The DAILY ASTROLOGY Nov 9th

You have to love it when the Lights are harmonic. Today we have that between the Sun and Moon as they flow through the signs Cancer and Scorpio. This could mean we find deeper meaning, emotional connection, ways to purge or make changes at home or through family, alignment with the financial side of real estate deals, moves, or renovations, or more intimacy with those we live with could be flowing. See this as the backdrop to the bigger event today, MERCURY RETROGRADE begins. Yep. Here we go.

Starting at 2:02pm Eastern/11:02am Pacific, Mercury starts his backtracking through Sagittarius today through 10:20pm Eastern/7:20pm Pacific on the 18th in the sign Sagittarius, and then from 10:20pm Eastern/7:20pm Pacific on the 18th through 12:38pm Eastern/9:38am Pacific on the 29th through the sign Scorpio. It's a 2-parter Retrograde and it's a do-over. Back we go. Time to review what has occurred or still needs to occur (in this first half in Sagittarius) regarding our travel plans, distant situations, foreign interests, or import/export, or with legal matters, politics or religion, or with media, marketing, publishing, or broadcasting, or with weddings, graduations, funerals, or other ceremonies, or with our wisdom, teaching or higher education, or with our sense of adventure, our happiness, growth, or prosperity.

Over this next almost 10 full days in Sagittarius we have the opportunity to get something right here and yes, we may have to navigate mix-ups, miscommunications or malfunctioning mechanicals around these topics to slow us down enough that we figure it out, but that is how Mercury Retrograde works. Think about it, talk about it, listen when approached about it, write it down, renegotiate it, look at the commerce/sales around it, see if the local community, neighbors, short trips, vehicles, or moves play a part in it, stay in flux, weigh options, and look at what could be reassessed, rekindled, released, or reworked in this matters.

The five days that stand out the strongest with the potential in our do-over here are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and next Monday, with Wednesday and next Monday the most powerful. All these days are in flow except Thursday when there may be a need for more effort or tests around work, health or animals in the mix, or with hired help, co-workers or paperwork about it.

So, there you have it, we'll talk more in depth about the Scorpio half of this Retrograde up ahead, for now, let's make these days count with the Sagittarius themes. Oh, and do try to keep receipts, double check facts and figures, purchase warranties, and keep an open mind around these topics until all information is in and things move back into forward motion up ahead. Remember in a Retrograde the past and current ongoing scenarios are favored, new things not so much. Once the Retrograde ends on the 29th in Scorpio, it will take until Dec 11th for Mercury to return in forward motion to Sagittarius. So all that we figure out now during the Sagittarius phase will then start to move ahead then and we will see it move through the Shadow of the Retrograde (moving these Sagittarius topics forward that we worked with during the Retrograde) until Dec 17th and then out into new opportunities until it exits Sagittarius on Jan 1st.
