Happy New Moon in Capricorn! It kicked in at 6:57am Eastern and is in play over the next 2 weeks. It is about giving us more momentum behind the goals we pursue, our status or fame, any career interests, or what is going on with a boss, parent, judge, mentor, or other authority figure. We can start something new or take current interests in these areas into new chapters or directions. There is never a better time in the year to go for these things than now. This is quite the rare New Moon as it sits at 20 degrees of Capricorn, at the crossroads between the North Node of Destiny at 20 degrees of Aries and the Karmic South node at 20 degrees of Libra, finally spilling out into Cancer at 20 degrees. This creates an added amount of energy to what we do proactively about these goals, our career, or these authority figures, by asking us to choose the future or the past. It looks at what we need on a personal or physical level or how it all impacts our identity, asks for our name on the dotted line, or includes our image, brand, title, or involvement (Destined, future potential), and/or what is going on with another through letting go, rebalancing give and take, or a past life scenario with partners, clients, specialists, representatives, competitors, advocates, or other relationships (Karmic, past scenarios). It pours out into Cancer where we have something going on with our emotional needs or the home, a real estate deal, move, renovation, the family, a parent, or roommates. As we launch into something new or take our scenarios to the next chapter with these goals, career needs, the fame, status, or authority figure, this is also aligned favorably with institutions, research, artistic, romantic, or spiritual interests, as well as with loans, inheritance, taxes, insurance, or other financial interests, sexual attractions, or what is occurring with a birth, death, divorce, or third-party influence. So, you see, it's not just hey, we have a Capricorn New Moon boost with our goals, career or someone higher up, it is one for the books, arriving with just a few days left of powerful Pluto in Capricorn and his transformational transit here since 2008 begins to exit. It is one with Destiny, Karma and a crossroads involved. And it is one with all the hope and potential the universe could convey to help us make the changes and move towards what comes next.
