Today is all about the NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE in Virgo! This is one heck of a whopper of a New Moon for 3 reasons; 1) it is the second New Moon in this sign, the last one occurred Aug 23rd, and we usually only get one per sign each year, 2) it is occurring at the 29th degree of Virgo, the last degree in the sign and considered a 'critical' degree because it holds more power, and 3) it is not just a New Moon but a New Moon Solar Eclipse which holds 3 times the power of a usual New Moon. Yowza! This kicks in at 3:54pm Eastern and will give us a major boost forward into something brand new or helping us take current scenarios into the next chapter or new direction. It is about a few different topics. First, it's about our work. This could be about pursuing a new job, going for a promotion at the job we have, starting a new work project on the job, starting something new with a co-worker, getting a new co-worker, picking up a gig, or new/next chapter work projects we have going on at home. It could be about how we are of service putting our efforts into work we are doing for others or people we hire going forward.

It is equally about our health. This could be about starting a new diet, getting into a new workout regime, hiring a trainer, seeing a doctor, going to a reiki practitioner, massage therapist, acupuncturist, or nutritionist, or it could be that you want to get into the health industry and start something there.

And it is equally about animals. So, there could be a new pet in your future or some new dog park you decide to go to or a new diet you decide to put your animals on, or you want to start helping out at a farm or vet or in an animal rescue group. These are just some examples. Virgo is also about the details, cleaning, simplifying, or organizing, so there can be fresh starts here as well. The thing to remember about an Eclipse in the mix is that there can be eclipsing going on as part of the fresh start. So, with our examples, perhaps you go to work and find out your services are no longer needed and you are let go and this then gives you that powerful boost to launch into that next job or perhaps you are ready to move on to something new. Perhaps you are getting a new office because you find out the company you work for is relocating and the old office is 'eclipsed' out. Maybe there is someone you work with who has been nasty to you and that behavior is eclipsed out because you find out you are being promoted and won't have contact with this person from now on, or maybe you are going to eclipse out the half undone project you started a long time ago but never finished and now with this boost you take it forward and get it done. Maybe it's time to eclipse out a bad eating habit or too much couch-potatoing to launch fully into better health or perhaps an illness is being eclipsed out as you come to the end of it and now you can launch into feeling better. You get the idea, eclipsing out bad behavior or outworn ideas or anything else tied to progress forward can be part of the story but is not the real focus of it since it is about powerful new beginnings. Again, we have 2 weeks of momentum behind what we do so be proactive and note that this New Moon Solar Eclipse can hold sway in our lives for the next 6 months if not longer.

One heads up, this is powerful and will be wedded to Mars moving into Scorpio tomorrow for a 6+ week tour there so there can be folks who are going to use this intense power to launch dark things, perhaps hiring folks to do something bad since Mars in Scorpio will run alongside it and can be ruthless and aggressive so please be careful out there, especially between today and Wednesday while we have New Moon Solar Eclipse momentum and Mars in Scorpio will be square to Pluto in the sign of the collective, gatherings and online matters. Watch out for anyone dangerous or any dangerous places, look around, look at the details, the little things, be vigilant.

