The DAILY ASTROLOGY Sept 18th

 

SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 18TH

We are into Cancer Moon territory today and it is pushing on Mercury Retrograde and Jupiter, forming a T-square of energy. This is frictional which usually means we are charged up and doing more or overcoming some obstacle. Mercury Retrograde then moves opposite Jupiter, reigniting the news or talks from last Sunday but in an even more powerful way. And finally, the Sun and Pluto harmonize. So, let's look at what this means. Our Moon energy means we are more focused on the foundational, rooted side of life, making it about home, family, history, emotional interests, or the things that bring us security. Jupiter is about the big things we are striving for on a personal or physical level. It can be about our own growth, happiness, generosity, luck, or prosperity, or what we are doing about legal needs, travel, education, media, ceremony, religion, or politics that apply here. Mercury Retrograde is about our do-over in talks, meetings, short trips, writing, or sales, or with siblings, neighbors, moves, vehicles, electronics, or decisions. This is playing out with partners, clients, competitors, specialists, reps, and the like. So, we are reevaluating our stance, rekindling past or ongoing situations, or reworking them in these conversations or choices, looking at the bigger picture, doing what we are driven to do emotionally, (look at how this all comes together for yourself). This is an important day because of these alignments because it is the last day Mercury Retrograde is actively applying to another planet from the sign of Libra, before taking the Retrograde into Virgo on Friday. The Sun harmonizing with Pluto is about us showing up for the work or health interests, our animals, the paperwork, the details in a situation, any cleaning or organizing, or with co-workers or hired help. Here we are pursuing our interests and taking the lead in moving things along. With Pluto it can be about goals of purging things, making changes, getting underground, transforming the situation, dealing with higher-up people about it, looking at the financial side of the story, our intimate or sexual interests, or involving third-party situations. If I were to give you some examples of this overall picture I might say you could be rewriting out your loan position on a home to a broker or mortgage lender to get a better rate financially, getting that paperwork in order, or you are having a talk with a partner to reassess what you are doing about a move or the family matter, looking at travel and how health or work situations are impacted or the animals are cared for, and your intimate needs with one another, or you are focused on what you are sending out to clients or representatives to address an ongoing or past media/marketing idea and what you are doing in real estate or with family businesses, bringing some hired person into the fold as a third-party person in the mix. From 8:59am-4:16pm Eastern we are in a Void Moon from Taurus in harmonic to Pluto. The focus in the Void is on income, purchases, possessions, or products and what's going on with authority types, or about our career needs or personal goals. We involve third parties, look at loans, debt, investments, taxes, insurance, or other outside financial resources, or if this is a personal thing perhaps our sexual interests in the mix. This is in flow but without guidance since it is occurring in the Void so allow for things and wrap up, incubate, plan, or follow up. At 4:16pm Eastern the Moon enters Gemini and will be building the rest of the day/night to an opportunity with Jupiter in Aries. So, we are more interested in talks, ideas, flirtations, short trips, sales, writing, moves, or what's going on with meetings, siblings, neighbors, vehicles, electronics, offers, or decisions. It should allow us to look at our own needs and any travel plans, distant situations, legal needs, media ventures, marketing ideas, educational pursuits, ceremonies, religious interests, or political agendas and find ways to communicate or make choices about these matters. It may also be that the talks or news we get bring some happiness or prosperity our way or focus on growth or adventure. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Sept 14th

 

WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 14TH

We're seeing some evidence of what I wrote about last week concerning this Falls last Saturn/Uranus square push that's in play end of August through the last week of January, then breaking altogether as Saturn exits Aquarius for Pisces March 7th. Again, this will be the most volatile mid-Sept through Oct by way of the crazy ups and downs with our money and systems/establishment. I'm mentioning it today in context with more crashing markets as we saw yesterday, we are not out of the woods yet as up and down, unstable, unpredictable Uranus is pitted against solid, establishment Saturn. Uranus is influencing in the sign Taurus about our money, possessions, food, the things we build, purchases, or products, while Saturn is influencing in the sign of Aquarius about groups, society at large, the internet, freedoms, and aspirations. Sorry to write almost the same thing I wrote last week but for new people here heed this alignment, it's wrapping up what it perfected in 2021 and we are in it for several more months-and this is highly volatile, unstable energy. One last note for those in the US, since the United States house of money, possessions, food, purchases, and products is ruled by Saturn and the Moon rules the investments, taxes, insurance, loans, or other financial markets/topics, along with death and transformation, we might buckle up a bit more when the Moon passes through the fixed signs each month until this is over: Moon in Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, or Aquarius.  So, for today, we sit between the Taurus Moon conjuncting Uranus and squaring Saturn, so things continue to be crazy today until we pass the Moon's square at 8:30pm Eastern with these topics, (the Moon was in Taurus starting yesterday morning). We then start to move into harmonic with the Sun in Virgo the rest of the night which shifts our flow to what we can do about our health, work, animals, paperwork, hired help, or co-workers that is in accord with our money, purchases, possessions, the things we build, or our products. TUESDAY – THURSDAY turns our attention towards earning, purchases or possessions and what’ we’re doing about these things. TUESDAY this means some give and take with clients, partners, specialists, representatives, or others. WEDNESDAY it means pushing ourselves or dealing with some frustration regarding authority figures, goals, online needs, or social influences. WEDNESDAY, we find our groove and flow with the boss or other authority type, set or reach financial or intimate goals, deal with third-parties, research, work with institutions or connect this to artistic, romantic, or spiritual interests.

