Today we reach the apex of the Jupiter square to Neptune by 11:16pm Eastern/8:16pm Pacific and I won't kid you, I've felt this as a very challenging combination. As Neptune under duress can bring up sadness or outright depression, sleep disruption or weird dreams, a dissolving away over time or delusional thoughts, feelings of being lost, confused or drained, well, you know, the weird stuff in life. It can also test us over imbibing in substances, drug mix-ups, or alcohol issues, secrets or deceptions, and karmic cycles that have now run their course (relationships ending, jobs going away, moves, etc). Ugh. In Aries there has been a lot of physical or personal testing in this and with Jupiter taking this big and pushing all of this from the sign of home and family, parents and roommates, moves, renovations, and real estate deals, not to mention emotional matters, yeah, I will be happy to see it go over the hump tonight and start to slowly move away from this friction over the days ahead. So, if you've felt off or have experienced any of these tests, do note today may be the peak in the story but that we do turn a corner from here on out.
To frame this so you can see the timeline, Jupiter moved into Cancer on the 9th and began to form the squares to Saturn and Neptune in Aries. By the 18th, this morning, Jupiter was at 2 degrees of Cancer and this is when it locked onto Neptune at 2 degrees of Aries. They perfect this tonight at 2:06 degrees and then Jupiter will continue on the 2nd degree through the wee hours early Monday morning the 23rd. It will then break a 4 degree orb of this degree with Neptune by July 10th. So, we should feel something shift in our stories today at the peak, then another shift as we are moving off of the degree on the 23rd and then a final shift from this testing energy as it moves out of tight orb on July 10th. The last time these two giants squared each other was in February 1869 to give you some perspective on how we are all feeling this out for the first time.
Today through Friday evening we also have Mars in adjustment mode to these planets Saturn and Neptune so we are also in the midst of some adaptations around work, health or animal needs or with hired help, co-workers, the details, any paperwork, cleaning, or organizing. Take it as it comes and be flexible.
On a personal note, I would like to say extra prayers today for Yayi Fernos Figarelli and her daughter Alexandra. I started the prayer circle with you lovely folks because a dear friend of mine, Dean, was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer and within a few days of my hearing this another dear friend of mine, Alexandra, had found out her Mom Yayi was also diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. We have seen our list grow and many blessings from all of us coming together every day for a few moments to pray for them and everyone that is added here. I learned this morning that Yayi has crossed over. She was such a beautiful woman, inside and out and she was courageous until the end of her life. So please say extra prayers for her soul on her journey back to God today and for our dear Alexandra who did absolutely everything under the Sun to care for her right up until the end. Our hearts are with her and her family today.