I believe, and I could be wrong, let's hope I am, that the assassination of Charlie Kirk was the first shot of Civil War as it occurred under the rays of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces at 15 degrees on top of the United States position of Sedna at 15 degrees. As you guys know who have read my posts for a while that this year was when we had the slow moving outer planets moving back into place that were last in play at the Revolutionary War (Pluto in Aquarius), the Civil War (Neptune in Aries) and World War 2 (Uranus in Gemini) but this time we have all 3 having moved into place at the same time, first time since these wars, and boy do we see the world stepping towards it in so many ways. A Full Moon Eclipse is about major endings, in Pisces involves things hidden, deceptive or involving hidden enemies. Now with this last Eclipse in Pisces on the U.S. Sedna we add her to the mix. Sedna holds sway for a very long time, is about sacrificing someone and what grows profusely from what that transforms into (many things sprouting to life from the sacrifice) so again, be careful, be aware, shine your Light and Love. In Charlie Kirks chart that Eclipse was at the point of a configuration called a 'Finger of God' with Orcus at 15 degrees of Leo and Priapus at 15 degrees of Libra in his birth chart forming the finger pointing to the Eclipse at 15 Pisces. So, something fated, that requires a lot of adjustment (the Finger of God alignment), that brings in his Orcus=life purpose, karmic cycles of life, and relationship with power, and his Priapus=themes around sexual identity. So, we see a merging of these topics to the ongoing issues stemming from his assassination as it will pertain to the US chart and the Sedna Sacrifice. From what I see in the world there may be activations going on elsewhere as well, I just have not looked into other countries. So that's what I have for you, lots of positive potential with this New Moon Eclipse but things to be aware of and take care around. A lot of you asked what was going on in the stars last week with all the violence in the headlines so I'm going to address it briefly here, if you would rather not read about it just scroll down to 'Monday'. Things that get a lot of national attention are found in the 10th house of recognition/the public sphere and in the US chart that runs from 25 degrees of Virgo to 25 degrees of Libra. Violence, combat, weapons, blood, etc, are all ruled by Mars so once every 2 years Mars will tour this span of the last 5 degrees of Virgo and the first 25 degrees of Libra in the US 10th house and we'll hear a lot more about terrible things happening on the public stage. We also are in Eclipse season that bring powerful peaks that impact for longer periods of time into view, these being across the axis of being of service, routine activities, and the work being done (Virgo) to mental health/pharmaceuticals, hidden enemies, and martyrdom/sacrificial lambs (Pisces).

So, with the US 10th house, Mars entered this territory for the U.S. on July 29th and exits it on Sept 16th, again this occurs once approximately every 2 years. The country has a T-Square pattern involving 3 planets in a frictional configuration that brings a lot more activity and tension to what is going on when activated as it was with Mars during this period. Point 1 in the US T-Square is Saturn in Libra, the sign of you and another person in a one-on-one scenario, with Saturn the planet of finality, in the 10th house of public attention, activated by combative Mars. Point 2 has 2 planets, the Sun and Mercury in the 8th house in Cancer, the Sun being the life force/body, leadership, Cancer being things of an emotional nature impacting the country in the 8th house of death and transformation. And Point 3 in the T-Square is to Chiron in Aries in the 4th house, Chiron being the wound, Aries ruling Mars and violence, the 4th house representing 'the end of all matters'. Give it some thought, this configuration under Mars is terribly dangerous. So, we saw Iryna Zarutska brutally attacked on a train, a Colorado school shooting, and the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Forgive me if I left any other terrible things out but these seem to take most of the headlines that I saw.

The attack on Iryna Zarutska took place the day that Mars left the first decan of Libra (first 0-9 degrees), sign of one-on-one scenarios and entered the second decan (10-19 degrees) activating the US Saturn and that T-Square pattern as well as bringing in Uranus-ruler of the second decan and energy of shock and the collective. To add to that in Irynas chart she was experiencing the planet Uranus (sudden, shocking situations) sitting on her Sun (her life force/body), a rare influence that comes around once-in-84 years and is when anything could happen. Mars (violence) in the rulership of local activities, short trips and transportation, had just locked onto her Neptune, ruler of death for her high noon chart and ruler of hidden enemies, things you don't see coming in general, in her 6th house of daily routine. 

 The school shooting and Charlie Kirk took place on Sept 10th between the 21st and 22nd degrees of Libra and the 3rd decan (20-29 degrees) which was a direct hit to the US Mars in the chart at 21 Gemini, still in orb of the T-Square (description above), and squaring the US Part of Fortune and Vertex point in Cancer in the 8th house. So, we saw the death (8th house) of something of great value (Part of Fortune) to the country (Cancer), or involving power or third party influences (8th house), and a frictional activation of the collective destiny (vertex) on this day. Again, influencing the public in a very frictional way.

