The DAILY ASTROLOGY Aug 30

Wow, there are 8 alignments taking place today, so it is looking busy! First off, we are in Aries Moon which wants us to concentrate on the body, our ego, will, or personal passions, fighting spirit, or motivational energy. So, there's that. All this 'get up and go' stuff is in opportunity alignments with our friends, groups, or online, or with our sexy side, financial interests or the changes we are implementing. It is also in opportunity with the talks, meetings, sales, writing, offers, or decisions that come in with something changing or exciting. All of this is at its strongest this morning but can color the rest of the day. We also have mergers with Neptune this morning and with Saturn tonight. So, we can involve ourselves with fresh start energy around artistic talents, spirituality, our psychic abilities, or romantic side this morning, or perhaps it will lead us to interview or deal with an institution. Tonight it will be more about our disciplines, time, effort, or self-mastery. We have 2 adjustments going on where we will want to be flexible. This is regarding our health, work or animal needs, or with co-workers, cleaning, organizing, hired help, or paperwork-give and take. Flexibility in these realms involves how we are getting involved or our personal needs as well as with how we communicate or make choices about it. We have a square with Mars, so we are pushing harder or being tested about what is or is not going on at home, with a move, renovations, or real estate deal, or with a parent, roommate, or the family as a whole. This is peaking around 9:39pm Eastern. And finally, we have a harmonious trine with Jupiter which should open up upbeat energy around lovers, kids, creative ventures, or recreational pursuits, or perhaps there is something really big in the mix with these topics. MONDAY The Aries Moon sits opposite Venus in Libra, opening up potential for one-on-ones with others about love, money, beauty, or pleasure. The key is in the balance and how we come across with our passions, fighting spirit or motivation. The bigger energy at play is between Jupiter and Saturn. They are forming a trine, a harmonic, which flows and provides the backdrop story via personal or physical involvement through commitments, structures that support, our time, effort, any endings needed, or ambitions in the mix and links this with our lovers, kids, creativity, or fun. Jupiter may bring a trip into it or any legal contracts, education or media ventures, ceremonies, religion, or politics, to get us there.

Both MONDAY and TUESDAY we are in Eclipse Trigger energy so there could be more to the story of what was peaking last Thursday night/Friday morning around artistic, romantic or spiritual matters, or with addictions, secrets, deceptions, or boundary issues, or with recuperative needs, research, or institutions. Again, the aim is to end, achieve or celebrate something here.

TUESDAY Mars is poking us a bit first thing in the morning. He is amped up over what is going on at home, with family, a move, renovation, or real estate deal, or with emotions, parents or roommates in the story. So, we may have to double time something or it may frustrate or test us about it for a bit. Mercury then steps in this morning with news, talks, writing, sales, offers, or decisions that help us finesse things a bit before finding our flow again but with a bit of give and take at first before we slot it all in. We are now in Taurus Moon which is all about our values, income, purchases, or possessions so these topics may be part of our story today. This morning asks for some added effort or patience when it comes to the internet, friend, associate, or group in the story, or with what is going on with loans, debt, taxes, insurance, or other financial objectives in the mix. The rest of the day then flow regarding income, purchases, possessions, or values and what is going on with the work, health or animal needs or what we are doing with co-workers, hired help or paperwork in the mix.

WEDNESDAY is an all-day Void Moon but it commenced from a couple of nice alignments with the Taurus Moon. Hopefully this gives us a nice freefall into earning money or making purchases or doing things with our possessions that flows but do note there is no direct influence to help us with expectations about it so things may take their own course.

THURSDAY we come out of the Void and into Gemini Moon at 7:47am Eastern. This points the day towards more errands, talks or meetings, more interviews, auditions, offers, or decisions, more out and about locally, on short trips or with moves, more sales, writing or agreements, or more with siblings, neighbors, or vehicles. There is something beautiful about this today, perhaps tied to love or our imagination, our artistry or spirituality. Uranus is doing his part to infuse more genius or inventiveness along the way. FRIDAY seems to ground us and help us get in touch with our inner spirit at the same time. We have opportunities that are personal or physical so communicate about it or make choices. Mercury does bring one test to the day, peaking around 5:29pm Eastern so there could be some news, talk or meeting about health, work or animals that we’ll need to deal with or something going on with hired help, paperwork, or co-workers that requires some added energy.

SATURDAY Cancer Moon takes over but is at odds with Neptune and Saturn so we may feel focused on home or family, real estate deals or roommates, but have too much on our plate or some personal test underway that means it will require more from us. We may just need to let it go for the day. Do watch out for water issues, drugs or alcohol at home or draining oneself too much here. It also looks like we need to be flexible about the work, health or animal needs, or that co-worker, hired help or paperwork today, it seems to move by pretty quickly but it is there in the days energy.

