Happy December everyone, it’s hard to believe what a year 2020 has been for us all and I have to say that the final month is no different, it’s a whopper.
First we have the Sagittarius energy pouring in so there is a lot going on with politics, media, religion, travel, foreign, educational, ceremonial, and legal matters. Mercury enters this territory on the 1st and is focused here through the 20th so this period coincides with more talks, meetings, sales, writing, interviews, offers, news, or decisions about these topics. Next, there is a New Moon Solar Eclipse in these areas of life on the 14th so this is 3 times more powerful than a typical New Moon and all about launching into something new or taking a current situation into that next chapter, while possibly eclipsing something out to do so. Then we have Venus arriving on the 15th bringing love, income, women, beauty, or a focus on more enjoyment in these areas for the rest of the month. The combination means a lot going on, buckle up!
We then have some of the most important influences kicking in which will be Saturn entering Aquarius on the 17th where he will now travel until March 7, 2023, then Jupiter entering Aquarius on the 19th where he will travel until Dec 29, 2021, and the 2 of them meeting up on the same degree to launch a new 20 year story together on the 21st this month. Wow, it’s about to get big and get serious when it comes to aspirations, original projects, friendships, soul groups, online interests, associations, clubs, organizations, astrology, charities, gatherings, parties, causes, revolutions, and events, not to mention that for many astrologers this looks a whole lot like the official demarcation point for the official beginning of the Age of Aquarius-although to be fair, another good contender for the beginning of this new age is between 2079-2080 when Uranus, ruler of Aquarius, Saturn, co-ruler of Aquarius and Jupiter will be moving into Aquarius, either way, we get a big introduction into what it may be about for us as these two merge now in December. Let’s look at this more closely. Saturn in Aquarius: Saturn is a co-ruler of Aquarius and brings rules, regulations, responsibilities, self-mastery, time, authority figures, goals, career objectives, and ambitions to the story. This period will coincide with groups getting serious about their causes, everyone deciding whether they want to focus on personal freedoms within the whole or if socialism/communism is going to take hold of the individual. Saturn tests the people as a whole now, there may be more austerity while at the same time there will be achievements and ambitions kicking in for others online, through clubs and organizations and with inventions and original pursuits. While Aquarius energy wants us to be free-wheeling and in the moment, Saturn wants a long-term plan so there will be some adjustments to make as we start to vibe with this new influence. Jupiter in Aquarius: Jupiter is about growth, happiness and prosperity and brings law, politics, education, media, marketing, ceremonies, religion, travel, foreign, and distant interests into the realm of the people, the group, friends, associates, online interests, astrology, charities, gatherings, and aspirations. Things will go big one way or the other and there will be more optimism as it counter balances with the serious side of Saturn.