The Evergreen School in Evergreen Colorado was founded in 1944 which puts it's Jupiter at 1 degrees of Virgo. The kids at school are ruled by Jupiter in the schools chart which is found at 1 degree Virgo and this was being squared by Uranus at 1 degree of Gemini, the planet of shock and sudden, unexpected events. There was also what is called 'a Finger of God' formation on the children/Jupiter from Pluto (death and transformation) at 1 degree of Aquarius (collective, gathering) on one point and from Neptune (hidden enemies, mental instability/pharmaceuticals) at 1 degree of Aries (combative, weapons, anger, etc.). So, this is a somewhat challenging but fated configuration.  The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse had just occurred and was still active at 15 degrees of Pisces opposite the schools Chiron at 15 degrees of Virgo. So, we had something very intense culminating involving the Sun (body) on Chiron (the wound) opposite the hidden, karmic, institutional Pisces climax/ending.

With Charlie Kirks chart Mars (violence, blood) was at 21 degrees Libra (sign of opponents, sitting on top of him/his Sun as a 21 degree Libra born man and being opposed by the Moon (emotions/the public) and Chiron (the wound) in the sign Aries, ruled by Mars (violence, blood). Venus, ruler of death in his chart, along with ruling him as a Libran, was at 18 degrees of gatherings and forming an inconjunct to his Uranus/Neptune at 18 degrees of Capricorn. So, there was something pushing him regarding death and gatherings involving sudden, unexpected, shocking moments (Uranus) and something hidden, didn't see coming, or with mental illness/pharmaceuticals, or institutions (Neptune). Saturn for the last time in a 29 year cycle was in the last Retrograde back to oppose the ruler of death/Venus in his chart bringing some release that was finite via a hidden one-on-one.

On another note, with Charlie, the heavy hitting outer planets, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, taking 84, 164, and 248 years respectively to lock in, had all arrived on the 1st degrees of new signs. Uranus was on 1 degree of Gemini, Neptune on 1 degree of Aries, and Pluto on 1 degree of Aquarius. In Charlies chart this intense influence coming from all 3 of these giants locked onto two things exactly by degree; his Juno, representing the potential of his marriage partner at 1 degree of Libra and his Vertex representing a collective destiny that was tied to him at 1 degree Leo. So, expect to see a lot coming from his passing involving his wife and the collective-especially the kids. I have not pulled up the progressed charts which will hold the strongest of the influences because I did not want to write a book, at least not yet. I do want to keep our prayers going for those that lost their lives and those who were left behind to try to survive it and make a future without them.

Finally, after sharing all of this, I would like to say that we as astrologers should never predict death, there are a lot of indicators for it but as a great example for why not to, besides the obvious that it does harm to the psyche knowing in advance, these alignments can represent a powerful moment of facing ones mortality but it could be literal or figurative. A good example of this was several years back there was a terrible alignment for President Trump involving a nasty fixed star, Algol, considered by the ancients to be associated with choking, strangulation, decapitation, or anything deadly to the neck/throat. He was having an exact hit in his chart (it has to be within 1 degree to activate and he had it) and one would think something physical would happen. But lo and behold on that exact day the infamous photo of Kathy Griffin holding up his severed head was put forth and impacted, well still to this day on some level, an image of him decapitated. So, you see, we can see that it is coming and it is going to be bad but sometimes it is like this. Would I have warned Charlie to stay home if I'd seen his chart ahead of time and been asked, yes, any astrologer would have done so, but astrology inclines and it is our free will given by God and the divine plans of our Creator that are the final say. These same configurations in Charlie's chart could represent a figurative passing where he is removed but not in a literal way. But could that happen any other time, without these types of influences, literal or figuratively? No. I hope this gave some insight, share it with any who might benefit from it. And please, do not use your energy to attack me or others trying to find some kind of understanding to such tragic events, the information is given with care and with love. No matter what, in this country, everyone deserves the right to travel freely and safely (Iryna), to learn freely and safely (the Evergreen students), or to speak their mind freely and safely (Charlie Kirk) without threat of destruction. Let's find positive ways to protect these things rather than attack one another. 

