The DAILY ASTROLOGY Dec 10th

At 7:21am Eastern Neptune went Direct in Pisces. Rain anyone? Snow? Water, water everywhere? Well, that's just part of it and a small part overall. Neptune is moving forward with our last bit of story that began back in April 2011 when he first entered the sign at 0 degrees. We've been on quite the cruise since then  through the amplified foggy sea of imagination and inspiration, the slow dissolve away of a life story, the birth of our hopes and dreams in some newly imagined way, as well as sadness and delusion, secrets and deceptions, bad habits and addictions, karmic rebalancing, karmic release, and karmic cycles wrapping up.  It has marked the end of a collective story that began when Neptune first entered Aries back in April 1861 and we in the United States were in the first month of a Civil War. To be clear, the last days on the 29th degrees of Pisces that activated that war is now activated today through Jan 26th, it will be Jan 25th and 26th that mimic that exact moment again. It has been the strongest period in our lives for film, music, painting, poetry, or other muse related pursuits. It has also brought a spiritual awakening for many through the Divine, through prayer, through meditation, or other practices. It has opened the veil between worlds in ways we've not seen bringing psychic openings and magical experiences. It has honed our intuition and softened our hearts towards those in need. And it has awakened our romantic side. So, from today through Jan 26th we are to take what we've been creating with this energy and bring it forward or take what we've needed to dissolve away and allow it to go.

Mercury opposes Uranus, at its peak around 3pm Eastern today, so we should have some kind of wild card, unexpected, surprising, shocking, or suddenly changing moment via a conversation or news, a meeting or short trip, around a vehicle, move, sibling, neighbor, flirtation, sale, the writing, offer, or decision that involves financial matters, a birth, death, divorce, intimacy, friend, group, the internet, or third party situations.

Finally, we are in Virgo Moon today which leans into work, health or animals, involves co-workers, hired help or paperwork, and is organizing, clean or simplifying in our approach to the day. It is building to square Venus in the wee hours tonight so we have something to overcome regarding love or money, beauty or pleasure, and any legal, travel, distant, educational, media, or marketing in the mix. Perhaps for some just a push regarding the daily grind and happiness, oy, here we go. Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Happy Holidays, Happy New Year, Happy we made it to the last month of 2025, Happy we made it through our #9 completion year and are ready for new stories to begin in 2026! So, let’s see what December has in store for us, shall we?!

As we enter the month, we are building to the Full Moon in Gemini which will perfect at 6:14pm Eastern/3:14pm Pacific on the 4th. The focus on these first few days then should be on wrapping things up, marking our endings, seeing our breakthroughs, achieving our goals, or celebrating as the energy comes to its peak for the year. The topics include invitations, talks, or meetings, short trips, moves or local activities, what we’re doing with siblings, neighbors, aunts, or uncles, our ideas, writing or sales, or any flirtations, offers, proposals, or decision-making. Expect to be busy and reach for the stars.

In April 2011 Neptune entered Pisces and began years of storylines for us around his themes through the sign he rules. 14 years later, and after a small break out of sign this year, Neptune goes Direct in Pisces on December 10th, and we enter into the very last passage through this sign and our stories, now through Jan 26th, 2026. So, what’s it all been about and what is left? Well, Neptune in Pisces magnified the veil of illusion and the veil between worlds. It put us through 14 years of wrapping up a collective story that began in April 1861, (really think about that for a minute). It has asked us to step up our game when it comes to prayer, meditation, and our spirituality. It magnified ghost hunting, tarot reading, and psychic insights. It has asked us to dream the big dream around art, film, music, painting, or poetry. It has inspired fantasy, magic, illusion, and on the challenging side has asked us to face delusion, deception, secrets, addictions, and boundary issues. It has expanded any focus on the oceans. Our past life romantic ties where to be worked through, our karma was to be rebalanced or released. We were to dive into the proverbial sea of our emotional pain and come up with a rare and valuable pearl. There have been some mundane topics to work through as well like our research, investigations, or institutions. So, during this very last Direct forward movement through Pisces, the 10th of December, 2025 through January 26th, 2026, we get to see what all of our dreams and imagination or secrets and self-sabotaging has created for us. Don’t worry, for the most part we have created unimaginable beauty and things that glorify our creator and better the world for those around us. Or perhaps we really needed this big chunk of our lives to release, recharge, rest, and ready ourselves for the new collective story that gets underway at the end of January next year. Where we slipped and fell or were side-wangled by others on the darker side of this energy, we push that on out of the way over the weeks ahead because this is the last chapter! If all we achieve now through Jan 26th is a better understanding of ourselves through meditating on these topics a bit and how far we’ve come since 2011, then that is ok as well.

