night before exiting, it is today that he makes his last contact with another planet from this sign so today it is. In the larger story, Mercury in Virgo met with Pluto in Capricorn for the first time in our lifetime back in August of 2009 and has done so once a year since each Fall on a journey that brought our ideas and decisions together with powerful change, transformation and empowerment. It's helped us find our voice and what we are here to do through our work, health, animals, service to others, sacrifices, or with co-workers, hired help, or paperwork as has pertained to the direction of our life, our goals, our authority, dealings with authorities, financial interests, power, life/and death scenarios, sexual needs, or third-party dealings. As an example, this is when I started to take on a lot more work and service to my parents at the end of their life, dealing with their health issues, and third parties and authority types about it, slowly making more and more decisions on their behalf, learning about the paperwork involved and the financial side of their possessions as they passed, and once they were gone, all the details that go along with taking care of their lifetime. The death of my parents impacted the direction of my life and my work as well. So think about what it has been for you in the last of topics between these two energies. There will be just one of these alignments left, that will occur on the critical 29th degree next September 2024 and then never again in our lifetimes. So, it's worth looking at how far we've come and what, if anything, is still left to do as they meet up today in their next to last time to help us move forward with things. We also have Venus adjusting to Neptune today, so we have some give and take when it comes to love or money, beauty or pleasure, and the kids, lover, creative ventures, dramas, or recreational topics. This may mean give and take with something secretive or hidden, something involving institutions or research, a karmic matter, an addiction, or what is going on with artistic, romantic, recuperative, or spiritual needs in the mix. Flexibility is key. Venus is still in the Shadow of her Retrograde until we get past Saturday, and very active today through Friday so put some focus here as well.
