So, how does today's energy look? Well, on the one hand, a little give, a little take, a little work-around when it comes to partners, clients, specialists, reps, or others today, especially when income, purchases, possessions, online needs, institutions, research, romance, sleep, or artistry is concerned. On the other hand, there is an opportunity today with these folks regarding talks, meetings, sales, offers, or decisions about travel, legal, educational, media, ceremonial, religious, or political themes, doors open. So, connection with others is at the core of the day, flexibility in some areas is key, while open communication in other areas gets you ahead.

At 9:58am Eastern Mars moves into Capricorn, last here late January through early March of 2022. He is back with all of his drive, and courageous, fighting, angry, passionate, motivating energy aimed at getting things done. In Capricorn he is concentrated, thorough, resolved, tenacious, and will move things along through rules, regulations, red tape, authority figures, responsibilities, time, effort, commitment, and ambition. It is about making things happen regarding personal goals, status, fame, career, a boss, parent, judge, mentor, or other authority figure. So, two years since we've had this kind of potential to go for it and see the needle move, we have until Feb 13th with this added spark, let's do this!

Yay, Mercury Retrograde is now behind us, forward through the Shadow we go! Today we find ourselves in a T-Square until around 5:13pm Eastern so there is frictional energy at play regarding this new momentum via news, talks or decisions about travel, distant, legal, educational, media, religious, or political themes. On the one hand an institution, the research, something hidden, about the water, about boundaries, addictive, or involving artistic, romantic, or spiritual matters pops up to be dealt with. On the other hand, there is something about the work, health or animals, or the paperwork, hired help, or co-workers to tend to, and in all of this it pushes us a bit more as the energy revs us up or it frustrates or tests us as the friction is more about obstacles. After this peak period, we then move into flow via a third party, something financial, what we're doing about a divorce, deep change, empowerment, or our sex life. After a short Void Moon from 6:36pm-7:47pm Eastern the Moon enters Libra. This turns our focus towards balance or a relationship; a partner, client, specialist, representative, or other such player.
