TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 12th
Mercury begins his Station today which means he is now on the degree that he will be stopping on, ending the Retrograde and going Direct on Friday, and will not be off this degree in Direct Motion until next week, Tuesday the 19th. That is 8 days of Mercury on the 8th degree of Virgo, with a shift in direction midway through it on Friday. If you have planets within 4 degrees either side of 8 degrees of the mutable signs; Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, or Pisces, then you can expect this to be an interesting 8 days as more will be happening here. This is about news that is meant to be heard and disseminated, it is about important talks, meetings, sales, writing, agreements, or decisions that are now being made. It is focused on things that have been analyzed, the details, the work, any health matters, the animals, organic or holistic topics, a Virgo, any paperwork, cleaning, organizing, hired help, or co-workers. Some examples of activators would be if you were born between 1956-57 you have Saturn in square to this degree at 8 degrees of Sagittarius in your birth chart and so you may have a test to push you now regarding your commitments, endings, ambitions, time, or structures that support and your beliefs, or something going on with media, educational, legal, travel, distant, or ceremonial themes in the mix. If you were born between 1959-1963 you have Pluto in your chart in tight orb to 8 degrees Virgo making it a powerful or transformational energy in the mix, or it may be bringing financial topics, power, control, sex, birth, death, divorce, or third parties into your story. If you were born between 1963-1964 you have Uranus in tight orb to 8 Degrees Virgo in your birth chart so the information may also include a friend, group, something online, about your freedoms, causes, original projects, or that is sudden in the mix. Born in 1965 you have Saturn opposing in your chart at 8 degrees Pisces so there may be an authority figure or serious goal in play with another person involving artistic, romantic, spiritual, institutional, secretive, addictive, karmic, or research themes. If you were born between 1972-1975 Neptune was squaring this degree at 8 degrees of Sagittarius in your birth chart so there may be a test at this point that is pushing you harder to figure out something hidden or obscure, or to deal with beliefs, legal matters, distant situations, your knowledge level, or the political in the mix. Those born in 1978 have Saturn at 8 degrees of Virgo in their birth chart so they are looking at an important choice now that is about taking first steps into a new chapter, perhaps built on an ending at this point, through choices about their work or health or animals, or the people they work with, hire or sign documents with at this point. Thos born in 1983 found Uranus squaring this point at 8 degrees of Sagittarius so they may be ready to break free of some constraints that were part of their belief system growing up or involve friends, groups, or the internet, while some may find they are ready to hop a plane, take or drop a class or head into court on the spur of a dime about something now. Those born in 1994 not only have Chiron at 8 degrees of Virgo in their birth chart but Saturn opposite at 8 degrees of Pisces so they may be ready to rip the band aid off and start healing the wound or are having some kind of spiritual dark night of the soul that will bring great healing up ahead. Those born between 1997-1998 have Pluto in their birth chart in tight orb to 8 degrees Sagittarius, in square to this point, and may be going through a power struggle with their own beliefs, the changes they need to make now or that are being thrust upon them, and perhaps an awakening to something an outsider said that has opened their minds to a new perspective. Of course, there are lot more timeframes I could go through, but you get the idea, everyone on the beautiful blue orb will have a slightly different journey over the next 8 days with the things they are pondering and the decisions they are making based on the influences in their unique birth blueprint of the stars. Wherever you find yourself on the timeline, it is an important time for most of us as 8 degrees is a power degree, it can involve deep, intense purging and long-term changes or help us rise like the phoenix and evolve.
