Venus and Saturn are making nice this morning which helps us ground ourselves a bit more when focused on love or income, beauty or pleasures. Doors are open between them if you are seeking to cement or wrap something here as it pertains to an aspiration, your own needs, social scenarios, or online pursuits in the mix. If for some reason Saturn acts as a buffer, keeping you slowed down or away from said interest, see it as the opportunity it is, it is saving you from something at the moment. Pisces Moon plugs into Neptune for a magical charge up to wrap up the Moons tour here, bringing more magic, artistry, romance, spirituality, or help with recuperative, research or institutional needs today. We have opportunities opening up with this energy as it aligns with bosses, parents, directors, judges, mentors, or other such authority figures, with personal goals, career interests, the news, talks, offers, or decisions tied to income, purchases, possessions, or products, your do-over with said topics, and the passion and fire to make things happen. The Moon then enters Aries at 5:39pm Eastern and starts to make his way to Jupiter in this sign. I'd say we are feeling our oats and going big, lol, time to reach for the stars or something like that! We may feel like we are invincible when it comes to what we are fired up to do about our happiness, prosperity or growth, and you know the drill, with Jupiter we may get in there with educational, legal, travel, media, ceremonial, religious, or political themes as we fight the good fight or get motivated, get busy, or express our passions about it. Oh, and if you doubt this last bit, Mars moves into Aries tonight at 7:17pm Eastern to kick off a period of added passion, fight, motivation, or action that is going to be 100% ego driven, so the world is about to go for it, as we feel the energy rev up one at a time, I am, I am, I am. Mars will tour this sign until July 5th so buckle up, it's go time!
On another note, here's something I've wanted to share with you that we are seeing playing out right now and up ahead. The fixed star Algol is the place, within 1 degree, where we might lose our heads, dive into something without thinking, throw all caution to the wind, or literally have tragic moments around the neck or throat. The ancients were afraid of it and called it the piling up of bodies. It is Medusa's star, the point where we cannot look away if she captures our gaze because you know, she turns us to stone. Would it surprise you to find out it is strongly connected with the film industry? I suppose less deadly because we can't look away from the screen and it only turns us to stone for a couple hours but I've found it strongly placed in the actors and directors I've read for. What would happen if you were born with Venus on this star? Well, beauty would be a strong contender in your ability to hold someone's attention, but love would be transfixing as well and if 2 people both had this placement the intensity of the star would be a bit overwhelming between them. Oh, and if that love was turned upside down, it could be deadly, right? I bring this up today because we have one heck of an example playing out as Johnny Depp, born with Venus and Mercury on Algol, is in court with Amber Heard, born with Venus on Algol, and are going at it as Mercury Retrograde will now back onto Algol May 29-June 8th, ending the Retrograde and going Direct in the middle of this period on Algol on June 3rd. Wonder why this trial is climaxing in the weeks ahead? Why Johnny vowed to never look Amber in the eye again? Why the deadly looking knife as a gift from Amber to Johnny? Why the choking allegations, the slicing of fingers, the knife in the bed that is damaged, on and on? Algol at the heart of this love. As we see what is occurring between them, we might be on our toes in our own lives as Mars in Aries now makes things more ardent, driven, sometimes angry, and active while Mercury Retrograde takes us back onto this crazy fixed star. On the world stage, this is going to impact food or money, possessions or product availability, values or pleasures, and know, we won't be able to look away, interesting times we live in.
