So you've managed to make it through warrior Mars in his last week of his own sign Aries so I feel pretty sure you are ready for the shift that occurs as he exits this aggressive fire path and joins the Sun and Venus in slower, earthbound Taurus this weekend. Mars is the actions we take, the passion expressed, the anger invoked, and the motivating force behind it all. So no more lit fuses, we are now into the slow burn and in Taurus this will focus on what you can do about income, pleasure, what you can build upon, possessions, or values. Mars moves here Saturday morning.
Mercury is busy this weekend as well. On Saturday he sits with Uranus and on Sunday he squares Pluto so he is officially bringing news, ideas, talks, meetings, offers, agreements, sales, writing, or decisions to the ongoing active Uranus/Pluto square that is so responsible for the upheavals and changes occurring in your life over a 3 year period.
When we look at this square that started in June of 2012 and ends in March 2015, it's important to note that this weekend and one other time in mid-April of 2014, Mercury will sit the square on the Uranus side of personal freedom, originality, awakening, and change. It only happens twice. So, choices made now affect which direction you go.
Keep the lines of communication open. You may hear news that shakes things up, a decision may be made that you can only react to, or something makes you feel intensely moved over these 2 days, take it as your cue to talk things out or declare your position, write it up or sign it, jump into the sale or do something locally that frees your spirit.
Remember that Uranus is the rebel, it is the part of you that wants to break away or do something that shakes things up, infuses genius, invents, or allows for the part of you that is unique to have it's day. Mercury instigating this is putting your mind on where you are held back or where you need to have more freedom. This year the 2 dates of the Uranus/Pluto square are May 21st and November 1st. These points are when the major shifts are peaking so thoughts, choices, agreements, sales, writing, and decisions now will play into these turning point dates up ahead.
The Virgo Moon aligns positively with Sun and Mars on Saturday helping you to organize, clear things out, clean things up, tend to details, set work in motion, pursue work, actively engage with co-workers or people you hire to work for you, tend to paperwork, tackle health interests or concerns, care for animals, or go green. In all of this there is potential to align your values or find ways to be valued, to earn money or deal with possessions, all under positive stars.
Sunday that Uranus/Pluto square is again active due to Mercury wrapping up the trigger by squaring Pluto so again choices, talks, meetings, short trips, writing, sales, agreements, local activities, anything involving siblings, neighbors, moves, vehicles, electronics, or ideas that are pushing you to make changes will be important. Today may feel more intense due to the Pluto side of things bringing up topics of shared financial resources such as loans, debt, taxes, insurance, inheritance, bankruptcy, alimony, child support, settlements, investments, or partner's money, or it may have peaked for you last night as the aspect built to perfection. That deep energy may also focus on sex, reproduction, death, or divorce. Choose what brings you some much needed sense of 'I AM' and empowerment. Don't be afraid to ring in change, this ENTIRE TRANSIT of Uranus/Pluto square is about CHANGE.
Virgo Moon continues to help you tend to the tasks at hand, your health, paperwork, animals, and work on Sunday. Today there is potential income in the mix, opportunity to do something about that financial resource, divorce or sexual interest, and some harmonious alignment with goals, authority figures (the boss, parent, judge, etc), and career ambitions. At some point an adjustment will be necessary as you are tending to all of this PLUS your personal changes or evolution. This may mean more talks or decisions from you, ones that will require some give and take or responding to more shocking or surprising news heading your way. It won't be a boring weekend.
