The DAILY ASTROLOGY April 18th

TUESDAY APRIL 18th

It's a dynamic day with Aries Moon at the helm charging us up and bringing out our drive and activity, while connecting first with Venus, then with Mars. So, the Venus side of the equation is in an opportunity alignment, doors open, offering the potential to link our passions or actions to love/lovers, income, beauty, or pleasure. Venus is in Gemini so we do so through our short trips or local activities, our talks, flirtations or meetings, our sales, writing or agreements, or with siblings, neighbors, vehicles, or electronics. So, it would be a great day to get out there locally with a love interest, to meet a new love interest or move regarding them, or to earn through sales or writing, or enjoy your local interests or interactions with siblings, you get the idea. Next, the role of Mars today is in a frictional pattern meant to push us harder or show us any challenges via a move or what is going on at home, our family or parents, a renovation or real estate deal, or our roommates or emotions today. So, we must have more going on here or find we want to have more going on and have something to achieve or work around. This might also spark more passion on the home front but could mean a spat or two here as well so take heed you don't go down that road, it's much better to motivate and make things happen with a bit of added effort. Of course today is day 2 in the Trigger Field of the Eclipse so personal or physical new beginnings are open to us, and we are in day 2 of Mercury Stationed in preparation for his Retrograde on Friday giving us more focus of our thoughts talks and decisions regarding possessions, income, purchases, or products and what we want to reassess up ahead here, so these do play a part in the overall scheme of the day as well.

I have a question for everyone, how are you guys doing with Pluto in Aquarius so far? Does it feel as though there is some powerful level of reinvention or change coming to your life with this first-time energy (since last here in the 1700's)? We're about 4 weeks into it with about 7 weeks to go before it gives us a break before returning next year so I'm just curious. It's meant to bring more profound transformation around our aspirations and causes, freedoms and big tech, and social, astrological, online, and original interests. It feels like major life changes are on the horizon, for all of us collectively but in my personal life as well and I may be reinventing my role in astrology with you guys, we'll see what it brings up ahead.  Obviously, the government has announced its digital currency which fits with this transit and we've seen other countries pull out of the dollar, also part of this transit (Pluto rules financial interests, alongside sex, birth, death, power, crime, divorce, and obsessions) and I'm sure there are lots of other things going on with the powers that be but what do you guys think of this transit so far in your own lives, are you reassessing your dreams and aspirations yet?

We wake officially past the Venus and Saturn test that was at its height on Friday but lingered while the Pisces Moon made contact with them last night/early this morning. This is good, no one digs this combination much. So, if you've had issues with love or money, beauty or pleasure, at least it stops being so in your face for a while as it fades off from such intensity or perhaps you figured something out about it and can now start to move ahead from it. Our day today then is about taking our Pisces Moon energy and working with Mars and Mercury to find a groove and any opportunities tied to these matters, doors are open. Pisces Moon wants us to use our intuition, to dream about things and spark up the imagination, to focus on artistic, romantic or spiritual matters, to find time around water, to rest, recharge batteries, and recuperate, or to research or focus on institutional needs. Mars is in flow so we can get busy at home about it or do things regarding real estate deals, moves, renovations, or with family, parents, history, or roommates in the mix. It may also just spark more passion or motivation as our emotions are more in flow with what we are doing. Mercury opens up talks, meetings, sales, writing, offers, short trips, local activities, or brings siblings, neighbors, moves, vehicles, or electronics into the story and opens up opportunities around income, purchases, possessions, or products. Ugh, the Venus/Saturn square tests us in the early part of the day, peaking by 12:38pm Eastern, so easy does it when it comes to love or income, beauty or pleasure and the news, talks, meetings, sales, short trips, vehicles, electronics, siblings, neighbors, moves, or decisions in the mix. Saturn is straining something hidden or secretive or addictive or with institutions, research, artistic, romantic, recuperative, or spiritual matters during this period. We then move into squares with Mercury and Uranus in Taurus, so the news, talks or decisions focus on income, purchases, possessions, or products and something a bit crazy, last-minute or suddenly changing here. Friends, groups, the internet, or aspirations may be involved. The last of this peaks around 10:08pm Eastern so if you're up after this point the energy does start to ease up and move towards a positive flow with Jupiter by tomorrow morning and you may pick up on this more optimistic, generous vibe. We wake with Venus in Gemini, a sign she will now be in until May 7th. Here she is more flirtatious, dualistic, diplomatic, inquisitive, and sometimes two-faced. She is bringing the potential for love or income flow, beauty or pleasures to our local activities, short trips to nearby places, talks, meetings, sales, and writing, as well as through siblings, neighbors, what we are doing with vehicles, electronics or moves, or with our offers, ideas, or decisions. It should be a positive influence. Today she is in accordance with Pluto in Aquarius so we may bring her topics in flow with powerful changes or financial concerns, sex or reproductive needs, going deeper or focusing on third-party interests with our aspirations. It may play out with a friend or associate, group or gathering, online or with original projects.
