Venus asks for a bit of adjustment today so see what you can do regarding love or beauty, kids or lovers, income needs, creative ventures, or recreational pursuits. The give and take involves what's going on behind the scenes, with institutions, about addictions, involving secrets, the research, boundaries, or tied to artistic, romantic or spiritual interests in the mix. The Moon moves into Cancer at 1:13pm Eastern/10:13am Pacific and the rest of the day is then about what we are doing through our work or health efforts, with the animals, the hired help, co-workers, cleaning, organizing, or tackling paperwork at home, for the family, regarding real estate deals, moves, renovations, parents, or roommates. The doors are open, it's an opportune alignment, and should, with a little effort, bring us closer to our goals here by the end of the day. Remember we are now in the dark of the Moon until 2:32pm Eastern Monday afternoon when the new Moon in Cancer kicks in so hold significant launches in these areas to that time onward. Look for any push around activities, passions or anger and for this to involve goals, ambitions, or status with a lover, the creative ventures, kids, dramas, entitlement issues, or recreational pursuits, regarding power, control, jealousy, financial needs, sex, reproduction, divorce, mortality, or third-party situations. Aries Moon should give us more get up and go today after we get past this configuration so use the energy to motivate. The first part of our day is the last of Pisces Moon energy, until 3:19pm Eastern. This means any last need to focus on an artistic, romantic or spiritual matter, any secrets or addictions, isolation or depression, karmic matters, recuperative needs, sleep, research, or institutions, comes before this time. In this there is a need to work something out through adaptation regarding love or money, beauty or pleasures, anger, passion, or actions. The doing so should lead to a fresh start as the Moon merges with Neptune during this period. We then move into Aries Moon at 3:19pm Eastern and on the one hand may feel more invigorated on a physical level but on the other then find it is getting a bit more real when it comes to our own need to dig into something or purge, bringing power, control, jealousy, sex, finances, divorce, or third-party influences into the story the rest of the day into early tomorrow morning in a more real way as we give and take regarding whatever situation is going on. It's more dynamic and active, albeit still with the need for some flexibility. Keep in mind that between later today and tomorrow morning we experience the last of Mars in Leo aligning with another planet, this time Pluto, so any dramas or entitlement issues will meet with this planet, if it is challenging for you rather than about give and take. These two together can bring rage and ruthlessness if you don't give an inch so give a bit or don't go there. On the other hand, the potential for deep transformation comes through actions that show depth of understanding tonight/tomorrow morning. If this is not about you and another person than utilize it to make powerful headway with a project, a cleanse, or deconstructing and rebuilding of things, with flexibility in mind. This morning we work through our anger issues, or we find our passion, or we focus on what motivates us as Mars is in charge. This starts out between us and another or regarding the balance we feel or don't feel going on around the energy. There is a focus on the drama or entitlement, the lover or the kids, or the creative venture or recreational pursuit with the anger, passion or action. There is something about freedoms or unpredictable behavior, socializing or online needs, or aspirations in the mix. And as Mars comes to make an adjustment with Neptune, we are led to be flexible when it comes to secrets, hidden agendas, addictions, institutions, research, karmic situations, artistic needs, romantic connections, or spiritual influences in this story-in other words something needs to give a little or bend a bit. We do our monthly tussle with Neptune this morning so we might start out slow or have had interruptions with our sleep or feel hung over or be dealing with rain or other water issues, you get the idea, it's a bit blurry, weird or out there. This is accompanied by a Void Moon from 9:33am-1:20pm Eastern so it's probably best not to fight it but just float along since it may take that long to come out of it. Capricorn Moon then takes over which is going to be in a good mood the rest of the day as it aligns with its ruler, Saturn, in an opportunity alignment. This means we can get goal-oriented and serious about something personal or professional, connect with the parents, bosses, or other higher ups, and find opportunities through artistic outlets, spiritual matters, romance, research, or institutions. We are building to the Full Moon in Capricorn which prefects tomorrow morning at 7:39am Eastern/4:39am Pacific so many of us may reach our climactic moment today/tonight in the build-up. This means we can be wrapping something up or marking an ending, or seeing breakthroughs, achievements or celebrations around these personal goals, career interests or with the boss, parent, judge, mentor, director, or other such authority figure sometime in the next 24 hours, aim high. Finally, there is a wild-card square this morning between Venus and Uranus that might be important in the grand scheme of things since it is the last alignment Venus makes to anything before her Retrograde on the 22nd and then return to this planet on August 9th in her do-over. So, Venus is focused on love/lovers, kids, creative ventures, income scenarios, beauty, pleasures, dramas, entitlement, or recreational pursuits. Uranus is about shaking something up here or bringing in new approaches, sudden changes, aspirations, freedoms, or original projects in the mix, or involves friends, groups, the