FRIDAY through SUNDAY then tilt you back towards work or health, animals or paperwork, hired help, co-workers, cleaning, or organizing. FRIDAY this ramps up regarding the love, income, beauty, or pleasure in the mix and what is going on locally, on short trips, with words, sales, meetings, or decisions in the mix. It also puts you one-on-one with another regarding artistic, romantic, spiritual, institutional, or research themes. SATURDAY it starts out a bit wonky thanks to weird sleep or substances, but soon moves into more of what we had on FRIDAY with the news, talks, meetings, sales, short trips, local activities, or decisions that push or test us. SUNDAY it is in flow again, powerful, deep, connected to others, aimed at goals, financial interests, sexual attractions, or third parties. There is also a big Mercury Retrograde talk or bit of news today, so we are readdressing past or ongoing situations with a partner client, specialist, representative, or other key player. This is big, can involve us personally or physically, and looks at the happiness, prosperity, growth, adventure, travel, legal, educational media, ceremonial, religious, or political interests in the mix.

We have big things to do today, and it's overall looking pretty good. Aries Moon sits with Jupiter and opposite Mercury in Retrograde today. This helps us to show up with others one-on-one in talks, meetings, through short trips, in writing, with sales, or agreements to review something past or ongoing and take another look at it. It involves something big or what's going on with travel, legal, educational, media, ceremonial, religious, or political themes thanks to Jupiter. This is the emotional side of the equation as the Moon taps into each of these planets separately and a precursor to next Sunday's Mercury Retrograde opposing Jupiter when it is perhaps more substantive. There is an adjustment to Venus today, so some give and take when it comes to the work or health needs, the paperwork or animals, or the hired help or co-workers and what you are doing regarding income, beauty, love, or pleasure. There is finally an opportunity alignment to Mars which brings passion and activity to the communications and motivates you to make things happen. Sweet. So, celebrate, achieve, wrap up, end things. Throughout our day today there are opportunities and harmonics aligned with this peak. Let the fun times begin! Mercury Retrograde begins tonight and I got a text first thing this morning from my partner that he had blown a transmission liner and needed rescuing. So, I'm thinking it may be coming early for some! The focus is on partners, clients, specialists, agents, attorneys, competitors, advocates, and the like, and any mix-ups, malfunctioning electronics or mechanicals, or miscommunications. Oh, and I should add his phone was acting up so we had about 11 half-conversations before he could give me all the details. The Pisces Moon is building to its peak tomorrow morning, so emotions are running high, we have things popping up that we didn't see coming or situations with secrets, hidden agendas, behind the scenes antics, or Pisces topics such as artistic, romantic, spiritual, institutional, or research matters.  Mercury is in adjustment mode today to this Moon, so we want to be flexible about what is going on between the Mercury Retrograde and Full Moon influences. We also have a square to Mars to get past which peaks at 7:08pm eastern and is about the actions taken or the actions we need to take regarding the news we hear, our talks or meetings, any sales, writing, short trips, our vehicles, electronics, siblings, local activities, moves, or neighbors. By the time I write Saturday's Daily, the Full Moon in Pisces will have peaked that early morning so most of us will have that Full Moon experience in the build-up today/tonight so remember in the overall perspective here; emotions are running high with people, take a deep breath, if things end or need fixing, it's part of this story right now, the next 24 hours can be a bit crazymaking, depending on how this is all impacting your chart. For me, every single thing in my chart answers to the Moon in Pisces and I'm a Gemini Rising, ruled by Mercury, so yeah, I'm one of those who can be more impacted. What a crazy day! We have a square from the Aquarius Moon to Uranus in Taurus and a conjunction to Saturn in Aquarius. Both occurred in the 8 o'clock hour eastern this morning so the rest of the day is working with this energy. Aquarius moon urges us to pursue our aspirations or be social or get busy online. The square to Uranus pushes or tests us for more regarding values, freedoms, income, purchases, possessions, or any surprises or last-minute changes in the mix. The conjunction with Saturn steadies us, slows things down, helps us get some fresh perspective on our goals, the structuring of things, the time needed, and our ambitions in the mix. Groovy. The DAILY ASTROLOGY Sept 7th

 

WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 7TH

We are in Aquarius energy today and the alignments are good. So, we have flow with friends, groups, the internet, astrology, charities, gatherings, aspiration, freedoms, or original projects lifting our spirits a bit, allowing us to adventure out there more, opening up dialogue with key individuals or helping us meet, make sales, or take short trips, and our passions should be high. That's it for the day but I do want to touch on something we haven't talked about in a while since we are in Aquarius energy so you can stop reading now if you just want to know about today or read on if you want to understand something bigger going on as part of the background story. In 2021 we went through the 3 perfections of the square between Saturn and Uranus. These are the 2 rulers of Aquarius, and Saturn rules Capricorn as well. They peaked Feb 17, June 14 and Dec 23, 2021. This square represented the 3/4 mark in their 45-year story together that started back in 1988, and squares are frictional, the outer planets societal. These planets energy really does represent opposite things in the world. Saturn supports, structures, puts in work, sets rules, regulations, slows things down, blocks, limits, ends, pushes for commitments, responsibilities, involves authority figures, goals, status, ambitions, and is about the leadership or establishment of the collective. Uranus is sporadic, unpredictable, rebellious, shocking, suddenly changing, innovative, perverse, spontaneous, genius, social, charitable, awakening, freeing, electric, visionary, and about the individual within the collective. So, they were at the height of going at each other, Uranus trying to shake up the structures and longtime systems in the world and in our lives, while Saturn was trying to rule freedoms and bring authority or structure to the changes going on. The reason I bring it up now is because this Fall they move as close together in this square again as possible without perfecting it, they're less than 2 degrees away from each other now (Saturn at 20/Uranus at 18 degrees), they will both be on the 18th degrees of their signs in square in Oct, slowly move out of 10 degree orb of each other by the last week of January, and then breaking altogether as Saturn leaves Aquarius March 7th. So, when you guys ask me, 'Why is it still so crazy out there, why do I feel anxiety, strange, not connected, etc., and when might we see this particular brand of worldly instability and upheavals around authority shift?', well this is one of the significant timing indicators playing into it, and obviously we are in a build-up to the last big push/pull between them now. So, things come at us, we feel like breaking free, or we feel fear, we go back and forth at the most testing times with this energy. It's good to ask yourself when you are feeling this, 'What am I afraid to lose?' or 'Am I being too controlling or too crazy, am I holding on too tightly to something that has gone past its expiration date or am I throwing everything out not thinking about what I should save?' In other words, look at extremes between these energies and try to ground yourself someplace in the middle as the changes keep coming and we keep showing up for life in this wild time. For some you may wish to make the changes, but you have more being aspected by Saturn in your chart and it is slowing things down or bringing crazy obstacles. Either way, we want to center as much as possible and remember we are going through this collectively. It can also help to look back at how far you've come and how much has changed for you since this began. Aquarius, where Saturn is bringing his influences, is on society at large, our friends, groups, the internet, aspirations, astrology, freedoms, charities, and original projects. Taurus, where Uranus is bringing his influences, is about values, being valued, the things we build, our money, belongings, purchases, and products. It's easy to see the slow-downs and restrictive battles from Saturn to our products getting to the stores and how that is impacting the collective, as an example, or the battle between freedoms and control online over values is playing out, as an example. We live in interesting times, and I don't know, I just thought I'd bring this to your attention today since we have some really supportive alignments and it felt like a good time to address some of the things I've been asked. So, turn attention to personal goals or career interests, connect with the boss, parent, director, teacher, or other authority figure, put in the time on projects, it's looking good. There is potential in this to align with artistic interests, romance, spiritual practices, the imagination, or to link this to institutions or research. If you are down for some reason this energy supports rest and recuperation, but you may have busy brain, lol. We could also get a nice kick forward involving financial, sexual or third-party interests in the mix. It's a slow start to the day today, up until around 1pm Eastern, so take your time, rest, dream, recuperate. If you do have to motivate or go out and about during this earlier period take care with water issues, teary emotions, or things that pop up to surprise you. There should be some buoyancy as we wake today and get into what we're doing. We should be a bit more open, in our groove and communicative with others. Travel, legal, educational, media, ceremonial, religious, and political themes are favored, along with involving partners, clients, specialists, reps, or other such relationships. Talk, meet, take short trips, get out locally, sell, buy, write, or decide. Mars is in the mix so this may add passion, action, or for some, accidents or fights, so if you feel your energy boiling up lean into the good stuff and be more cautious out there. There is a push on a personal or physical level to tackle the work or health needs in the mix, to clean, organize, or tend to the details, to care for the animals, deal with the paperwork, or involve hired help or co-workers in the mix so plan on giving this some added effort. If you are up past midnight then use a little added caution when it comes to your possessions, products, purchases, or money since there is a bit of adaptive energy with wild-card Uranus in the mix. If you still have any Scorpio business to take care of; loans, debt, taxes, insurance, or other financial matters, sex, reproductive needs, divorce proceedings, or third-party matters, then hit them this morning or before we go into the Void at 1:22pm Eastern. From that point onward you can still be in there with these topics but won't have the directives from the stars helping you with your aims one way or the other (float along, wrap up, incubate). Once the Void ends at 6:39pm Eastern we head into Sagittarius Moon energy. This directs our emotional drive away from these topics and towards distant situations, growth, happiness, travel, legal matters, prosperity, adventure, media ventures, educational pursuits, ceremonies, religion, or politics.