MONDAY is about Venus and Mars. There is a dance, an opportunity, a door that opens between what we are doing with or through a partner, client, specialist, representative, advocate, or other such relationship (Mars) and the love or money, beauty or pleasure, kids, lover, creative outlet, or recreational pursuit (Venus). Enjoy.

TUESDAY, although it may briefly bring an obstacle to overcome or some barrier with a partner, client, specialist, representative, or other important person, is totally in flow with all else in play. The focus is on emotional needs, home, family, moves, renovations, real estate deals, parents, or roommates. There is something expansive, generous or optimistic in the mix. There could be something involving legal agreements, marketing, travel, distance, or educational interests in the story as well. We have flow with the paperwork, hired help, job at hand, health needs, or animals in the mix. And supportive energy from institutions, through research, or around the artistic, romantic or spiritual here.

WEDNESDAY Leo Moon has us focused on the kids or our creative interests, having fun or our love life/lover. We should wake with some dynamic energy around moving things along in these areas today. We also have a one-on-one with another regarding the work, health or animals, any paperwork, hired help, or co-workers, and the institution, research, artistic, romantic, or spiritual interests.

THURSDAY Mercury moves into Libra at 6:06am Eastern and will now tour here until Oct 6th. This turns our mind towards talks, meetings, sales, writing, short trips, moves, offers, or decisions involving partners, clients, specialists, representatives, or other relationships. It may also be a time when we talk or make choices involving balance, justice, or higher esthetics. This should be active today as Mercury moves to sit opposite Neptune in Aries, putting us one-on-one with another over these matters and anything we are reassessing on a personal or physical level that is karmic, magical, delusional, addictive, secretive, involves research, institutions, or our artistic, romantic or spiritual side. FRIDAY Venus moves into Virgo at 8:39am Eastern and will tour this sign now until Oct 13th. This period helps us bring a more analytical or critical mind to love or money, beauty or pleasure. It can help smooth out issues at work, with health, animals, paperwork, with hired help, or co-workers, or it can help attract the love or money, beauty or pleasure to these arenas over the weeks ahead. The Moon also enters Virgo this morning and other than a wild card, unexpected or suddenly changing moment in the morning with it, we should feel emotionally driven to move forward with work, health or animal needs, or with paperwork, hired help, or co-workers. SATURDAY brings a lot of adjustment and frictional energy around Mars and Venus up until around 2pm Eastern and the rest of the day must be about how we move forward with it from this crazy period. Mars about what is going on with partners, clients, specialists, opponents, representatives, or the like, while Venus is focused on the love or money, beauty or pleasure via the work being done, a job, any health needs, the animals, paperwork, hired help, or co-workers. We do then begin to build towards a lovely Jupiter alignment which perfects at day’s end so hope springs eternal and something happy, we hope, this way comes.

SUNDAY  at 3:54pm Eastern the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Virgo kicks in. This is very powerful, it is our second New Moon in this sign, giving us more opportunity to launch forward with work, health or animal interests, or with cleaning, organizing, the paperwork, hired help, or co-workers. It is also at 29 degrees of Virgo which holds more power as the last degree of the sign, and it is an Eclipse which gives it 3 times the power to launch into something new, take current interests forward or eclipse out what blocks forward motion. We have 2 weeks of this momentum, strongest at the beginning, waning as it moves along. Saturn is opposite this Eclipse so it can A) give us strength, support and help us make long term commitments involving another and the artistic, romantic or spiritual, the institutions, research, addictions, bad habits, secrets, or deceptions, or with karmic cycles. Or B) it can help bring final closure with them over something here.
