The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 22nd

We are here, Neptune moved back into Pisces, the sign it rules, at 5:48am Eastern and will Retrograde here over the critical 29th degree now through Dec 10th, go Direct on the 10th and take us forward over this degree until Jan 26th, and then exit to not return until the year 2175. Yes, it's a big sentence, lol, and a big energy combination. Between April 2011 and March 2025 we have waded through this deep water sign with its ruler and it has changed us. We now have this last period on a degree that magnifies its meaning and will help us to first revisit, revise, rekindle, or release things once and for all and then, once Direct in December, to move those things into forward gear.

Neptune in Pisces is about karmic ties-with people, ideas, situations, and the past. It is about film, music, painting, poetry, or other artistic outlets. It is about clandestine affairs, secrets, or deceptions. It is about romantic getaways or time with past life souls. It is about prayer, meditation, yoga, drum circles, magic, signs from the other side, or psychic abilities. It is about boundaries, water, pharmaceuticals, addictions, or bad habits. Or it is about research, investigations, or institutions.

Neptune in Pisces takes us the deepest into any non-reality, deception or fantasy about any of these topics so that we may move through any steps that dissolve away and then reimagine. Neptune in Pisces is the end of a collective story that began 165 years ago as we await the beginning of the next come Jan 26th, 2026. As an example, think of what has shifted and what went on behind the scenes in a Neptunian way with big pharma and hospitals since 2011, a couple things definitely stand out.

So, we start the Retrograde phase today, we head into a 7 week do-over and we should make this count. Want to kick a bad habit once and for all? Want to bring the truth forward, extinguishing the lie? Want to rekindle your spiritual life? You get the idea, look at the list, head back over old territory, get it right or send it packing. Throughout the day today we may find moments where we need to be flexible with partners, clients, specialists, representatives, competitors, or other key players. Bend as much as you can but keep your line in the sand that won't be crossed in your mind.

By 11:51pm Eastern the Sun moves into Scorpio with just 9 minutes left in our day. The Sun is now in the underworld astrologically, in Pluto's kingdom for the next 30 days so we are meant to go into those depths. Here we find we are being pulled into anything about power, sex, control, jealousy, obsession, finances, crime, the occult, manipulations, transformations, divorce, birth, death, or third-party situations. We are to put in whatever physical time needed or look at our physical needs here, or we are to pursue our own needs, making it personal. Don't get lost down there! Here we go.

The DAILY ASTROLOGY Oct 21st

At 8:25am Eastern we had a New Moon kick in at the 28th degree of Libra. So, we start our day with added potential to launch into something new with a partner, our clients, a specialist, or representative, or with any important one-on-one relationship and this will be in play for the next 2 weeks. We can move ahead with current relationships or start new ones with more momentum behind what we do. It is also the perfect time to invite a new sense of balance into one's life or to seek equality or embrace that which is more refined or beautiful.

Next, the Moon moves into Scorpio at 11:42am Eastern and up until 2:30pm Eastern will be running a gauntlet of adaptations and any challenges that might be in the mix with her energy. So, during this almost 3-hour period we may be dealing with loans, debt, inheritance, taxes, insurance, or other financial matters, or it may be about sex, intimacy, jealousy, or triangles, or it may be about divorce, a birth or death, or it could be about what we are purging, changing or transforming. Be flexible when it comes to physical needs or limitations, personal will or ego needs, and what's hidden, karmic, inspiring, or cast adrift in the fog. Perhaps you need to go a bit easier on yourself as you don't feel completely up to the task early today. There is also give and take with unexpected or last-minute changes or surprises with friends, groups or online, via talks, meetings, local activities, neighbors, vehicles, siblings, sales, or decisions coming into the story. Looks like our morning and early afternoon are intense and transformational or a whole lot of figgityfoo and frustrating. Sigh. Well, it's interesting that today is about the emotional give and take while tomorrow and early on Thursday the Sun will assume these same alignments and make it more personal or physical so, although we should ease up a bit on the emotional tension of these configurations for the rest of the day, the next couple of days will then ask us to do something about it. To add to the puzzle of this energy, Mercury in Scorpio enters the Shadow of his upcoming Retrograde today (Retrograde Nov 9-29) so we may get clues over the next couple weeks about what we will be reviewing, releasing, or reworking up ahead with these topics. 