internet, money, possessions, or products. They are at odds this morning and are setting the stage for something we will readdress in the do-over through revisiting, rekindling, releasing, or reworking things up ahead. Some of you may have experienced this yesterday in the build-up so if it rings a bell, you may have tackled it as an early bird with the energy, but the rest will feel it this morning. It should come and go quickly but pay attention since it wants your more serious attention in some revisionary way in about 5 1/2 weeks from now. Yay, we move past the last of the Mars/Uranus square this morning so if there are any last, sudden, shocking, changing, shake-ups to go, they pass their peak this morning. I know there were a lot of global moments with this energy but I looked up the chart for Russia with the attempt on Vlad and his response and there you see between the 2 different charts for the country, in the one preferred by their astrologers the leadership is at 21 degrees of Gemini so it would have been directly impacted by Mars at 21 degrees of Leo squaring Uranus at 21 degrees of Taurus, and in the other chart given out generally we find Pluto representing death and transformation and power in the chart at 21 Scorpio, so again a direct hit with this powerful combo. I hope you guys fared better getting through it! My dogs tried to throw a coupe when I didn't feed them on time yesterday, lol! Luckily, I survived :) Libra Moon is in adjustment mode this morning, so we are being adaptive with our partners, clients, specialists, representatives, competitors, or other key players. The give and take is around goals, career, authority figures, institutions, research, artistry, romance, spirituality, income, purchases, possessions, or any legal, travel, educational, or media needs in the mix. Mercury adjusts with Pluto today so more give and take when in talks, meetings, short trips, moves, or about sales, writing, agreements, vehicles, electronics, siblings, or neighbors. It's about the financial, sexual, birth, death, divorce, or third-party goals in the story, be flexible. I'm thinking at this point we just be the willow when it comes to everything today because that is a lot of adjustment! Finally, Mercury moves into Cancer at 8:24pm Eastern and will tour here until July 11th. This means our next 2 weeks are giving us more potential to talk, meet, make sales, make decisions, take short trips, sign agreements, or come up with ideas about our home, a move, renovations, any real estate deals, or with family, parents, or roommates. The alignments are really positive throughout, with standout days coming Friday and Saturday the 30th and 1st, and again next week Thursday the 6th through Sunday the 9th, make the most of it! This is one of those days that either tests us with obstacles or frustrations or pushes us out of our comfort zone and gets us a lot busier. A lot of it in the first part of the day has to do with news, talks, meetings, sales, or short trips that push us a bit or bring something foggy, sad or weird with another regarding what's going on behind the scenes or in secret or that is hard to pinpoint. If we are on the road we could have moments that come from out of nowhere to shake things up so we want to be extra careful if driving today, or we could just find we are lost all of sudden or took the wrong exit, you get the idea. If doing sales keep the receipt or buy the warranty. We do have energy on tap that is powerful for making changes or evolving the story in ways that help us purge, go deeper with financial or sexual interests, deal with third-party influences, or reach goals so this can be how we find some relief from the other stuff, but it doesn't replace it. We don't really reach the peak of this first square until 6:36pm Eastern/3:36pm Pacific so it's with us for a while today. For some this may be one of those powerful days where a Karmic situation is tilted a bit so whether that means something going on with a person or a situation in your life, news or decisions today may bring this to bear and be about boundaries, self-sabotaging tendencies, addictions, deceptions, institutions, research, artistic, romantic, or spiritual matters coming to a peak about it. We are also now in the build-up to the peak of the Mars/Uranus square which perfects at 5:23am Eastern/2:23am Pacific Monday morning and will likely come to its peak later tonight for most, thereby making the last part of the day about this energy (unless you are one of those early birds in which case it could be on tap throughout the day/night). This can stir anger and fights or spark more passion or bring more accident prone situations, or make everyone more explosive with spur of the moment, sudden changes made in the heat of the moment. Mars rules fire, anger, sharp objects, weapons, blood, the head, passions, and taking action, while Uranus rules surprises, sudden changes, electricity, the nervous system, shaking of things, shock, innovation, big tech, the internet, friends, groups, the collective, revolution, freedom, and accidents. Together they are quite the combo and will likely get many to 'pull the trigger' on a situation that brings a lot of this to light so you may wish to hold your tongue or avoid volatile situations, places or people, and definitely stay away from weapons or sharp objects, fire or electrical tests. For the crazier types out there you may be diving head-first into something exciting and active that pops up last minute but make sure you are not chasing something that will bring more harm than good. In other words, deep breath, you won't want to think it out first but it would be a good idea to take a few moments and try to do so. As we move from the Mercury/Neptune square into the Mars /Uranus square it may feel like we are coming out of a surreal, slowed down dream into full-out action and bravado, that part could be a good thing, just watch where you are going.