We have some energy charging up in the Sagittarius field of energy this month so it would seem we may be more focused on travel or distant interests, our religion or politics, any weddings, church or other ceremonies, our teaching or learning, or our philosophy, legal matters, or media ventures. Sagittarius is the space in our chart where we are most optimistic, generous, or focused on happiness or prosperity. It can be over the top or exaggerating, but overall, it’s a positive influence. So, we have Mercury coming back to this sign on the 11th, moving us forward through talks, meetings, sales, agreements, writing, offers, or decisions about these topics or involving our move, neighbors, siblings, short trips, vehicles, or local activities about it. Mercury is in the Shadow of his Retrograde here until the 17th so we move forward with the things we were revisiting or reworking during the Retrograde. It is then into new or next chapter interests in these areas from the 17th until Jan 1st.

We also have our New Moon this month in Sagittarius! It arrives on the 19th at 8:43pm Eastern on the 28th degree of the sign and opens up 2 weeks of forward cosmic boost around these topics to help us start something new or take current interests into what comes next. So again, travel, distant, foreign, legal, educational, media, marketing, ceremonial, religious, philosophical, or political themes get the boost. You may also look for more creativity or fun tied to this fresh start in these areas or for more of these fresh starts to involve your love life, lover, or kids, sweet!

Next, we have a lot of Capricorn momentum this month as Mars, the Sun and Venus all pour into this energy field. Let’s start with Mars. Mars wants us to get busy, fires us up, sparks more passion about things or brings a fighting spirit to bear (watch the anger). It is more or less about making things happen and motivates us in that direction, and let’s face it, it's been about 2 years since he was in Capricorn so we want to make the most of his added potential. In Capricorn the action is goal-oriented. It can be about a personal goal or a professional/career goal. It can bring more activity here as well as with a boss, parent, director, mentor, or other person of authority in your life. It is time to get busy. Mars is here until January 23rd. The Sun moving into this field urges each of us to pursue our own interests, get in there and promote what we want, and shine. The Sun is here working our goals, ambitions, career, or these authority figures from the 21st until Jan 19th. We may focus on our image, brand, name, title, physical presence in the story, or personal desires about these themes now with more stamina and effect. And finally, Venus. She enters Capricorn on the 24th and will tour here until Jan 17th. Venus can help smooth out issues. She is good for attracting more love or money around those goals or with those higher-ups. She can make it all more beautiful or enjoyable as well. While Venus is here she tends to be a bit more refined, status-conscious, somber, serious, and/or bottom-line.

Clock Christmas Eve from 8:09pm Eastern onward with a lovely alignment between Pisces Moon and Venus in Capricorn. Before that we have a wild card from Uranus so something pops up that makes us jump in or deal before this time. Christmas Day the Pisces Moon aligns with the Sun and Mars in Capricorn in a positive alignment. So, overall, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day should bring out the magic in the air, make it more nostalgic, artistic, romantic, or spiritual, add a touch of beauty, love, or pleasure, as well as personal experience, passion and activity, all in flow.

New Years Eve is all about the give and take, keep it in mind! The more adaptable we are, the better it will go, so don’t dig in and be rigid, give a little flex time and go with the flow. The Moon is in Gemini so lots of talks, a bit of gossip, a flirt or two, some short trips, local activities, meetings, or ideas tossed about, and of course resolutions to make. With 3 different adjustment alignments we just need to remember to be careful out on the road, not to be reactive to the things we hear, watch what we say after a drink or two, and don’t let it get under our feathers if a message goes askew or we can’t reach them when we thought we had agreed upon.
