The DAILY ASTROLOGY June 8th

SATURDAY JUNE 8th

We wake with the Venus/ Saturn square waning which is a good thing, coming out of any blockages or serious moments around love or money, beauty or pleasure that was in play yesterday or last night. We are now moving into harmonious flow from the Cancer Moon to Saturn which means the day should now turn towards emotional stability. We can lean into home or family interests or pursue the things that we want to solidify regarding artistic, romantic or spiritual needs. We can also find flow with research, rest or institutions today. It is our last day of Mars in Aries. He is not applying to anything here in his last moments in his own sign but may be felt as we go through any last personal passions, anger or activities that belong solely to ourselves. We've had since April 3oth to address our own issues or needs via his fired-up potential and that ends at 9:35m Pacific tonight/12:35am Easten in the wee hours tomorrow. Mars will be back this way again starting in April 2o26 so if you didn't take your shot this time around, you still have today or can hold it off until then. Something interesting to note is that the next time Mars enters Aries, the Sun and Mercury will be there doing their once-a-year tour of Aries, Saturn will be in Aries for the first time in 29 years, Chiron will still be in Aries finishing up his once in 5o year transit there, and Neptune will be in Aries for the first time in 165 years. Happy New Moon in Gemini! It is at the 16th degree of the sign, kicked in at 8:38am Eastern and will now be in play for the next 2 weeks. This is our cue to launch into something new or to take our current interests into what comes next with more momentum behind it. The topics covered by this New Moon include our writing projects and sales, any interviews or auditions, talks or meetings, negotiations or agreements, anything with siblings or neighbors, our moves, vehicles, or electronics, or with flirtations, offers, or decisions. Not only are the Sun and Moon in Gemini, but Mercury and Venus are on board bringing a quickness, inquisitiveness, loving, beautiful, monetary, or enjoyable influence to our New Moon potential AND it has been 12 years since we had a New Moon in Gemini while Jupiter was in the sign which adds more growth potential or more potential for happiness, prosperity or adventure to what we start now. Saturn and Neptune in Pisces provide the only obstacle, so perhaps there is some red tape to contend with or an authority figure who is hard to move, a karmic cycle drawing to a close or an institution needing dealt with, or there is something about secrets, deceptions, addictions, or boundary issues that must be addressed in the mix. For some it could be about the balance between the fantasy and the reality of what is going on with an artistic pursuit, a romance, or something spiritual, or what is found through research or digging into something. On April 8th there will be a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aries, crossing the country and marking the 7-year span of division here. Today is the first Trigger Date for that Eclipse. What does that mean for us? Well, it means some of us will experience whatever new beginning or next chapter push from the cosmos today rather than next month. It is about fresh starts involving our body, image, brand, name, title, involvement, or needs. It is more powerful than a typical New Moon and can come with the potential to eclipse out anything that blocks this forward momentum. Want to see if you fall in the line of the Eclipse? Venus is changing signs today, entering Pisces a 5:50pm Eastern/2:50pm Pacific. This is taking the ruler of love and income, beauty and pleasure, into the sign of artistry, spirituality, and romance, rest and recuperation, dreams and psychic moments, karmic alignment and rebalancing, past life influences, research, and institutions. Venus will travel here until April 5th so look to these areas of life to find love or money, beauty or pleasure. We can also expect for love to be more dreamy, private or behind closed doors, or tied to self-sabotaging tendencies that we may wish to address now. We are still in the Dark of the Moon until 5:59pm Eastern and it is through Aquarius Moon in square to Uranus. So the first part of the day is anticipatory regarding our aspirations, original projects, friends, groups, the internet, the excitement, changes, innovations, astrology, charities, gatherings, and/or anything going on with income, purchases, possessions, or products. Then the New Moon kicks in at 5:59pm Eastern and we get our 2-week cosmic boost forward with these matters, time to launch into anything new or take current interests into what comes next with friends, groups, associates, online interests, astrology, charities, gatherings, aspirations, original projects, or causes. This is a Void of Course New Moon so we don't get a lot of personal input in the expectations behind these matters, just the thrust forward. In other words, we've of course got our expectations but these are not guided by the planetary influences as much as it's kind of got a mind of its own or is left to the higher purpose so will require some faith and trust in what will unfold since in the end it probably won't be what you expect. Does that make sense, lol? The Void moon runs from 5:59pm Eastern today until 8:42am Eastern tomorrow but will impact the entire New Moon cycle. Interesting!