SUNDAY don’t press to start the day too early because you most likely won’t have the gusto for it. Rather aim for 10am Eastern as a good starting point. We are in a Void Moon until 10:38pm Eastern so we are without specific direction, best approached without expectation. This period is about wrapping up the last of the energy tied to the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces so we can make the day about film, music, or other artistic interests, or we could pursue our romantic desires, do more research, deal with institutions, tackle addictions or deceptions, rest and recuperate, or do more on our spiritual path. Just remember the Void is in play most of the day and don't be too rigid with direction or expectation in the mix. Here we are, we made it over the peak of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse at 12:18am Eastern this morning! So, our day is aloft on this peak, showing us whatever has reached its apex via a breakthrough, achievement, ending, or celebration. I wrote in depth about the meaning of the Eclipse in yesterday's post, scroll down if you missed it, but suffice it to say that we are at the climax with artistic, romantic or spiritual matters, bad habits, addictions, secrets, or deceptions, boundary issues, water issues, or karmic matters, or with what is going on with institutions, signs from the other side, our recuperative period, or research matters. Today the big deal is that Uranus comes to square it all. So, we at some point today get really crazy, suddenly changing, shocking, surprising, or awakening news, or it brings this wild-card energy to a talk, meeting, sale, the writing, an offer, or decision, or it comes via a brother, sister, neighbor, vehicle, move, local activity, or short trip. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Aug 27

Fix something in the early part of the day/morning by picking up the phone, getting to that email or talking face to face. It should be about work, health or the animals, or involve co-workers, hired help, or paperwork, and will require some give and take with the institution or research or with the artistic, addictive, romantic, secretive, or spiritual side of things. We turn a corner or get that fresh new start with these work, health or pet matters, or with the co-worker, hired help or paperwork kicking in by 1:04pm Eastern so the rest of the day should mirror this potential.

Now for the big news today, at 3:04pm Eastern/12:04pm Pacific the Moon moves into Pisces at 0 degrees and will be building to Full Moon Eclipse status at 4 Degrees by 9:14pm Pacific, 10:14pm Central, 11:14pm Mountain tonight, or by 12:14am Eastern first thing in the morning tomorrow. This means every minute from 3:04pm Eastern/12:04pm Pacific we get closer and closer to this peak. Most will experience the culmination of this energy, 3x more powerful than a typical Full Moon, at some point today, some tomorrow and some both days. For some these things started to manifest through the Trigger date period that began unlocking the potential of this Eclipse, setting things in motion, since between Sunday/Monday the 23rd/24th.

Eclipses come in a cluster and involve an axis, this one the Virgo/Pisces axis that began Sept 17, 2024. So, we are wrapping up whatever story has been in play with Virgo-work, health or animals, paperwork, co-workers or hired help, and Pisces-institutions, research, addictions, secrets, boundaries, romance, spirituality, or artistry that have been in play between Sept 17, 2024 and now. We should ask ourselves what has really come to a head? Is there something that needs to end? Is there a breakthrough about to happen? Could we achieve or celebrate the peak of this energy with some decisive moment?

What about the themes of Pisces? Where are we with karmic ties, situations or decisions? Can this thread through time be rebalanced with give and take or is it time to cut ties? What is occurring in the part of life where we self-sabotage, keep secrets, deal with deceptions, excuse bad habits, or form addictions? Can we do something real about it today/tomorrow? Where are we with film, music, painting, poetry, or other muse driven interests or talents? Can we hit a high note or wrap something up here? What about affairs? Is there something about cheating that can be addressed? If not a clandestine affair, then what about a romantic getaway or time that is more romantic in our lives? Could we aim high or reach a zenith with this today?

More questions to ask; Could we have a breakthrough or wrap-up with our research or an investigation? The DAILY ASTROLOGY Aug 26

First, I'd like to add my prayers to the millions around the globe for Dolly Parton. She has always been one of my favorite singer/songwriters. My Dad was a huge country music fan/singer/songwriter himself, so I grew up listening to her and always thought she had such an angelic voice and spirit. Learning about all that she did to give back, as well as how she lived her life as an example for us all when it comes to grace, generosity, love, and non-judgement of others, well she was a treasure and will surely be missed down here on earth. My prayers are for her blessed journey home and for much love and comfort around her family and friends.

The Aquarius Moon is in smooth alignments today while the Sun in Virgo is in adjustment mode with outer energy. So, let's take a look.

THE MOON guides us emotionally to pursue aspirations or original projects, break free of things, involve friends, groups, associates, or the internet, and find our groove. This should bring any one-on-ones with others regarding big things transpiring at home or with family, real estate deals, moves, or roommates into that give and take. It is in flow with opportunities to be serious about one's own needs, get personally or physically involved, focus on any limits or responsibilities of a personal nature, master something personal or physical, and commit to or end something long-term. Mercury entered Virgo this morning at 7:04am Eastern and will be zipping through the sign until Sept 10th. This gives us 16 1/2 days to ramp up the ideas, get into talks or meetings, focus on the sales, writing or agreements, get out there locally or on a short trip, move forward with any interview or audition, field offers, and/or make decisions about work, health or animals, or that which involves hired help, co-workers, cleaning, organizing, or simplifying our lives. Most active days could be today, Thursday, Friday, and Sept 1st.

Since this now positions Mercury opposite the Lunar Eclipse that peaks between Thursday night and Friday, we can expect these communications or decisions to hold more importance for our work, health or animals, people we hire, work with or the paperwork, as it pertains to the big thing climaxing, ending, or achieved with that Eclipse and anything Pisces. Pisces is about any institutions in the mix, our research, karmic matters, areas around secrets, deceptions, addictions, or self-sabotaging tendencies, boundaries, water, chemicals, drugs, or alcohol, hidden agendas, or on the more positive our spiritual interests, signs from the other side, dreams, psychic abilities, romantic life, or something artistic.
