We talked about the establishment, the authority figures/leadership, the corporations, the structures that support, the status quo, the systems in place, would be totally overhauled if not destroyed and rebirthed by this transit. I ask you now as Pluto begins to end this cycle, have we seen a complete upheaval and transformation going on with our systems: our governments, the financial system, the educational system, the medical system, the communications systems, the transport system, and on and on? Why yes, we have indeed. 2023 and 2024 will be the last of it on and off as Pluto moves through the tail end of Capricorn while stepping foot into Aquarius back and forth before entering Aquarius altogether and making his tour of this sign for 19+ years. It breaks down like this: Pluto into Aquarius March 23-June 11, 2023, then back into Capricorn June 11, 2023-Jan 21st, 2024, then back into Aquarius Jan 21, 2024—Sept 1st, 2024, then his last tour of Capricorn this lifetime Sept 1, 2024-Nov 19th, 2024, before entering Aquarius for good on Nov 19th, 2024. It would seem that this last passage through Capricorn at election time in 2024 will then kick off how we really move into Pluto in Aquarius for good afterwards. So, 2023-2024 are the Pluto transition years between signs and we get our first glimpse this month of the new territory from March 23-June 11. Pluto was last in Aquarius between 1778 and 1798, Aquarius rules the people, society at large, our freedoms, the individual within/tied to the collective, groups, the internet, technology/big tech, gatherings, friendships, astrology, charities, aviation, causes, revolutions, genius, and our aspirations. It’s obvious what was going on in the United States during the last passage with Pluto in Aquarius as we moved through the Revolutionary War. So, we move from upheaval and change through the establishment and leadership (Capricorn) to upheaval and change through the people, around our freedoms, and with technology/the internet (Aquarius). Expect something to be climaxing with wrap-ups, achievements, celebrations, or endings in one or more of these matters.
Venus moves into your home and family arena on the 16th and will tour here until April 11th This period is great for beautifying your space, sharing love with family or roommates or at home, or pursuing income opportunities from the home, with real estate deals, moves, renovations, family, parents, or roommates. It is also about enjoying yourself more in these areas of life and delving into pleasures so make the most of it!
From the 10th onward things are about to get super fired up and active for you with your ideas, talks, meetings, sales, writing, interviews, short trips, or anything going on with siblings, neighbors, moves, vehicles, electronics, or decisions, Aquarius. Frist, from the 10th-14th Jupiter will meet with Chiron here. Chiron is going to bring up the wound, vulnerability, potential healing, and/or spiritual guru teacher/healer energy through one or more off these topics while Jupiter is going to take it big, focus on the happiness or prosperity potential, look at legal, travel, educational, media, ceremonial, religious, or political topics in the mix, and ask that you address it. This period brings more inquisitiveness, a faster pace and perhaps juggling of at least 2 things going on at once. Now for the really, really big news this month, on the 23rd Pluto moves into your sign. This is the first time in our lifetimes that Pluto will be in Aquarius, the last time was during the Revolutionary War. Pluto will be giving us a glimpse of what it may be like for us from March 23rd through June 11th before backing out until next year but once he’s fully in next year he tours your sign for 19+ years. This is revolutionary indeed. Pluto wants to deconstruct and rebirth you in a more empowered way and to that end he will be taking you deeper into who you really are, helping you transform yourself in new ways, getting into your financial, sexual, reproductive, mortality, divorce, or third-party influences and how they impact your body, image, brand, name, title, or needs. Examples could be that you go through a divorce and that changes your name or identity in ways or you decide you want to completely transform your body through purging of things that are counterproductive to that cause, or you find tantric or kundalini practices that unlock some new side of who you are, or your brand or title is linked to one certain financial involvement and that is going to evolve. Pluto will only be on zero degrees of Aquarius during this first short jaunt, but we want to pay attention to what you are wanting to change or to what is changing that you are going to need to respond to since it is likely a big part of what is on the horizon up ahead. It opens up 2 weeks of forward momentum that can help you to launch into something new or take current interests into what comes next so be proactive!
Now for the really, really big news this month, Pluto is moving into your zone of art, film, music, painting, poetry, romance, spirituality, magic, psychic abilities, karmic/past life situations, dreams, signs from beyond the veil, addictions, secrets, deceptions, institutions, investigations, and research on the 7th and will give you a glimpse of his power in these matters until Jun 11th. He will then back out again and return next year and once he’s in completely next year he will tour this zone for the next 19+ years. Pluto was last in this zone during the Revolutionary War in the 1700’s so we are all going to be experiencing it for the first time this time around together. Pluto wants to deconstruct and rebirth, bringing a new sense of empowerment after the changes take place. He is going to ask you go deeper, purge things no longer of benefit, transform, evolve and change here. He may bring a birth or a death to impact the area of life or a divorce, a financial influence or impact your sexual interests here. Finally, Mars moves into Cancer on the 25th and will tour here until May 20th. This is your zone of true love and lovers, children, creative ventures, and recreational pursuits. It can also be where dramas or entitlement issues play out. So, Mars will want to fire things up, bring more passion, anger, motivation, or action here. This is the sign of his Fall so he may take a little longer to get there or be a bit more emotional while doing so but you can make things happen, pace yourself!