Finally, today is Neptunes last day in Aries for a while, until he returns here Jan 26 next year so we may feel more amplification on the last of the degree today. If there are moments when things just feel way too surreal or odd, without edges or seeming reality, well hang in there, the great 'I am' of our divinity is out on the wider expanse and perhaps releasing quite a bit today. More will be clear shortly and we are exactly where we are supposed to be in the story. We are in the dark of the Moon today as we await the New Moon in Libra tomorrow morning. TUESDAY brings the New Moon in Libra perfecting at 8:25am Eastern on the 28th degree of the sign. This opens up 2 weeks of cosmic boost forward that can help us to launch into something brand new or to take current scenarios into what comes next with that added momentum behind it. The focus is on balance, justice, or higher esthetics, or on partners, clients, competitors, opponents, specialists, representatives, advocates, or other such one-on-one relationships. There is a Finger of God pointing at this particular New Moon so we may have something fated in the mix and will likely need to be adaptive when it comes to that out of the blue moment/topic that we didn’t expect regarding talks, sales, short trips, vehicles, moves, siblings, neighbors, friends, groups, the internet, or aspirations in the mix. As well as with personal karma, the spiritual, artistic or romantic, institutional, research, or the secretive, addictive, or deceptive.

WEDNESDAY Neptune returns to Pisces for the last time in our lifetime. He is in Retrograde mode and so backs into the sign at 5:48am Eastern today and will put us into do-over/retrograde mode now through December 10th. We are now to slow down and reassess what has occurred in this territory since 2011 when the story began. We are to ask ourselves what is completely done/over/finished and ready to finalize or let go of once and for all, and what can be revitalized, rekindled or reworked over these weeks ahead. Look at past life scenarios and karmic cycles as these are THE most important part of this period. For example, starting back in 2011 began the end of my karmic past life story with the people who were the pillars in my world this lifetime. My Father and Grandfather both passed by 2012 (Grandmother passed when I was young), my Mom passed in 2017, My husband/life-long friend passed in 2019, and I am now, over the course of this last passage of Neptune through Pisces, closing up my family home once and for all. So, this chapter is truly done in my life although with the cosmic veil between worlds in Pisces I do still get to hear from them in dreams and get signs from them which I am so grateful for. Not only was this a great dissolving away of this chapter in my life but as a Sun sign Cancer it played out in my 9th house of my faith which underwent quite the transformation during this period. As a Gemini Rising it played out in my 10th house of authority figures and so I went through this letting go of all of these personal authority figures close to me and reimagined my own authority in life. There was of course, also the mundane from these positions such as needing to deal with a lot of legalities from the 9th house with settling estates and dealing authority types with end-of-life scenarios. So really look at the impact on your own life, what exactly needs to be wrapped up now and what is going to be growing from it up ahead, we will not ever experience a time like this again. Other things that can in general be involved with this last round of Neptune in Pisces now through Dec 10th in the do-over/release phase and then going forward until it exits Jan 26 are secrets that come to the surface, deceptions discovered, addictions, bad habits, boundaries, water issues, or drugs/pharmaceuticals involved, institutions, research, investigations, the magic in life, psychic abilities, signs from beyond the veil, or spiritual beliefs in the mix, prayer, yoga, mediation, sleep, signs, or dreams we are having, art, film, music, or other muse-related topics, clandestine affairs, romantic getaways, or intuition. Once Neptune goes Direct on December 10th we will move forward with what we have figured out during this do-over and that will occur until January 26th when Neptune exits this sign for many, many decades, until he returns here in March, 2175.
